Starbucks

This Starbucks is pretty dirty. There are stools everywhere and trash on the tables and ground. Their drinks are amazing, though. (Frappucinos) The workers do not do very much cleaning. Very friendly though.

Very nice and hardworking baristas. Never had an order made wrong or badly. Always good service.

I’ve restarted going to Starbucks since I downloaded the app. I’m not an app person but for some reason the Starbucks app got me hooked! Love it!
I love writing at Starbucks, the atmosphere is perfect, but out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to and go to (depending on where I am at the time), this one is the best by far.
I feel like all the employees work really well together and do a great job. The drinks are done well and they do it with enthusiasm. They give off a genuine and positive vibe that makes you feel comfortable and good.
The bathrooms are large and clean considering the amount of traffic it gets and they have a decent amount of table space, indoors and outdoors.
My favorites: Pike coffee, soy flat white, spinach and feta breakfast wrap extra toasted with the hot sauce, and the reduced fat turkey breakfast sandwich.

I’ve been here plenty of times since my original review and I’m happy to say, I still like this location. The baristas are always friendly, drinks are made quickly, plenty of seating inside and out.
I’ll be back!

I really want to shout out Nedine!!! She makes the best drinks, super friendly and fast! This Starbucks has a hidden gem. Thank you for the good drink

Went here this Saturday am around 11 with my mom and brother. I have never seen a dirtier Starbucks.
I saw 3 employees. One taking orders, the other making drinks, and one pretending to work while really accomplishing nothing. That employee is the one I hold responsible for the dirty, disgusting, state of this shop.
I was there for 15 minutes (because they made a drink wrong). Walked in and the first thing I said was ew. After ordering, went to wait and saw useless employee cleaning & restocking the straw bar. As he was cleaning, he dropped all the trash on the ground. Then refilled the products that were already fairly full, while chatting up a customer. The rate at which this employee moved, I swear he thought the trash would magically pick itself up or one of his other coworkers that were actually doing something would do it. 15 minutes I stared at trash all over the place.
And I’ve worked at a restaurant before. It was not busy. The bar did not need 15 minutes worth of attention. This guy was purely lazy. And as a customer, I was disgusted in every way. Good thing there are about 70 Starbucks close to me because I will not be coming back to this one.

Clean environment! However the professionalism and attention to detail here is clearly lacking. Don’t come here during the evening shift crew. You’ll find them not paying attention to making orders and on their PHONES instead. The cashier needs to check her tone when talking to customers and not throw straws onto the counter when handing people their drink orders. I totally understand that everyone on this shift was High School aged so I don’t blame them at all. It’s a lack of training from from their store manager and a crisp and clear reflection of their training and leadership.

Starbucks is always a good option for some delicious teas and the occasional coffee. This particular location is one of the nicest all around Starbucks that I have ever been in as the place is immaculate and the service is extremely good. This is a rather new location but has a tastefully done interior and nicely appointed exterior seating. The product served is always very consistent and served extremely promptly. Overall, if it’s Starbucks you want, then this is a fantastic option.

I adore this Starbucks for many reasons, even though it’s taken me over 45 visits to write a review. The drinks and food have always been on par and sometimes above par. At first I didn’t feel that the staff/​baristas wanted to get to know their community of customers. But that time is over, friendliness exudes through my favorite Starbucks establishment. They make every effort to ask your name, recall your name, and when appropriate spark up conversations.
They offer the order ahead option using your Starbucks app. Super easy, just make sure that your desired location is selected– the app sometimes chooses your closest SB location as a default. Be careful that it isn’t sent to the wrong SB!
My La Costa/​Rancho Santa Fe location has a Clover machine, which makes them unique. The Clover Brewing System allows the barista to brew a single perfectly brewed coffee. Depending on the type of coffee bean you choose the use the proper water brewing temperature and brewing time to make an awesome brewed coffee.

The parking in front of the store isn’t the best. But there is plenty of room to park in the back of the store as well as on the sides near The Habit. I like a little jaunt before my coffee sometimes.

I absolutely love this Starbucks location, mostly because of the baristas! Anna is my favorite… she is super friendly and always says hi when I come in. There are a few other employees who know my order too… which I suppose could be a good or bad thing ;)
This location is easily accessible, lots of parking, and only a year old so it’s a new facility and very clean. It can get quite noisy inside, and the tables fill up very quickly… It would be nice if there was a room for a few extra tables, but it’s a somewhat small location. The outside seating is also a nice option, weather permitting. During busy hours, I can’t come here to get work done because I can never find a place to sit.
I am always happy with my drinks here, and if I ever need a modification the staff is always willing to oblige.

The employee named Heidi is the only reason I will return to this Starbucks. The other employee seemed very immature and inexperienced. When I visited this location before 7 am, I walked up to the counter, set my purse down and said «good morning» one of the gals just laughed and didn’t respond… she looked over my shoulder and was talking to another customer and pretending like I didn’t exist. I was 10 seconds away from walking out and taking my business somewhere else; but Heidi «stepped up to the plate» and acknowledged me. She was friendly, efficient, and I could tell she was experienced in customer service. I bought a re– usable cup and she rinsed it with hot water (some people don’t even bother), which is why I tipped her $ 1. Thank you Heidi, you made me feel like my business mattered.

The operations at this store are getting better each time I visit. I do wish it was a drive through location but that would’ve likely created chaos with the first group they had in the store.
All the people there now are very friendly and helpful and they remember my drink most of the time when I come in. It helps that they have a clover machine, those things are great!

This place has improved a lot. Service has gotten better and they now have seating outside. They have a list of their Clovers up so you don’t have to guess at what they have available and staff is more knowledgable to make recommendations. Parking in the front is still limited but there are plenty on back. I’m assuming this place was going through some growing pains at the beginning.

This is the best Starbucks around. The manager Laura is friendly and personable. Her staff does a great job, particularly Andre who seems to work his tail off. As a fringe benefit there’s an incredibly handsome security guard that comes in from time to time.

This Starbucks is fairly new. Everyone who works there is very friendly. The only downside is that there is not a drive through. Overall this is a great Starbucks for a meeting or what not as there is large amount of outdoor and indoor seating.

I agree with everyone else… bad rating due to customer service. They don’t know their own menu! I was only in there for 5 mins and couldn’t wait to exit!

Wow! I’ve usually had great experiences at Starbucks, but not today. The girl at the register seemed inexperienced, asking what size was the Starbucks reusable cup was. I had to give my order twice and then after I paid realized she didn’t charge me correctly. They had 4 people rushing around the bar, but the coffee was coming out slowly. Although, it was hectic watching them run around, the worst is when we got our coffees the the milk was burnt.
Sadly this was definitely below the Starbucks standard of excellence that I’m use to.

Please work on your customer service! I work in customer service as well and even if you’re having a bad day don’t bring it to work. A welcoming smile and happy personality will bring back customers. Especially coming from a huge business such as Starbucks! Come on now!
I don’t even go to this starbucks honestly I rather go a bit further and go to the one inside Vons they are a lot nicer. Don’t want to be mean but they need to re evaluate what type of people represent there business.

Super great fun and friendly staff at this location. I feel at times, they are just there and have had enough with the customers crap, but I came in at 4 and the three ladies behind the counter were still cheerful and happy. Don’t know if it was because they had possibly just started their shifts or if they were almost off, but honestly, it was nice to see!
The only thing that sucks is parking is hard on a crowded or busy days.
