Tried ordering at 8:30 pm, they close at 9. Figured I’d tip more to make up for it because I know how it goes. The phone rang for 15 minutes before I decided they didn’t want my money. I went to Dominos instead. For a guy who thinks he can rival Round Table, his employees sure don’t show it by turning away money. Little bummed, but atleast I know Dominos and Round Table will always be happy to take my money.

For years, I’ve been hearing great things about Pizza Factory(as a whole, not just one particular location). And I finally got a chance to try it out recently with some co-workers. There weren’t a lot of people in there for lunch when we got there, so we were able to order right away. We ordered 3 extra-large pizzas for our group to share — plain cheese, pepperoni, and the All Meat(Canadian bacon, salami, pepperoni, ham, sausage, and bacon). All three came out in a reasonable amount of time. The pepperoni and cheese are just your basics, nothing to rave amount. The All Meat is actually pretty good(and this is coming from someone who complains when someone orders a pizza without vegetables). There is PLENTY of meat on this so they are definitely not skimping. I think that was the group’s favorite because it was gone in a heartbeat. I do have some complaints though… First is the stack of paper plates they gave us was pretty skimpy. They were the really thin ones that you really need like 2 or 3 of if you want that plate to be any kind of stable or not leak through. But there wasn’t enough for us to do that. I know I shouldn’t complain about NOT being able to waste plates, but really you could just give us regular, washable plates instead… Second, for us who like to dip pizza in ranch dressing, it would be nice to have little cups available at the salad bar. This kind of goes back to the flimsy plates too, with the grease and the ranch, those plates are a fail waiting to happen. Third, the pizza is REALLY greasy, especially the pepperoni. I’m not a blotter, but this almost made me consider doing it. Not sure if it’s the cheese or the pepperoni they use, but it was one of the biggest detractors from me really liking this pizza. Overall, it was a decent lunch. I would like to go back and try some of their other combinations. They offer the personal sized pizzas, so that would be a good choice for next time.

Great tasting pizza and wings. They also have gluten free pizzas. The only pizza restaurant that delivers in west Washoe Valley. Always fast delivery, delicious and reasonably priced.

The calzone I ordered was soggy and lacked ingredients and flavor. To make matters worse, the crust was almost burnt. I had tried calzones from other Pizza Factory locations and they were way better than this one. However, the two restaurants from Carson are pretty lame. I’m yet to find a decent pizza place in Carson City…

They have one of the best pizzas by far. Always taste fresh. Good pizza dough/crust. I love that they hook it up with ranch for free. My husband and I had our son’s 1st birthday party here; they made it easy for our party and catered to us greatly. I love that the pizza is never under cooked and their delivery is on point.

;(Still searching for my go to pizza spot here in Carson. Sadly it isn’t going well. Ordered the Capitol, opened the box and was inundated by the sight of hundreds of thick green bell pepper slices on my pizza. Having worked pizza before, you always cut the peppers thin so they cook in the oven and aren’t raw, like the ones on my pizza. Also, was very disappointed to see that my Canadian bacon appeared to be lunch meat that was cut into tiny squares. Spaghetti was bland and the giant meatballs were an illusion as they were cut in half and laid on top to look bigger. Will be taking a trip back to the Bay soon to load up on some Real pizza.

As far as pizza«chains’ go, Pizza factory is the best in my book, and I’ve read all the books! Been to Pizza Hut, Godfather’s, Round Table(expensive), Domino’s(OMG bad) and many others. OK, Pizza Factory will not be as good as a one off gourmet pizza place, like Brugo’s in Carson, or other places where you spend $ 30 on a large pizza. NO they don’t serve fine wine here at the Pizza factory either, but that’s not the point here. Pizza Factory is your basic traditional pizza«parlor» with kid friendly video games, self serve all you can drink soda and a walk up salad bar. There is even a separate room for you Little Leaguers, and they do come here! The pizza is reasonably priced for what it is. The crust really is hand tossed, all spinning in the air! They don’t cheap out on the toppings either, like some so called gourmet thin crust places do for 50% higher price. I came here with a friend that lives in Carson the other day and she had one of those Entertainment Book coupons that gave us ½ off on a pizza. Cool deal. When we entered, the place was packed with wild children from some club or other, parents were there swilling down pitchers of beer so I guess a good time was being had by all. The noise was deafening, we had to yell at each other. But this is the kind of place this is, so be ready for it if it happens. It’s not always this loud with children running amok, sometimes you might get lucky and it’s quiet in here. We ordered a «large Senator» which is in reference to the local High School team«The Senators» It had Mozzarealla Cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, Onion, Green Peppers, Olives, Mushrooms & Italian Sausage as toppings… that’s a lot of toppings! The price was about $ 20, so we got this loaded large pizza for just $ 10 bucks! We cheaped out and just had water to drink. What we did to order, is something I think you should do too, is call it in 15 minutes before you get there, if you are planning on eating at the restaurant like us. This way you just wait a few minutes to get your pizza! That’s good advice at any pizza place! Thank god for cell phones! Our pizza is brought to our table by a perky young employee, along with plates. If you want forks or parm cheese or peppers, just get them yourself at the counter. This«Senator» is my fave pizza here. It had just the right balance of meats to veggies and a nice crispy crust. I can judge a good crust if I wanna actually eat the edges and not leave it on the plate, and here I do eat the all the crust! Service is fine and seems actually trained to do a good job. I’ll come back here anytime. I like the lunch specials, pizza by the slice! 2 big slices and a drink for $ 4.00 bucks! Fast, cause the pizza is kept hot in a heater glass case, so just pick out you pizza and eat! I posted pics cause most of the pics on Unilocal are corporate pics done in a studio and the other pics are not even at this location. Stock photography from Pizza factory Corporate.

Just had pizza there with my family and all five of us absolutely loved it. Exactly the way we like it. Thank you so much. Their ranch dipping sauce is tasty also. The place is big and clean. The guys behind the counter are really friendly and do amazing flips. Will definitely come back when in Carson and highly recommend to others. Thank you Pizza Factory!

Wow, what a fine place. We have not found great pizza in the area in the three months we have been here and well, this qualifies. Not too heavy not too light. If you like true NY style dough, this is a bit heavier with a bit more cheese too but nowhere near overdone in that way. No qualms with giving it 5 stars in fact what I can say is this. There were three of us. We ordered a medium because we have been let down so many times. We left wishing we had ordered the large. No greater comment than this can be given. Well done.

This is my 3rd time getting pizza from them, all have been very good pizza’s. I like the coupons they offer and the fact that they open at 11am and start delivery right away. Today’s pizza was excellent and arrived in 22 minutes flat and was hot and the driver and order taker were very nice, you can’t ask for anything better.

I went there last night in search of a good calzone after one that sucked big at a reno place. I liked the calzone my midwest calzone expert Krissy loved it to and she knows the difference. The boss asked me to try their new wings OMG, they don’t fry them and they were just delicious and much more healthy. I guess I should not put wings and healthy in the same sentence but they were sure were yummy. the bunnys order to go from here daily and its always good.

Beats Dominos and Pizza Hut hands down. Crust is well done, ingredients are fresh and plentiful and delivery is on time. This is now the only pizza in town we eat at after getting cold slabs of goo from the Hut down the street and Dominos consistently missing the mark. Phone service is a bit noisy but this is pizza and when you want the best in town, you call Pizza Factory. Not a fan of the wings or other menu items but if you crave pizza, this is the place in Carson City.

This by far was the worst pizza I ever had. The good reviews are a joke. The kids working can care less of the people there to order and eat. They just screwed around the whole time. I cannot begin to tell how bad the under cooked pizza was. Yuk. Don’t go!

Moved to carson and ordered from their thinking it would be ok since the 2 in gardnerville were decent! Boy was I wrong! It took them 1 hour and 20 minutes for it to be delivered!!! The pizza was soggy and cold! The delivery driver was rude! We called Matt the so called owner and he promised us 2FREEPIZZAS so we were cool with so we called back and it turned out that was a lie! So if I were anyone I would not waste time or money on it!

I am pissed. After finding a coupon for free garlic bread on Unilocal and calling them up to order a Lg half hawaiian and half combination and it being $ 21.50 for a large. I get there to pick up my pizza and find that it is 2 freaking breadsticks. I am feeding 5 people, how the heck are we going to split 2 breadsticks. I paid double the amount I would have at a domino’s and 3 times as much as a little ceasers. I expect to get at least a half of an order of garlic bread. I dont think I will be investing in pizza facory anymore. There pizza is ok and that is the only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one.

Amazing sesame seed garlic bread, great sandwiches(a little small, but I’m a fatty, so I understand. :P), only place I can get a plate of meatballs for a quick lunch, and best garlic pizza in town? I love this place!

Took forever to get my order and I was the only one waiting. Waited a total of 28 minutes for a small pizza, garlic cheese bread and a sub. Everything was burnt and worst garlic cheese bread ever, no garlic taste at all.

We ended up going here as a last resort because it was the only place in town that served subs and was open late enough, bad idea. Im a local, and I know this isnt a very good place, but I thought, hey maybe its gotten a bit better. No, it absolutely has not, in fact, its gotten worse! We ordered two build your own subs to be delivered. The driver could not find the house. He was given very simple instructions, and for christs sake who cant use google maps these days? In the end, we had to go wondering down the street to find the guy. After a very cold walk back home, we open up our sandwiches. You could tell how low quality they were just from looking at them. The bread was stale and crumbly, the meat portion was less than subway, and they were dripping with over kill on the mustard. To top it all off, they didnt even get our order right! One sandwich was close to what we ordered, but mine was completely wrong. We immediately called the business, but got no response or voicemail, even though it was still business hours. We called twice to no avail. Never again!
