Juan is the best! He gave me extra caramel for my pancakes and gave Ray extra powdered sugar for his cakes! Thanks Juan!

This place is super busy on a Sunday morning but the service was outstanding!!! Yasmin was our server and even though she was running around like crazy she always had a smile on her face! Even the hostess was spectacular, checking on us a few times since our table was right in front of the service entrance. The bacon was superb!

Pros coming late to this place and on a week day has many perks the number 1 thing we were the only guest Number 2 food was made to order hot & ready! #yum I was able to use my check in 10% off with no complaints. Staff overall seem friendly and helpful. Would suggest if the buss lady knew English she should be considered to be a server. Con Even being the only guest felt a couple of things one our server sent over the busser from the back house that picks up plates and the unwanted items anyway she sent her over to ask us if we spoke only English or were we fluent in Spanish. Well that’s sad, I mean I speak both but you work here shouldn’t you too?! I’m Hispanic but I think if you work in a restaurant especially one that caters to all likes of races you should be fluent in English even a little bit. Anyway the only other thing was she only came to check on us one time… For being her only guest that was pretty horrible, it’s not like she was the host, server, cook, and kitchen crew. But that’s just me a little attentiveness goes along way. Great way to enjoy a Sunday family evening

Had breakfast this morning and our waitress was very kind. Food was ok. The only thing that wasn’t quite tasty was the hot water for my tea. The hot water taste like they boiled noodles in it then served it to me. Please make sure to wash what your using or taste the hot water before serving.

First off this is a positive review of the service here. Here’s why: Had an interesting experience here this morning. Sat down and there was a «lady» already bitching and moaning about nothing. Saying they weren’t served right when they got their waters. The waiter said he came to take their orders and they ignored him while they were busy on their phones. She immediately had a bitch fit and proceeded to smack her orange juice off her table hitting me directly. To that bitch: fuck you, you entitled piece of shit. To the servers: thank you for being so nice and accommodating to me, and I’m sorry you have to deal with such shitty people. The manager and like 5 other servers came by to clean me up and give me napkins apologizing profusely for something out of their control. I honestly didn’t mind at the time because the food was delicious and I was served quickly, but you guys made my day. I’m sure that lady will get whatever’s coming to her, like a big glob of spit in her food at whatever other restaurant had the displeasure of serving her.

Every time I get something to go, they never give utensils. Once I planned on eating in car. I drove off and realized I didn’t utensils. I was super inconvenienced ended up having to rewarm food at a later time because I couldn’t eat in car. I even brought this once to the cashiers attention and his response was he didn’t pack my bag. Placing utensils in the bag shouldn’t be a hard task.

Had late dinner here last Saturday and the staff was pretty unhappy serving us. So much that he even apologized during our meal. Place was pretty empty on a Saturday night. Plenty of parking accessible from both carson street and Avalon Blvd. Had some strawberry crepes with eggs, hashbrown & bacon. Crepes were good, hashbrown were not crispy enough, bacon was not crispy either. Eggs were ok. Nice location.

Nice and clean restaurant with a very friendly staff. IHOP is the place to go to have breakfast any time of day.

A place that makes pancakes should know enough to cook them all the way through. When I complained to the manager she shrugged her shoulders and said that the cook was new. WHAT? Who wants batter in their pancakes. I went back two more times and each time was the same so I guess they still have new cooks. The service was pitiful. This place is overpriced for the poor service and lousy cooking provided. IHOP should pull their franchise name off this business because they don’t know how to cook pancakes.

Point blank. This IHOP is life everyone knows me and my god sister we come here with a group of friends or just me & her. When it’s like 10PM and just eat to death and we just sit there, when we are done and they don’t try to kick us out or anything aha, IHOP is definitely home!

Slow service. Sat there for 15 minutes. A server never showed up. Looked around seen others waiting for their order. My boyfriend and I just left. We know better than to insist on getting served. That’s just the beginning of bad service and we can take a clue. Bye bye.

First time at this location, our server, Juan, was great. Very attentive, checked on us, asked us for refills, got our order in and out of the kitchen made exactly how we wanted it. I tried their current special menu with the cobbler pancakes. so good. Had some peaches and blackberries topped with sprinkle of candied walnuts and crispy oats. It was perfect with the mini scoop of vanilla ice cream nestled on top. This was probably the first time eating my pancakes before eating the rest of my food, and it was delicious. It was sweet enough that it didn’t even need any syrup. The rest of my meal was as expected, got some bacon, eggs over easy, and crispy hash browns just as I asked. Definitely want to come back to this place and get the cobbler pancakes again before they go away. PS if you have AT&T, you have no reception away from windows.

Waste of 33 $. It’s just not good. Man I knew I was just drunk that one time we ate her. The service sucked too! We barely got our food and the check came few minutes after.

That was terrible service! We orderd all you can eat pancakes and coke, but after eating the first plate pancakes, nobody came to our table. We had to wait 20 minutes to ask the 2nd plate. After that we had to wait for 15minutes to get the 2nd plate. Just now, it is 2:15pm. Customers are only 7 people for 3 tables. I have no idea why they takes their time so long. Finally we gave up to older the pankakes. You should never older All you can eat pankakes. We will never visit this place. Never !!

I live in the apartments above this place. It works out when I’m hungry but at the same time, not so much. The lines are always long! I had no idea how many people loved ihop. It’s almost like in n out. Sheesh. But the staff is awesome.

Like all other IHOP’s. PROS: — Delicious french toast and bacon! Can’t go wrong with bacon. — Always great to have a variety of syrups(i.e. original, pecan, blueberry, strawberry) — Large portions but comes at a hefty price CONS: — Service is mediocre. — Parking garage is located in the back of the restaurant. It’s difficult to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. There are no signs to direct you to the back of the restaurant for parking. — No signal. Can’t even get 4G to come through. You can ask the waiter/waitress for the WiFi password but it didn’t even connect. — Expensive. Majority of the items on the menu are overpriced for the same type of items you can get at Norm’s or Denny’s but for much cheaper. When in need of breakfast food and it’s the closest location to your house, why not come to IHOP? It’s decent food and it’ll fill you right up. You may even have some leftovers for dinner. Just a bit pricey for your average college-loan-borrower on a budget.

No cell service inside. There is a 10% off Unilocal check in discount. I have been here a few times and never used it cause I never remember to check in before I get inside. The service here is lack luster. They always seem to be short staffed. The manager is not even polite.

Best IHOP around!!! It’s so close to the 405 and the 110 freeways and they are building a lot of new apartments in the area so its a really great location. There is a new menu with lots of options. Loved the new vanilla coffee!!!
