If you want a car dealership experience while buying supplements, GNC has got you covered. Helpful staff, but immediately tried to upsell me to their triple strength bullshit fish oil tabs or whatever. It was honestly embarrassing to watch this dude stoop lower than a used car salesman for a bottle of supplements. Bought the normal stuff (after a stern warning that it wouldn’t be as effective) and ran out as fast as I could. I will just continue to go to Costco or Ralph’s for my supplements.

I’ve been here several times. Every time the cashier is not helpful and very rude and their customer service sucks.
The best GNC is over off Alga and El CAMINO Real. She is always very helpful and so nice. I’ll never come back to this one again!!!

Both times I have come to this store, there has been great customer service with people who know the products and are willing to share suggestions. Love that they always have quest bars on sale buy 3 get one free, and love that they usually have a good amount of stuff on sale! Got a 60 servings container of C4 today for $ 30! Doesn’t expire till August, so that’s perfect for me!!! Went in today and had an AWESOME conversation with the guy and girl in there today around lunch time! Super funny, and easy to talk to! Love awesome customer service like that! PLUS knowing that if I don’t like something, I can bring it back is ALWAYS a plus! Looking forward to trying that Quest Baking Friendly Powder next time!!! Thanks for the laughs today guys! Looking forward to the paper mâché baby in 9 months

Unlike some of the other reviews, I had a great experience at this location. They greeted me right away and were very courteous and helpful with my questions. No complaints from this girl!

I have been coming to this location right around the time they opened. I am a big fan of Manager here. He helped me out picking out the right products for my needs. I only wish this location was slightly larger and stocked a few different items. But for the space they pack in everything you can get.
I suggest signing up for the GOLD Card. Earn Points and coupons all the time. Not to mention the email articles I receive are information. (be warned then send a lot of emails)
I especially love the GNC Lean Shakes in Chocolate and Strawberry, Mint Chocolate Cake is actually pretty good in small doses.
Stopped in last week and picked up a few boxes of Lean Shake and again the staff was extremely helpful and not overally pushy. Just straight helpful.

Been to this location twice. Everyone was very friendly. My concern is the store assistance said I could take 3 different workout/​dietary/​energy supplants together no problem. I visited another store and the assistant said he would never recommend combining the same supplements. Better training needs to be more uniform throughout locations.

Was visiting the area and left all my meds at home so I visited the local GNC for an emergency refill. The guy working was very helpful. While they didn’t have purely acidophilus tablets, they had a large selection of fish oil.

Got no help at all after being in the store about 10 – 15 min I decided to leave even though I was standing at the check out register I guess it was more important for the lady to mingle with someone that wasn’t even buying anything. Won’t return to this location again.
