Subway

Bottom Line: Consistent with what you’d expect from a Subway.
Everything here was a-​ok. The store front was clean, the staff were friendly and the ingredient were fesh, at least as fresh as deli meat can be. There are a few tables to eat here but most people seem to get it to go. If you are lucky, you can get a parking spot right out front. With Starbucks right next door, spots seem to turn over quickly.

My boyfriend and I stopped and got sandwiches for lunch and one of the employees, Adam I believe was extremely rude and very unprofessional. At first everything was fine then I asked for a little bit of light mayo and he started putting on red onions, I said no, I said light mayonnaise and he then told me you said onion, and I replied, «actually I did not say onion at all», and with attitude in his voice he replied «well that’s what I heard» um excuse me??? Then he started violently finishing making mine and my boyfriends sand which and even dropped a knife in the trash and just grabbed it back out and used it again. We both almost told him to just throw them away and walk out, but we were hungry and a bit shocked we were treated this terribly. He was mumbling stuff under his breath almost the whole time too. So unprofessional. I cannot believe he has a job with that bad of an attitude. I feel disrespected and Im probably not the only one this has happened to. I usually don’t write Unilocal reviews but this experience was so terrible I had to.

Very courteous and accommodating manager (or owner). Not often I go to a subway with such great customer service and friendly employees.

Ordered a steak, egg, & cheese sandwich. I was charged for a steak and cheese sandwich… with egg. Breakfast menu is served all day and clearly shows steak, egg, and cheese sandwich to be $ 5.50. Was ready to walk out when cashier would not budge from the $ 9 charge. Cashier finally relented, gave me the $ 5.50 price… and then educates me by telling me that I should say that I am ordering from the breakfast menu next time. Yeah right… like there will be a next time I order from this place.

today I was in line & there was a handicapped gentleman in front of me & the staff knew him so I figured he was a regular. they made a salad for him & the guy behind the counter grabbed the salad & a drink & set up a table for him & went & got his drink. it was so nice! with all the bad in the world it’s nice to see there are still good people!

Excellent, well-​run store. Efficient and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to and always plenty of close parking. As good a store as Subway could possibly make. Also a nice eating area outside available.

Good service the gals there seemed to be in a good mood and were friendly. The sandwiches well they taste the same as every subway shop.

Arrived at 9:50 p.m. after leaving Sea World to grab a sandwich & they told us they were closed… oh, my bad, your sign said you closed at 10 p.m.

Very Disappointed in the service here,
been multiple times and there always seems to be either a distinct attitude problem, or a food quality issue,
not enough to stop me coming, i know how to get what i paid for, but still frustrating

Best subway in town hands down! The newest one in the home depot expo center. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knows how to make a sandwich.
I’ve loved Subway for years, and this one is the cleanest and best one in town. While all subways are alike, this one offers the customer more choice and ensures quality service. The owner even posts his phone number so you can call with any special requests or info.
