What can I say, my sister and I came to this McDonald’s hungry as can be, we ordered our food waited for our order and when our order was ready an employee named nelly brought us our food as if we were at a dine in restaurant, I never thought employees at a fast food joint did this !!. She was very friendly and her customer service was outstanding !! Great job nelly !!’

The parking in front of the place has a couple of spots with more handicap spaces than regular ones. So you have to park in the shopping center area. Anyway, there’s a lot if tables to sit at… More than most McDonald’s. Their fries were perfect tonight. Tried their new build your meal… There’s four Flavours to choose from, and choose from 3 buns, then choose one of 3 meats. Add fries and a drink for another price. I think $ 2.50 extra. The beef or chicken burger was around $ 5 or so. I ordered the guacamole one… Plenty of avocado, but when I picked it up, I noticed half of it was in the wax paper the burger came in. I had to wipe my burger into the guacamole … Very messy. The sodas seem to be more watered down than most places… Maybe they were saving money on their syrup?

HA!!! There were six people in one line including me and an employee ordering their breakfast at the front of the line. The cashier couldn’t get the discount right and so she kept everyone waiting… meantime the one getting the breakfast yelled over for the manager to help out. This was the time for the manager to put someone else on a register or open it up herself, but nooooooo please take your employee first and make the rest of us wait so you can talk about it. I was only getting coffee, since I try to stay away from the food here, but wow… I must love coffee because I waited for the circus to leave town here.

I don’t know what went on with the drive thru this morning but they were crap. Must of been a shortage of employees since the first window where you pay was un manned. When i got to the window, my coffee order was wrong and it took much longer than usual.

The person making the food needs to pay attention. Asked for hamburger kids meal and got chicken nuggets. Thankfully another McDonald’s made the switch for me as I didn’t want to head back in opposite direction

Service is terrible. I waited 10 minutes with 5 other people at the register. They never acknowledged the people standing in line, they only served the drive thru.

The only thing I will ever eat at a McDonalds is the breakfast. I don’t really know why the breakfast seems more food-like than the rest of the meals, but in my head, the eggs are way closer to being real eggs than the hamburgers actually originating from a cow. Many of us have been exposed to recent news stories about McDonalds offering breakfast items all day.(Gee, what a novel idea. Way to catch up with every other fast-food chain that’s been doing it for 40 years) Intrigued, I decided to give the breakfast thing a shot one night on my way home from work. First, let me be the bearer of bad news to tell you that they only offer a few breakfast items on the menu — and Hash Browns is nowhere on this list. «What!?» you say«Hash Browns and breakfast are freakin’ synonymous! The minute you bite into an egg product, a potato product must immediately follow. It’s science!» You are so right. And smart. Unlike this McDonald’s location. In fact, I was so bewildered by this disturbing discovery, I asked the cashier what’s up with the hash brown situation and he said«Oh, they only have so much room in back. So it’s hash brows or fries. Not both.» This little tidbit alerted me to the true reason we don’t get hash browns with our evening eggs… every single person that works at this location is bad at Tetris. I could totally make it fit. The second downfall to this location is if you want said breakfast in a «fast» manner(as the term«fast food» would suggest) forget it. It’s not going to happen. The minute you order a breakfast item the speaker box voice will say«Hmmm… ok but you’re going to have to wait a bit for it.» and each window you go to will have employees with progressively concerned looks, like you just forced the entire staff to do everything they normally do but blindfolded and backwards. They all hate you and make sure you can feel it. To guarantee you suffer properly for disrupting their normal food-making flow, they’ll ask you to swing around the front and sit in a tiny numbered parking spot amidst the thorn-covered bushes filled with bees for 10+ minutes. To me, it felt like the modern day equivalent of being sent to the corner with a dunce cap on my head. But they didn’t give me a cap, because well… it’s McDonalds. For a place that allows 2 ketchup packets and ½ a napkin per 1 lb. of food, could we really expect a fancy investment like a dunce cap? After all, these guys just figured out you can eat breakfast at different times of day. The last item to note when visiting this location is that it’s hands-down THE best place to go if you want to pay for something they forget to put in the bag. There’s nothing quite like ordering some food, driving home and opening the bag to find that the person whose only job is to put food in a bag couldn’t quite figure it out. It’s especially wonderful when the item they forgot is the fries — the only potato product you had access to pair your eggs with. If you decide to go back and ask for the item they forgot, every employee in the place will promptly gather around the receipt bewildered, asking which item they forgot even though you already told every single person 3 separate times, circled it in red and aimed a flashing neon arrow at it. The only way this location could be better is if Ronald McDonald himself slapped people’s butts on their way in and out the door. If we’ve got to take it in the caboose, I’d rather they just be up front about the whole thing. Dine smartly, my friends.

Well this is just bad experience, I wish this McDonald’s was not so close and convenient to my house but it looks like Im going to have to start going to another location. Our order only seems to be right one out of every four times so as much as it pains me to make the people behind me wait in the drive through line rule of thumb for this location is that if I do not check it, it will be wrong. Today sent me over the edge when they rang it up wrong«sausage egg McMuffin with egg whites and white cheddar cheese» even after correcting her several times she argued that thats how you ring up a «sausage biscuit with egg, no folded egg, substitute egg whites» and yes I order it just like there supposed to enter it into the register. So expecting it to be wrong, guess what it WAS, surprise — surprise, The part of the story that sent me over the edge was when lady working the drive through window she came back opened my sandwich held it in her hand to inspect it was right then took the paper and wrapped it back up and handed it to me just the sandwich and said thank you is it correct? Trying not to snap I politely said yes its fine and drove away and looked for the closest trash can to dispose of this now tainted food. Just to make sure everyone understands that she removed the sandwich from the wrapper looked it over and put it back and handed it to me, I understand that the kitchen staff washes there hands on a regular basis but this woman seemed to be working/helping the front counter clearly didn’t wash the entire time I was watching her deal with my order and other peoples orders.

*** Pit stop review(Santa Clarita) *** This is a good place to make a pit stop. The facility looks newly built or remodeled. It also has a play area for the kids. Seating area = clean Food = as expected Service = unusually friendly. Even the patrons are friendly with awesome manners. One young man said«excuse me» as he passed in front of me. Another young man said«pardon me» because he thought he took my seat. I’m pleasantly surprised :-) Restroom = cleaner than average.

I have gone here twice in the past several months. Both times they got my order wrong. The first time I ordered extra pickles and onions and they gave me none. Not extra and the ticket said extra. So I thought someone was screwing with me. Thursday December 11th I told the drive through person what happened the last time and he said he would make sure they understood this time. This time the manager waved me on after giving me a bag. I got half way home and realized I didn’t have my ice crème Sundaes. I got back there and the manager and the co worker were chit chatting because it wasn’t busy and I waved at them and they were smiling and apologizing. They should have first made sure the order was right and secondly after they realized they made the mistake and I was there to be a heck of a lot professional about the whole thing. McDonald’s is terrible for you so I won’t be going back. If I do break down and need a burger I’ll go to in and out. Tens times better and the service is unparalleled.

Nice new décor, plenty of room inside the restaurant, quick service, food done right. Problem was full trash cans at 10:00 am, some of the tables dirty, and music so loud(and a little off-topic for a fast food place — jazz), that it was hard to have a conversation. When I asked if they could turn it down a tad I was told that they were unable to change the volume. Hmmmm. A manager who doesn’t trust the employees? Or a ploy to keep us from lingering? It would have been pleasant to sit with our coffee and there were only 3 other tables occupied, but since we couldn’t talk we left. Most likely will not go back.

I went to this Mcdonalds on extremely hot Santa Clarita day, it didn’t help that my cars air conditioner wasn’t in working order. I saw the restaurant and decided to get a sweet tea and a meal to tame my appetite. Now I am a fan of sweet tea but McDonalds tea is a little to sweet for my liking but I decided to give it another try. It was perfect. The drive through only took around 60 seconds from ordering to receiving my food, and the employees greeted me with a smile! All in all I would say this wont be your«typical Mcdonalds experience» if you so chose to eat here! I will be coming back.

I cannot give a 4 or 5 star rating for any junk food place such as McDonald’s. Their food is not fresh, but frozen so really the only rating, aside from food, is the cleanliness, staff etc. Not the cleanest McDonalds, and I wish parents would select better, healthier alternatives to have birthday parties etc.

It’s pretty much your typical McD’s… service was adequate and quick, the eating area is generally clean, and they haven’t messed up a drive-thru order for me yet. But there wasn’t anything awe-inspiring either(can you really use that adjective for any McD’s?). At least it’s convenient.
