McDonald’s

This is the McDonald’s nearest to my house. Compared to other McDonald’s restaraunts, this one has a friendlier atmosphere. Staff is chill, floor and bathrooms are clean. Food is… well it’s McDonald’s.
One of the times I remembered, the staff forgot a part of my order, and they happily got it for me when I pointed it out. This other time when my food took to long to cook, they gave me a coupon as consolidation. That’s pretty hospitable.
But I frequently go here a lot because, well I like it. like it enough to Unilocal review it! Keep doing whatcha doing McDonald’s. I’m lovin it!

I’ve tried to hold my tongue about this McDonalds for a long time because it’s walking distance from my job. I don’t really eat McDonald’s except for the occasional chicken nuggets, or breakfast foods, this restaurant is one of the reasons I don’t eat here, they take FOREVER to make your food, I went the other morning at 5:35 am, I am scheduled to work at 5:45, through the drive thru, thinking that I wouldn’t really be waiting too long because really who is up getting food this early. It took them 10 minutes and there was one car ahead of me the whole time, I looked to see what was taking so long and it was a frappé, so why did a frappé take 10 mins to make??? Also, if it was going to take that long why would they not ask the guy to just park and take it out to him? After all my order was 1 iced coffee. Next day I went again, this time I went inside the restaurant bc they open the dining area at 4 am, same thing 10 mins to pour a freaking iced coffee. This is so frustrating to me bc the employees are nice but they move at turtle speed.

Overall, this McDonalds is pretty decent. I’ve been going here for many years and it’s just like every McDonalds. But today made me feel like I had to write a review because I felt really ashamed because of one of their workers. I went through drive thru to order my food and when I received my meal, I got the wrong drink. So then I just decided to exchange it. But when I was going to give my wrong drink back, the large African American woman working the cashier was about to reach for my cup but she said «Ewh, I’m not touching that. I’ll just get a new cup.» good thing I was calm enough to control myself and not caused a scene. But honestly, I was really offended. To that large African American woman working the cashier, I just wanted her to know my hands are probably cleaner that she will ever be. So I should have been disgusted that she even touched my cup in the first place, she’s the one that looks filthy. Get over yourself and your dumb attitude.
I would have rated this really bad but the drive thru staff that was working was really nice. It was this guy with a muscular built that took my order and a hispanic woman that gave me my order. They were very nice and welcoming even though they were working at night. I don’t think the restaurant deserved such a bad rating because it was only that large african american cashier that gave me a wrong impression of the store. I hope she gets over herself.

Went through the drive thru for the after midnight breakfast menu and they cut the breakfast short at 2 when the menu is supposed to go til 4.

Just went through the drive thru and the idiots forgot my hamburger. Thanks for ruining my lunch. Also, homeless guy asking for money at the exit of the drive thru.

Im a regular here via drive thru. I work in the restaurant biz and i have to say, the team at this location is Awesome! If you live in the area drive the extra mile for excellent service. I can tell the managers are doing a great job cause ive seen the same employees here for a while.

Just like your average McDonald’s, same menu, different location.
Cashiers and staff are ways very nice and respectful.
Prompt quick service, hardly any wait times.
Two days after St. Patrick’s day and they still had Shamrock Shakes which was cool!!! They earned an extra star for that :)

This Mc Donald’s gets FIVE STARS. why? Because in comparison, the one by my place is a complete failure and shouldn’t even exist. But, this place does deserve the stars.
I’m easy to please. We went through drive thru, order was completed quickly and done correctly. The fries were piping hot (almost too hot!). Nothing better than McD fries done right and everything was received correctly. See, it’s simple? Be nice, get my order right, make it fresh = good rating.
