I’m a 27 year old male who has been to countless barbershops and salons and has always been the kind to curse inside my vehicle after leaving other salons. Martha, here at Supercuts has always given an absolute 100% perfect cut in a timely, professional manner, and at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this Supercuts in particular to get WHAT YOU WANT the EXACT WAY you want it to be done. They will always make time for you and greet you in a welcoming manner. This will definitely be my place to go for a cut whenever I may need one. A++++++ best facility I’ve been to — and just like everyone else has said, its convenient and easy. You’ll always leave with a smile on your face!

If you do go to this salon for highlights/​color, ask for Martha. She does such a great job, and she has a very nice personality. I walked out feeling so happy about my hair. That’s how you should always feel. Highlights can be so expensive. You will get the same quality highlights with Martha as you would at one of those private salons that are so expensive. Actually even better! She works magic

Very nice and very new location. I walked in around 11am on Tuesday and there was nobody in there. The ladies seemed very knowledgeable of the products they have; although they didn’t have mine.
You get what you pay for. Cheap and convenient.

Love this salon! I’ve had Martha cut my hair for years now. I’m terrible about taking care of my hair, but she always makes it look awesome regardless. The salon is always super clean and everyone who works there is really nice. I usually make a reservation ahead of time, but I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a couple minutes either way. I definitely recommend this salon!

I always get my haircut here! The staff is always friendly. I recommend this store to all my friends. Martha has been cutting my hair for 6 years, when she transferred stores I came with her. Driving a little farther to have her do my hair is so worth it!

EXCELLENT SALON!!! Great stylists, fast service, very clean, outstanding value. Cut, color, style & service is better than any high-​priced salon I’ve been to. They take the time to explain & show me how to recreate the style on my own. I can always get in when I need to, rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes & am out in no time at all. I hate the way the high-​priced salons make you wait & take so long — like they’re justifying why they charge so much! This SuperCuts is one of the best — bright, friendly, happy & fun. The stylists there really seem to enjoy what they do & genuinely want to do everything they can to make me feel welcome & valued — a direct reflection of the values of their shop manager & upper management. The staff has direct experience & thorough knowledge of the products they use & sell — recommending just what I need. I moved out of the area over 8 years ago but purposely wait until I’m in Carlsbad on business or leisure to go to my favorite SuperCuts & stylist! Can’t write enough good things here — just go & see for yourself… you won’t be disappointed.

I have been getting my haircut at this location for a couple years now. The store is always clean and the staff is fantastic. I specifically ask for Martha as she cuts my thin straight hair to my desire and crazy whims. I am notoriously bad at making reservations (which I recommend) and she always manages to squeeze me in! Highly recommended!

I have been going to this supercuts for about 2 years now. The girls are always friendly and they get people in and out without worry. Martha, the manager, is always on top of it and is the only person I trust with my hair!

Went there for a straight and simple trim … my hair is thin, straight and EASY to cut! The hairdresser there spent about 10 minutes or less cutting it. When the so-​called haircut was done, one side was one and a half inches longer than the other! I pointed it out and two hairdressers there assured me it was just my imagination. Got home, my sister noticed immediately that my hair was lopsided — by a lot, not just a little. I went to another salon and paid $ 50 to get it evened out. The other hairdresser confirmed my hair was almost two inches longer on one side than the other … what a nightmare. What annoys me most is that rather than being honest and taking a few minutes more to straighten the mess out, they covered it up by pretending it was OK and pushing me out the door.

Don’t even think about going to this place without an appointment!!!
Was told that I was first in line and it would be 10 minutes. Saw the old man ahead of me was already seated and was being worked on, figured that I would wait, 35 minutes later he was still being trimmed. Left because I had another appointment in 45 minutes and needed 15 minutes to get there. Supercuts should not take a hour and a quarter to get a trim. Every time I try to go into this place it is at least a 45 minute wait (and I try to go in non peak hours), Haircuts are okay but the line is just not worth it.

This is the place to go for your hair!!!
For some reason I couldn’t dye my hair blonde. Every time I tryed it turned orange.
I would get home and yell into the mirror what the _​_​_​_​!!
But I went to super cuts and found Martha she figured it out and put the right stuff in and now I am blonde!!!
The best part is it cost under a hundred bucks.
I wish I found her sooner. I spent a lot of money having orange hair

My sis and I visited Supercuts the last day of our vacation in Legoland. Krystal & Morgan were super nice. They gave us good consultation to rectify the dryness of our hair. We both got our hair coloured and blow dried. Krystal also did a deep conditioning that helped my hair a lot. It is looking healthy & lustrous. Highly recommended salon. We just walked in so is really great for an unplanned salon visit. I would definitely come back here.

Good location… and good stylists. I’ve come here three or four times now and I’ve had a perfect cut each time to my standards. Docking a star for the very limited parking as the nearby establishments take up most of the spaces, especially during lunchtime. Come anytime other than lunch and you’ll be a-​ok.
