The worst! Twice now, they have messed up my orders. And they took forever to get these orders wrong. 100% guarantee my ass!

Always have a problem here no onions on the sticker outside and of course onions on the burger. Twice have forgotten to give us the kids meal we order. And don’t bother telling them them mess up, these ghettos girls just try to argue with you. Worst drive thru people EVER. Save yourself the trouble drive to Sierra Hwy and Newhall

Horrible service!!! I ordered a milehigh bacon thick burger & it was a mess. When I opened the box i noticed the bun was folded on one side & There were only 2 strips of bacon, and it was falling apart in the box. I told the girl in the drive thru window that the burger was missing bacon & she walked away, pretended she didn’t here me. I said excuse me like 3 times then she came back to the window & said oh ok. She took the burger from me & i saw her tell the cook about it they both rolled there eyes & he took another 3 minutes just to add bacon. I got back that sloppy mess & drove away. This is the worst Carls Jr. I have ever been to. They should really hire some new employees. I will not be going here ever again!

I’m lactose intolerant. Went through the drive thru, told the lady working the drive thru no cheese(repeatedly). Surprise surprise my burger came with cheese. Thanks lady. so what I’m suppose to do now, call and go back. I’m hungry now and if I do complain are they going to spit in my food? Looks like I paid for some over priced fries and a drink. Now I get to make a sandwich at home, thank goodness I went to Carl’s jr.

Standard Carl’s food with one added touch… no matter what sandwich i order it’s ALWAYS smashed down in the middle of the bun. It’s like their training involved taking the order, collecting the money, making and packaging the food… And then right before putting it in the bag someone hammer fists the burger like a stamp of approval. :(I still eat it of course but im not happy about it. If you want a Carl’s where the employees don’t have the vice-like grip strength of this location give the one off Soledad a try.

They mess up orders, close earlier than time stated outside, give out expired coupons, make you wait for your food through the drive thru only to get the order wrong. Today the drive thru lady punched in the wrong item, I corrected her and she changed it on the screen. I drove to the window and asked to make sure it was right and she said yes. she told me to wait up front for my order. I get my order, get home and open to find out the order was still incorrect. I drove back to tell them and the lady making the food in the back laughs like she is amused I drove all the way back. I’m never going back to this Carl’s jr.

Absolutely terrible experience. On Black Friday my family went through the drive through to get some burgers. We ordered two famous stars; one no pickles, no special sauce. They offered the fresh baked buns which I thought would be a great idea. We get home and find the burgers didn’t have the fresh baked buns(even paid for it on receipt) and both burgers had special sauce. My wife is allergic to pickles and couldn’t eat the burger. I called and spoke to Silvia the manager who offered combos on our next visit. Great right? Wrong. The return trip was HORRIFIC! When we arrived today to get our combos the man at the register had to go to the back to confirm with Silvia(She didn’t even come out to apologize) and when he returned he told us he’d put the orders in, very bluntly. Additionally, I ordered my son a kids cheese burger and he charged me for a kids meal and told me it’s because«I» said a meal… I didn’t say that and needed to get that corrected. We receive our burgers and he asked whether we want any ketchup in which we asked for ketchup and ranch. He never brought the condiments until I went to the register and even then he only gave me ketchup. Upon unwrapping our burgers my wife and I realized they didn’t put CHEESE! I went back to ask for the cheese despite knowing it was going to be cold cheese but I didn’t want to deal with their horrible attitude asking for a new burger. When I got the cheese it was only ONE slice! I asked for the second slice and was given the dirtiest look. Never again will I goto this Carls Jr. It use to be great and clean but it appears to have gone to crap.

Wish i could give this place negative 0 stars. The general manager had a really big attitude. I let my son go buy a chicken sandwich after school. I was sitting in the car for 20 minutes. Didn’t come yet with the food yet. I got infuriated. I went inside with my chin up to see what was happening. The spanish women gave me such a horrible lecture about patience. Im not reccomending people to come there at alll.

Apparently today October 22014 around 5 pm. My mom picked me up from GVHS and I decided to go to this Carls Jr. To try out their new mile high burger. I was excited to try it out. I ordered to go with the order: mile high burger 1/3, large fries and a chili cheese fries. When I got home I didn’t got the burger I wanted. Instead of Mile High Burger I got a western burger. I was like Seriously are they reading customers order correctly. To anyone who will go to this place i in courage that if anyone will go to this cjr please double check the order you got. I really want to complain about this but I am not coming back there it is not worth it. First time this incident happen. I’ll just go to other cj’r I Really don’t recommend this restaurant. I’m sorry…:

I ordered a turkey teriyaki burger combo without any onions. Unfortunately, it came with a lot of magical onion goodness. As for my choice of a drink, I received an extremely watered down tea. Though the sandwich bun isn’t expected to have any liquid, the entire sandwich was extremely dry. I’ve been here for 20 mins and the staff hasn’t stopped laughing like a pack of hyenas. This isn’t the worst Carl’s Jr. but it’s definitely not the best either. If you just want hot food that tastes okay, this will suffice –Irene’s boyfriend, David

OK, but not the best Burgers. I’m still partial to Burger King and In and Out. Oh yea, Mc Donald’s sucks!

This Carl’s Jr. menu is like all the others, their food is top notch at super good prices, and their people are helpful and friendly. While not open 24 hours, this particular location won me over another way. Sometime back when I went inside to eat breakfast, I thought I lost my cell phone, and the employees were extremely helpful trying to find it, one even helped me by rooting through the trash cans in case I had accidentally thrown it out on the tray. I was stunned at how helpful they were. Carl’s Jr. never fails to please my belly.

In theory, there’s really nothing to warrant four out of five stars, good or bad. This is a typical Carl’s Jr. with a gargantuan menu with gargantuan sizes, good value, and great customer service. I was astounded at the menu choices; they look like Super Mario’s mushroom was added to everything and the sizes exploded! I can feel my arteries clog up by just looking at them! Anyway, their chocolate shake was decent but I think it could have been more chocolaty. BF’s crisscut fries that he shared with me was the Carl’s Jr, standard but I found them alluringly crispy. He seemed to enjoy his spicy chicken that was a great value for $ 0.99. Not bad!

Yet another review regarding the nexus of mediocrity. I only wish that there was something on the northwest corner of the intersection, so that I can pull off the quad-fecta of reviews(Carl’s, Starbucks, McD’s already). Can I review a freeway onramp? Anyway, I had to rate this lower than average because the staff seemed a little spacey(I repeated my order way too many times, at the counter no less), and the restaurant seemed way old and dirty. Not my fav Carl’s, but not really something to shy away from either. Gotta love those Six-Dollar Make You Wanna Holla Burgers.
