I have worn glasses since I was 10 years old.
In that time I have gone to optometrists, lens crafters, kaiser optometry, mall optometrists and the occasional online retailers. So its safe to say I knos glasses.
I have never experienced the level of expertise, customer service and honesty as Aspen.
I was helped by Armin, the store manager, OMG, he was the best. Ask for him, he’s the Encyclopedia Britannica of eye wear trends.
While I was browsing, he knew my what would match my face with the frames that would accentuate me.
OVERALL, I would come back and get glasses here again.

Needed some new glasses in a pinch on vacation and I only buy the best, so I traveled here on a recommendation. Armin greeted me when I came in and offered me water, then helped me browse the glasses after asking basically what I was interested in. Evidently he’s the manager as when the phone rang he had to take the call; he left me in Jose’s more than capable hands. Jose and I found the perfect pair and he helped me get the right fit and place the order. The only drawback is that the glasses aren’t produced on site but with my prescription that would be a tall order anyway.

Armin and Jose helped us on our initial shopping visit, and my wife purchased hard to find sunglasses. Sadly, as luck would have it, she lost them during our trip and was heartbroken. I called Aspen to see what could be done to find a replacement for her, and Armin was very polite and helpful: resulting in a happy time for all. A happy wife is a happy life is so true. Service was exceptional and I recommend this store in the Carmel Plaza. Thank you, Aspen and Armin.
