I’ve been bringing my girls here for the past four years since they were newborns. Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Liu are absolutely great! They are both so kind and helpful, and super patient with all my questions as a new parent. Dr. Liu also visited my second one in the hospital when she was first born. The office is very clean and I appreciate never having to wait long for our appointments. I usually go in the mornings and there’s usually only one other family waiting. We went once in the evening and it was pretty busy, but I still don’t think we waited longer than 15 minutes. I did have an insurance issue once where they made me call the insurance company on my own and put it on speaker phone for them so I understand the frustrations of the previous reviewer. It was upsetting to feel like they didn’t even try to help sort things out. Other than that incident, I’d highly recommend this office. Just hope your insurance works out fine.

My children are assigned to Barbara Lee, MD., Pedriatrics Board Certified, AAP. I was recommended to this office, close by in Carson! Good reviews on Dr. Barbara Lee, MD! I was happy to know that I know my good friend Gracie, really like her girls Pediatric Doctor, Barbara Lee, MD they have been coming here since birth! No bad review on tbe doctor! Just the service at the front desk! They were not willing try to verify to call nor try online again to see if the site is up now to verify us to be seen! First time at this office, thinking everything would move swiftly & fast so we can make it to our other apptment to see an Othodondontist Consultation Apptmt so Jenna will be able to get her braces. Nope, bad experience to be here! The Receptionist at the Front desk was not helpful & was very lazy! She had told me that the medical system was down to verify eligibility to be seen here! The other gal, mexican whom was sitting at the front desk sitting next to Sarah told me that I(patient)can try to get a hold of my own medical group because they were not able to get though! These receptionists were lazy-sitting on their ass. just looking at the screen! Ms. Ann, the Biller of the office sitting behind the 2 receptionist was NOT even helpful or even generous & caring enough to try to help us to be seen here. Before I even step foot in a medical door, I make sure that I had called to verify before coming here! And I have to go through this BS! I ended up calling & getting through to my Medical Ins. Jenna dialed the number and had it on speaker while I was standing infront of the desk! I was able to get hold of my medical ins. so quickly. I past the phone to the receptionist! How is was that! All i can say is that tbis office has bad customer service! They gave up on us thats why i just attempted to call myself.
