This is a fast food joint after all. How do you rate Jack in the Box? But the employees here are the friendliest, whether you’re in the drive thru or sit in. There are hardworking people here and it makes it an easy choice to come here. Maybe it’s nostalgic for me to eat here since I ate here often with my family and friends growing up, but it’s definitely welcoming here.
P. s. This morning, my BF and I ate our morning burgers inside and it was busy! Their food is consistent. Plus, who doesn’t love a place that offers teriyaki bowls, tacos, and burgers? Classic American ;)

I came inside & bought a small fish sandwich combo. The service was very fast, probably about 5 min I think. Nice ppl, had no problems here. Keep it up JITB!

I’ve had the best customer service here every time I come, I want to give a shout out to John and Jessica for ²⁄₄ night time experience and a shout out to Liz a few nights before. You all have the best experience and customer skills I have ever seen and experienced coming from your field! I appreciate you all and will continue to be a customer at your location because of you! Don’t get me wrong I love me some tacos especially with some alcohol in me … But this location … Let’s be honest smells like urine. 24 hours and they let the local homeless hang out insides king it a completely filthy place to sit and eat

This location is friendly, and the employees are thorough in making sure they have your order right. The food is fresh and we’ll prepared. I may have gotten a little too much butter on my buttery jack last time I was there which made it a little dangerous to eat in the car, but it all worked out well and luckily I’m skinny and it tasted great! I’ve never visited the inside, so I can only rate the drive thru. I haven’t gone at any busy times, so I have always gotten through quickly and been a happy camper! I would definitely recommend this location. It’s a busy area and the stop lights are a pain, but it’s worth it rather than going to a less busy area and getting gross food and/​or bad service.

4 stars on the FAST FOOD LEVEL based on exceeding my expectations. Surprisingly good first and second jack in the box experience. Food tasted rather fresh and it even took them a while to prepare it which makes me wonder if it was fresh. Bun was excellent and burger was well prepared, not slapped together in 5 seconds. Even the fries were not your typical fast food fries. Also need to mention cost — it was a good 2 dollars cheaper than at McDonald’s and the food they serve there is nasty! I would return to satisfy a fast food craving.

I’m writing this review in regards to a wonderful employee named Jonathan. He was so perceptive, nice, quick, and efficient! The food was Jack in the Box quality and catered to my special requests. Jonathan should be given a raise or at least taken off the graveyard shift!

For the last 12 years my hubby and I order breakfast jacks with lettuce, tomato and onion added + coffee at least once a week. Best customer service ever! The entire staff is so hard working and full of kindness everyday. Just want to say thank you for your goodness.

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat on the run. We were traveling from out of town so I’ve been to plenty of Jack in Box restaurants. This spot had the worst tacos I’ve ever had. Luckily my wife and I ordered other food from their menu which came out good.
All 4 tacos we ordered were extremely cold. Not sure when they were made, but they could have reheated them or something. One of the tacos I ate had like 80% lettuce and 20% meat. I ate through over half of the taco and ate through nothing but taco shell and lettuce.
I would give them one star for the tacos but the drive through employee was friendly and the service was prompt, so that bumped them up a star.

Really friendly workers. Ricky was a great cashier and gave excellent customer service. Best fast food experience in a long time!

3 stars only because the food, as all fast food is, is decent at best. However, this Jack is always over the top friendly and has never screwed up an order of mine. Don’t get me wrong– I’m not there all the time, but they definitely pride themselves of good customer service.

The mini-​pancakes have always been a secret, but now that has been blown wide open with the introduction of wild berry mini=pancakes. This new version is a buck more, but includes lots of berries and a good dose of whipped cream. If you like the minis, you will enjoy these new jazzed up puppies. You can also get a combo with pancakes and fries and soda if your really feeling crazy and the bacon potato wedges were another late night special. Keep rolling stuff out and I will keep trying them.

i’ve tried to live my life guided by a transcendent sense of right and wrong and bits and pieces of wisdom i’ve managed to pick up along the way (usually learned by making horrific mistakes and deciding that next time i would at least try to do things differently). foremost amongst the shining beacons that have illuminated my path is the realization that there are two kinds of people in the world — those that love bacon and those that are wrong.
heard about the BACON INSIDER on a commercial and it has haunted by dreams. so since i was in the neighborhood …
the sandwich is basically a JUMBO JACK with cheese, bacon and a patty that has bacon ground right into the beef (well, hopefully the «beef» — we are talking about JACK in the BOX after all). burger was a little overcooked and the meat was dry but still a religious experience.
they had me at bacon.

ok, i know this is jack in the box, but come on people its about serving the customer. I guess I usually hold jack in the box to a higher standard because it was my first job in high school and I am usually not disappointed, however, this place was ridiculous. First we were standing at the counter for a good 6 or 8 min before the lady on drive through (who was an assistant manager and was crazy busy in drive through) yells for someone in the back. Two guys finally come up, one was in training. they took our order and we got our number and sat down. We waited almost 20 minuites when the drive through manager yelled for them again asking why this food was still sitting up there. tweedledee and tweedledum were in the dining room gathering the trash to take it out. the guy who was the trainer was like «what? there arent any orders» The manager screams «YES THE CLOCK SAYS 18 MINUITES!» he then sees us and is all «oh are you guys still waiting» im like um yeah. so then, THEN the part that REALLY TICKED ME OFF was that the two kept bagging the trash. like im sure the new dude can handle taking a trash bag out of a trash can get up and get my food! THEN I FREAKED OUT CAUSE HE DIDNT WASH HIS HANDS AFTER HANDLING THE GARBAGE AND GRABBING MY FOOD! I threw the food straight into the trash and then proceeded to lecture this kid on the spread of bacteria (im sure he was annoyed, but i work in health care i know how vital hand washing really is when you come into contact with a large amount of people) I ALMOST would have eaten it, had i not watched him scoop up the fries and spread those germs on the fry scoop which will then be passed to everyone who comes in for the rest of the night. The manager gave us a refund and offered us a free cheesecake but i declined and left///

Getting in and out of this Jack in the Box is an absolute disaster because the lanes are so tight!
However, whether I’m coming or going to the beach, the bathrooms here are easily accessible as I can never seem to park close to the bathrooms at the beach.
Stopped by today, and also found that they have their own self-​ordering kiosk! And while I didn’t try it because I was the only person in line to order food and the cashier was right in front of me waiting for me… well, I’m sure it’s a pretty amusing experience!

This location is run by excellent mammals.
They appear to be able to consume food, intake oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide. Although there is a prevalence of heat lamps in the area they appear to be able to maintain body temperature without the assistance of external heat sources.
All in all, this is a Jack in the Box. Standard issue. It’s A-​OK if you are looking for a Jack in the Box.

The convenience of having it right by the freeway as I am driving by to get on the freeway to work is awesome, plus now they have that fancy coke machine that can make me a Diet Cherry Coke which is an addicition to me. Jack’s food is only ok, not on the top end of all the Jack’s but haven’t messed it up yet.

$ 0.99 tacos (two of them) and a jumbo jack with cheese. That was lunch during my college years, and it still hits the spot on the rare occasion that I’m in the mood. How can you go wrong with a meal under $ 3?

I’ve been going here off and on for years. Very convenient dining room, with mix of tables. But for quite a while I would only of through drive thru because going in was not efficient. In fact at times I could order off the touch screen and pay before the person in front of me, who had to wait for the clerk to come around, could place their order.
But! I went in today because the line for the drive thru was kind of crazy. There was not only someone at the counter but they were very friendly and placed two orders in the time it took me to place mine on the touch screen. And like a previous reviewer noted, they brought my food (which was to go) out to me. First my smoothie as soon as it was ready, and then my food all bagged up. And they were friendly! And the smiled!
Kudos to whatever changes are taking place, job well done!

Had dine-​in on an early saturday night — nice clean modern dining room, with both the taller bistro tables and regular tables. while they had a kiosk, i ordered at the counter with the cashier. a spicy chicken sandwich combo, sans tomato for my wife, and an extra spicy chicken sandwich for me.
discovered that they had a spiffy touch-​screen drink dispenser. which can add extra accent flavors to your drink. magical! better see if my local Jack has one of these.
since business was slow, the cashier actually brought our food out to our table, rather than calling out a number and having us get up and grab it. nice service! sandwiches were just as they always are — good stuff, and the fries were hot hot out of the fryer…
and since it’s World Cup time, i couldn’t help buying a Soccer Jack Ball for a buck!
