Should be zero stars, but the system won’t let me post without at least one star.
I’ve brought my clothes here for the past 10 years and had no issues, until they (new owners last couple years) messed up one of my nice shirts and didn’t own up to the damage or offer me any type of credit. They insisted that I brought the shirt in with the damage to begin with. After a lengthy debate, they ended up giving me some money to help replace the shirt, but kept the shirt in the exchange; fair enough, I thought. What surprised me is the next time I stopped to drop off clothes, they refused to service me. Bad customer service!
