Service and staff are great! Bathrooms are clean. Give them 4 stars. But, the natural turkey sandwich didn’t taste anything like turkey… definitely not ‘natural’!

I will never get food here again. My husband has a dairy allergy so i requested no cheese on my burger. I should have checked. When I got home I found multiple layers of cheese on the burger even tho the recipt said no cheese. I drove all the way back for a refund. Manager didn’t really care.

My whole order tonight was very fresh, hot, and delicious. If you eat much fast food in California you know that doesn’t happen often. Especially at 130am. For fast food this was a 5 star experience.

Terrific breakfast and service this morning! Hot coffee and correct order = great way to start your day.

A follow-​up: Don’t you just love it when you take the time and explain in detail about a complaint you have and they send you back a CANNED response about how they rely upon customer feedback and how important you are to us, etc??? Part of the message was how the store management was going to get in touch with me. Guess what? They didn’t (no surprise considering my original complaint was about how incompetent the management was and how the employees had zero training in customer service. Anyway, what do you expect from a fast food joint? Funny how they show how much they care about their customers by sending an automated CANNED response. You can’t make up this stuff!!!

Very poor customer service and food handling. Food is always smothered on the wrapper, the wrapping itself is covered in sauce, very disgusting place to eat at. Employees are always chattering away and manager says nothing. Disappointing fast food restaurant!

Grew up on yer burgers. Prob the most consistent burgers I’ve ever had. Never failed me. Enjoyed yer Western Bacon Cheeseburger for over thirty years. Nothing comes close.

Worst experience ever!!! It took so long to order, took longer than 20 mins to get food, after seeing teenage boy clean the already cleaned tables to my left for the 3^rd time I went to counter to demand my order. The shift leader asked me what I ordered and said a simple ‘that’s it?!’ No apology or anything. Food was so cold! Ugh. Everyone that placed order w us was extremely upset. A family of 10 went up and cancelled their order n a family of 6 followed and did the same! When we walked outside there were caution signs on the drive thru, I guess to keep new orders from coming in while they get a hold of the 3 orders they had left. Stay away from this location! Unbelievable! By the way, there were about 12 employees so it wasn’t that there wasn’t enough help.

I have been to the drive thru twice at this place to pick up lunch, and both times when I get back to my desk at work I discover my order is incorrect. Today I ordered three items. How hard is it to put three things in a bag? Apparently for this place, it’s impossible because I sit down to enjoy my lunch and discover I only got two of the items I ordered. O for 2. I’ll not be going back. Check your bags carefully at this place, before you leave the window!

I will add to the growing list of horrible reviews for this so called fast food restaurant. At 10:22am today I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns. Simple order. No alterations. After 10 minutes waiting for my food in the drive thru, the teenage boy waiting on me asked if I could pull around front. After 15 minutes I had to go inside and demand my food. The manager on duty wouldn’t even come talk to me. Plus-​The teenage kids working there wouldn’t tell me her name. After 20 minutes and NO explanation and NO apology from anybody, I finally got my food at 10:42 hoping that nobody spit in it while it was being made. This is a horrible fast food experience. I recommend that everyone stay away. They do not know what they are doing here and they obviously didn’t care about their customers. Place wasn’t even busy! Beware!

Worst Carl’s I’ve ever been to. While I’m standing here waiting for my food two different people came in because they received the wrong order in drive through. A lady in line was also complaining about how long she was waiting for her food.

Wow I know its Carl’s Jr but this place needs a visit from the health inspector dirty tables, soda on the floor with a caution sign placed right on it. Food was disgusting way to much sauce I only ate a few fries and my drink. The employees here are very rude as well.

This location is horrible! Waited at drive-​thru for almost 10mins, while listening to 2 employees talk away (apparently they didn’t know the headset was on), no acknowledgement whatsoever, they didn’t speak to us at all. .only thing that came out of this kids mouth was the total. Food was cold! They took forever getting our food and it was cold! I will never be back to this location, I hope not all Carl’s Jr are like this.

I’d give this place one star but then the review would probably be disregarded by management altogether. The wait here for the correct order was excruciating. Took THREE tries to get it right. Management obviously have no idea how to run a restaurant because after 20 min of waiting, nothing was offered to remedy the situation. Complimentary orders had to be asked for. The owners of this establishment ought to truly pay attention because when the restaurant IS NOT EVEN BUSY (12 people), things are disastrous. We watched as two other families had to send back mistaken orders so it was not only our issue. The only thing positive thing is the food tasted fresh, when it finally arrived. Overall, poor showing.

I must say that the drive thru service is usually pretty good. I went in today. No greeting or anything. The girl just stared at me. I went to sit and tables and booths were nasty. One had a wet floor sign by it and it appeared that a drink was spilled. They were not busy so I don’t see why anyone is not taking care of the floor. The floor was nasty. Made me think twice about eating.

I have loved this Carl’s Jr. since I was a freshman in high school. My dad used to bring me home Carl’s Jr. cookies when he would come home from work and put them under my pillow and I would wake up in the morning to eat my Carl’s Jr. cookie.
carl’s Jr. cookies are hands-​down the best cookies in the world and I would know because I’m a huge cookie feen.
there used to be an employee that worked here named Angel and every time I would go here, he would make my day and definitely hook it up with the cookies. Angel does not work there anymore but all of the employees that I have encountered since he has left have been just as nice and friendly.
i’ve never been huge on the Carl’s Jr. menu but I can say that this location has the best Carl’s Jr. breakfast out of all the ones I have tried. Sometimes Carl’s Jr. breakfast does not melt the cheese and sometimes there are ingredients missing or too many ingredients that you did not want, but this location hits the nail on the head every single time I order.
this location is also very convenient for me because it is right next to my house and you can reach it from sidestreets or from Palomar Airport Road. I recommend everyone goes here if they are having a craving for carl’s Jr.

Went back last night and tried again and this time BINGO! they made me a fresh one, as I asked, and it was killer!
Carl himself would be happy that they can still crank them out like they are supposed to taste.
Famous Star is the best fast food burger you can get when they follow the recipe and you get a hot one.

I’ve eaten at this location twice and both times the food was just okay. The first time the burger was sloppily put together so all of the sauce was falling out on one side. The second time the buns just tasted old and not quite right, but the worst part is that they didn’t give me any napkins in the drive thru. For a place who brags about how messy their burgers are to then forget to give you any napkins? Really?

It’s OK, It’s fast food, It’s open 24 hours, and it has super friendly service!
French Fries are decent, but unremarkable, but you can get them in less than 3 minutes! The Sweet Potato Fries however, are the bomb!
Unlike the Golden Arches, the chicken tenders appear to be «real» chicken and are hand breaded. The Cod Sandwich, Turkey Burger and the salads are my healthier choices when I have less than 5 minutes to grab food!
At 2 am in the morning in North County San Diego, you ain’t got many choices right off the freeway!

Hungry on my lunch break, I made my way over here to get some chicken strips. As soon as I got to the window to pay, the girl told me I would have to wait about 3 minutes so I had to go park in front of the building.
I was a little put-​off by this already, because I only had about 15 more minutes of my break and a girl needs some time to eat…5 minutes go by… FINALLY a young guy comes out and hands me my bag. There was no «sorry for the wait» or any coupon or anything! Totally disappointed.
Okay so… there was CARTILAGE IN MY CHICKEN. This is NOT the first time this has happened. Maybe it’s not even cartilage because only the Lord knows they use real chicken or not. But, whatever the clear, chewy, hard, bits in my chicken strips are MUST GO. I was absolutely disgusted and had to eat around the mystery meat. If I wasn’t already back at work, I would’ve returned the «chicken».
Apparently the burgers are really good, never had one, not willing to try them. I plan on never going to Carl’s JR. again and I don’t recommend anyone else going there, especially if you are just wanting some chicken strips… McDonald’s is probably better.
