Wow. Had a super great experience here. Came to get some work done and use the WiFi in addition to having a snack and a drink. Everything was delicious, plenty of seating and even a place for me to plug in my laptop. To top it all off, one of the employees came around offering freshly baked complimentary cookies! I will be back here whenever I am in the area.

Jerry Lynn is an amazing woman with incredible insight into what her catering clients need. I highly recommend this Panera Bread. I dine her often with friends and family and I always get great service. Mario who works the front is fast, friendly, and always greets me by name. If you want great service I highly recommend this Panera bread for coffee hot chocolate for large groups. They can set it up for you and just know what you need. Listen to them and you will not have to worry. They really take care of everything. Favorite items besides excellent coffee is their power breakfast sandwich, their Thai salad, and their broccoli soup.

Soup was served to me COLD! Asked one of the staff members to reheat it and she directed me to the communal microwave in the cashier area. Clearly their staff wasn’t trained properly on how to handle customer order discrepancies.

Best Panera Bread location in the County. Great customer service. Orders always ready on time. They could even help us at short notice for large orders. Kathleen and the other managers knew me by name. I highly recommend using this location.

customer service fail. don’t ask the boy behind the counter with glasses where your coffee is. he’ll just rudely point and say at the end of the bar. oh but wait after almost 10 minutes of waiting for my café latte I realize they only serve invisible cups of joe because it wasn’t there! save yourself the headache of rude customer service & go to coffee bean or Starbucks. u pay the same price & at least u get served with a smile. panera you failed me

I had dinner at this Panera on 9÷11÷15. The staff members were very friendly. Thank you’s and kudos to employees Cameron and Josh(the assistant manager). The food was very good, and the restaurant was clean. It’s a very comfortable environment, and I enjoyed dinner very much. Save room for one of their desserts. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Note to the company: I would love to see a Panera open in my neighborhood near UTC Mall! PS: I grew up in St Louis and remember when Panera was St Louis Bread Company. :)

I would give this fewer stars if possible. My girlfriend and I went and ordered a sandwich and a half soup half salad to go. They had told us that they ran out of flat bread and said they could lettuce wrap the half sandwich. When we got home the salad was missing and the«wrap» was two pieces of lettuce with melted cheese. I will not eat at this restaurant ever again. The customer service was fine but the food was terrible. I would have posted a picture of the salad also but it was non existent.

The sandwiches are great, soups are very good, healthy and well-balanced, and creative-portions adequate. Soup portions could be a bit more generous. Our to-go bowls have been 2⁄3 full every time we go. Nice bread with it. Skimpy on the butter if you like buttery bread, even if you ask for extra and offer to pay more. While everything is clean, something about it doesn’t feel really clean. I think the furniture is cheap and not organized looking. And the windows could be cleaned more often, probably lovely bread flour dust(I hope), but still… I always get food to go, it’s beautifully boxed. I reuse the rinsed box for potpourri from the garden. Looks artsy. Also, near closing, they won’t cut into the only standing loaf of bread if they’re out, in case someone wants a whole loaf, I guess. My friend was upset that they had three different loaves, but she couldn’t have any for her sandwich. Finally, I had my $ 25 gift card number and pin written in my mobile. The clerk wouldn’t allow me to even input the numbers, although I’ve never had that problem elsewhere. And I bought the there card myself! So, 5 stars for the food that is available, 3 for poor eating area, 3 for letting you feel that you’re not their first priority, but 5 for a beautifully boxed picnic. Just get a sammie, chips, a cup of soup and some nice iced tea and enjoy a sunny day! 4

Stumbled upon this Panera on the right day. They were having a pre opening and handed out 15 $(fake money) to each of us to pay for our lunch. I happened to be at Trader Joes shopping. Their food is fresh, the staff was on top of it and we had great salads and sandwiches. I even got a loaf of their cinnamon swirled bread which was so fantastic. My son loved a slice of it for breakfast, it was also just sweet enough for a dessert treat. I am excited to go back now that they have been open for a couple months.

what the? Unfortunate when brand becomes so popular it goes to their head. 1 sandwich and another meal of ½ sandwich & salad, $ 25! Really? Uh it was good, but lets keep in mind charging almost $ 7 for half a sandwich is ridiculous. Which witch next door is a much better deal for more food or Soup Plantation for all you can eat and everything is made from scratch. As you can see by my prior review I used to really like Panera, but the prices have gotten outrageous. I won’t be back.

Thursday’s are typically my special AM Panera treat days and they are made special by Lori. Today she was training a new Panera Associate and Panera couldn’t have selected a better person for this task. She is always extremely friendly, uses my name, and puts napkins in my bag(because nothing is worse than eating on the road and realizing you don’t have a napkin). My favorite Panera items are their scones(fresh and flavorful), the cinnamon crunch bagel(in the bread slicer) and their flavored teas. For lunch, who can resist their«you pick two». Panera is my fresh, quick and convenient go to lunch.

Panera located at Forum Shops has hired the most adorable older grandpa(maybe a great grandpa). He walks about handing out free cookies at lunch, wipes down tables, keeps things tidy, tells the occasional joke, and generally leaves everyone whom comes through his path smiling and feeling much better. Certainly a nice distraction away from the busy workday, all of its stresses. Great Job Panera.

Love Panera bread! The Autumn soup is delicious and the Thai Chicken Salad, so tasty! I think that the service is usually great, just a little something off with the associate tonight, not sure if he was tired or just out of it. The manager was great, really friendly and very attentive. Food was made fast and it fast delicious. I love the free wifi and the fact they have plenty of indoor and out door seating.

Panera is one of those places where you know, pretty consistently, what you are going to get. I really enjoy their egg soufflés when I am there in the morning. Especially the one with bacon and cheese. My only complaint about Panera, is often, they are out of them when I go in! I think that they should be a bit more consistent about having what is on the menu ready and in stock! They have delicious baked goods, salads, sandwiches and soups too. I used to love their tomato basil, but it is no longer on the menu. Panera is one of those places that I tend to stop when I am by myself and want a quick bite in a friendly atmosphere. It’s also a place I meet business connections for coffee and a pastry or small bite, when we need to network a bit. It’s also my «go to» place when I have a bit of time between appointments, or need to study for a little something, and want to relax without the phone ringing! The thing that makes this particular Panera stand out from others is their guy– Joe, the Cookie man. He is an older gentleman who goes around and give out samples of their cookies. He always is so darling and friendly. It makes my day to see him there! I’ve gotten to «know» him a bit after being there many times, and I know he supports a daughter and grandchildren, working at an age that no one should have to work. In spite of that, he is always upbeat, friendly and makes my day. I wish that the money fairy would stop there, and give Joe enough money to retire and take care of his family! Panera has great selection, inside and outside dining, and a «rewards» program, where you — kind of randomly get a freebie, which is always fun! One last thing I forgot– I love their Acai Berry Iced tea! It is really tasty and thirst quenching.

The most fresh location I have been to of this franchise. The triple berry scone was excellent! I was starving while my wife was shopping so this place helped me be less grumpy.

Panera is one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat and get some work or studying even just reading done. They have an amazing menu filled with tons of comfort foods along with awesome salads loaded with goodness. My favorite about this place is their you pick 2 menu option. Where you can choose two of the following options: ½ sandwich, ½ salad, cup of soup, or pasta. My personal go to is their bacon turkey bravo. Which is a turkey sandwich elevated. It has amazing, thick turkey, with lettuce tomato cheese and this awesome secret sauce on tomato basil bread, yum!!!

You cannot beat the relaxed style and Earthy sophistication of Panera. I love their breakfast Soufflés, had the Spinach Artichoke. I truly enjoyed my Café Americano with cream and honey! They have the honey in a classy glass container with amount control. THANKS4THAT. Don’t like the plastic individual honey packages elsewhere due to the taste. Found a sweet corner area and got busy Web Browsing and drinking in the Skinny on the Unilocal Elite interaction page Re: Grilled Cheese happenings around town. Awesome! Joe is a lovely older gentleman that cruises the place handing out FREE freshly baked, oozing hot, super tasty chocolate chip cookies all day. He is a great conversationalist too. Great storyteller. The parking lot is huge, Apple Store around the corner, but parking is at a premium during the peak hours!!! Buca De Beppo is located next door. The service is remarkable. The employees randomly yell in a synchronized chant… HOTBREAD when the latest batch is collected from the ovens right in front of you. The food, coffee, pastries, salads soups and sands are always awesome OR you may bring it back immediately and they will switch it up. Service is their utmost concern. I am grateful for the people that dreamed Panera up, yes, story is a group of Christians had a dream induced vision and began the mission to build the dream. And it was a great one! Free wi-fi and a few plug-ins make it a cozy retreat for my busy day.

This location rocks! Not only is it located in a beautiful shopping complex, the customer service here is AWESOME. This location should be the poster child of what all Panera’s should be like! Our food came out extremely quickly and there was a cookie man passing out samples of chocolate chip and m&m cookies to thank us for our patronage! Can’t wait to visit this location and other Panera’s soon.
