Dined at this subway at 2:42 today 6÷4÷15 when I entered the resturaunt it was empty one employee was in the front a younger Hispanic male looked straight at me and decided to ignore me completely and kept doing what he was doing and was not going to be bothered to help me. after standing there for a couple of minutes another employee came from the back and would barely let me order rushed me through the entire process I couldnt get my whole order out before she was at the register and acted so annoyed that I wanted to order another sandwich. My entire order was just a kids meal and a 6 ’ but I was treated like I was ordering for 12 ppl. Meanwhile the first employees greeted every white customer that walked in and was attentive and overly friendly to the blonde lady in line behind me but had no problem ignoring me completely. I couldn’t believe how awful they were being to me I didn’t do anything wrong I will let everyone I know how racially baist the employees are and how obviously racist they act so so sad everyone should be greeted and treated equally while they order.

I was surprised to see such poor reviews for this Subway. It’s subway people! Fancy gourmet dinning? No. Quick, fresh sandwiches, for cheap? Yes. We have been coming to this location for years and employees are friendly, they move you through the line quickly. Sandwiches are always consistent. We have come in with big lunch orders and they always get the sandwiches right. Subway cookies are delicious, too!

Why would this Subway get such poor reviews? I came here twice recently. Fiancé got spicy Italian subs, which he enjoyed. I got the turkey and ham chopped salad. Typical Subway stuff — pick your meats, add whatever veggies you want, this shit is gold! Having spent about 2 months in Europe, I appreciate Subway every time I go. The«sandwiches» in Spain and Italy were very, very sad. The bread was hard and would scrape my gums. The sandwich contents were composed only of meat and cheese, and they were more expensive than Subway. Every time I had one of these sad sandwiches, I would think about Subway, and the soft, pliable bread, and all the veggies overflowing out the sides…

A nice clean subway, wish instead of using lettuce so covered in ice they had to scrape it out they would have grabbed a fresh one but its subway after all

The bread did not seem very fresh since it was hard on the outside. Good customer service but food quality just wasn’t on point. Conveniently located next to Sprouts and a nail salon.

Wow! What an experience tonight. My kids are real picky sometimes, but especially with sandwiches. They love the flat bread here because its thin. So I order the ham and cheese sandwich that we always get. No veggies, just bread, ham and cheese. Guy behind the counter asks if I want it toasted. I declined as the kids don’t want it toasted. They’ve had it like that many times. We go over to the register to pay and I notice they charged me tax on the sandwich. I asked why and he said because the flat bread is supposed to be toasted. However, I didn’t get it toasted and he still charged the tax. On items to go or that don’t require heating/cooking, no tax should be charged. They said it was in the computer already because the flat bread is supposed to be toasted. I told them thy cant charge tax on items that aren’t toasted. All three employees began to say the same thing to me, that the tax is already included since the flat bread is supposed to be toasted. I mentioned that i’ve gotten the sandwich prepared the same way before. One of the employees then said it would be the same at every subway restaurant. The manager came over and started trying to figure out a way to refund the tax. He ended up voiding the transaction and charging for what I assume was the same sandwich, but on regular bread. He then told me this was the last time they could waive the tax since the employee didn’t tell me tax would be included and the next time they would have to charge the tax even if the sandwich wasn’t toasted. I told them they can’t do that and they again told me it was in the system and couldn’t change it. Another customer behind me in line agreed that tax shouldn’t be charged since the order wasn’t toasted. It didn’t appear that they employees cared one bit as they again said that this would be the last time they would waive the tax. I’m not sure if this was a simple ploy to speed up the purchasing process, but it doesn’t work if someone doesn’t want the sandwich prepared the way the shop wants it done. If the shop allows requests, they should be able to adjust how it is paid for if necessary. Someone better let the owners know they can’t do this! Smells like a lawsuit to me…

I roll in at 9:30. They close at 10PM. They’re already mopping the floor and dishing out the nasty looks. Well the sandwich artist [kid] that made my sandwich didn’t even put all the regular things that normally come on a specific sandwich. If I didn’t ask for it, I didn’t get it. Half of their bar was already put away in the fridge and all the sauces beside mustard/mayo were put away too. Laziness is the only reason he didn’t put the regular condiments on my sandwich with me specifically requesting them. I don’t normally get this sandwich so I don’t know exactly what comes on it, nor should I have to outright request them. Rude. SUBWAY: WHYDOYOUPOST10PMBUTHAVEYOUREMPLOYEESPUTTHINGSAWAYEARLYANDSTARTINGCLEANING30MINUTESBEFOREYOUEVENCLOSE? Oh, I get it. That’s not your policy, but that’s just what the employees do so they can go home as early as possible. Cool, thanks.
