McDonald’s

Maaaan this McDonald’s is some bullshit. Talking about how I need to buy some expensive ass hamburger the only reason why I am here in the first place was to buy some cheap ass shit.

Willi at our drive thru visit had excellent knowledge of the menu, he helped us customize our order and therefor save $, all with a smile and polite manner… Thank you Willi!!!

The management does nothing for customers who want to eat there, not play fkn chess amongst all the Filipinos with their timers. It’s toxic andridic… I can’t take it anymore. I need to find a white castle hamburger joint in the Midwest or at least find a place where they have places where it looks like a fkn restaurant.

Bad drive thru experience. Tried to order a #1 Big Mac Meal & 20 PC Chicken MC Nuggets with Ranch. The guy taking our order messed up and we had to correct the person several times — Large «Iced Tea», Large «Iced Tea», Large «Iced Tea». But the display kept saying «Hi-​C». Guy finally gets the drink right but puts it in a medium cup. Had to ask someone else to get the cup-​size changed. Big headache over a simple request.
Check your order thoroughly; we were so focused on the drink we failed to look in the bag. We didn’t and of course there’s no Ranch.

Did you know they charge more if you order milk with your kid’s happy meal? They also charge for extra dipping sauce. I probably would have given them more stars if they had a play area for kids.

Nephews are picky eaters and this is what they wanted for breakfast. Ok, wish granted! lol Attendant patiently took our order as each of my nephews placed their order.
Kids filled the booth & patiently waited for the order. Ah no playground to distract the gremlins!
Order filled & we start to eat. A scream,“My pancakes are cold!“
Evil Tia snapped, «Eat!»
I try a bit & pancakes are COLD! Evil Tia walks to counter & requests a replacement order. No hassle & this time pancakes are hot. Nephew is happy & I hope to never be an Evil Tia again. lol

Such nice people working there in the morning, i don’t go often but when I do they are quick and very polite. The only time they made a mistake was when they gave me 3 sausage biscuit sandwiches instead of 1 (i paid for one, ooops for them!). My coworkers who enjoyed the benefit of their mistake were very grateful.

If I could give negative stars I would! Its 10:58 am on a Saturday morning. I drive up to the drive thru:
McDonalds: What would you like to order?
Me: I would like a Big Mac with a large order of fries and a large Hi-​C
McDonalds: I’m sorry ma’am we are mot serving lunch yet, would you like to order breakfast?
Me:What time do you start serving lunch?
McDonalds: 11 am ma’am, what would you like from our breakfast menu?
Me: It’s 10:58 am… cricket
McDonalds: Right, not 11:00am
PAUSE
WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE
…
McDonalds: Ma’am
Me: I’m waiting for 2 minutes for it to be 11 am
OR
WHAT I DID
Me: Well, can’t you just take my order?
McDonalds: Our kitchen does not have the ingredients out for lunch yet. I can take your order but you will have to park and wait for your food
Me: Fine, take my order
I pull up, pay at the first window, then proceed to the second window to pick up my food (and mind you it is 11:05am by now)
I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait., and wait at the window. I get my drink and after about 10 minutes they ask me to park, even though its after 11 already.
I park, 10 minutes later someone comes out with my food…

Was excited to try the mint hot chocolate, but found it was not any better than the envelope stuff from the grocery store. The added whipped cream to the, which quickly melted. I did taste the mint, but hardly any chocolate… It was a few bucks too. Will not be ordering that again.

I must have been in REM sleep and dreaming about JWoww because when the alarm beckoned me to get up, I was disgruntled. I hit snooze… twice. Wasted 18 minutes trying to get back to the same dream… unsuccessfully.
Now I don’t have time to pack a lunch and have to sit in traffic… and more traffic… enough time for an epiphany to penetrate my thick skull as I air drum to Phil Collins. Filet O Fish. A little round piece of heaven in a box.
Lunch time. A short drive from the office riding in Reid’s immaculate vehicle from 1996. That’s what we, in the car world, call vintage.
I begin to count the hickeys on the cashiers neck. I smile then continue with my mathematical endeavor. Her neck begins to look like a piece of abstract art. Carlos, Sergio, and Jose all did a great collaborative job in portraying the Big Bang Theory on her neck. Kudos. Piet Mondrian would be proud.
Customer service? Fast and friendly. Unreal.
Filet O Fish, perfect in every sense of the word. Soft steamed bun, crunchy fish patty with a moist Alaskan pollack interior. A slice of cheese and tartar sauce to bring it all together. The best fountain Coke around and I successfully averted a lunch time debacle.
Yes, very much so 5 star worthy.

I really enjoy McDonalds. The overall customer service has improved over the past few years, it always seemed to annoy me when «no onions» meant «extra onions»… Pretty lame. Oh well, I got a Big MacChicken tonight and it was delish! All you gotta do is ask for them to put McChicken patties instead of meat patties and it works out perfectly!

I’m sorry for Smitcha, but I have nothing but great experiences at this Mc Donald’s! Why do I love this one? Well… first off, because it’s really close to where I live. Second, the employees and their manager Debbie are really cool as hell. I’ve seen Debbie work at this Mc Donald’s for many years and when I was a kid growing up, she used to work at the old one over on Avalon Blvd. before it got re-​modeled! She’s always very welcoming to me and my family to this day!
The service is EXTREMELY FAST and usually on point whenever I’m there. The workers seem to work very very hard and fast (that’s what she said) to the customer’s needs.
Haha, every freakin morning, there are these group of old Filipino men and a few old women that sit at the back to get their free coffee, but damn. sometimes they can be so damn loud and obnoxious! Oh well.
I also love this place because the atmosphere is so diverse when it comes to customers. I love having breakfast here with my dad and I will continue to go here till I die… just watch out for the old Filipino people who stand right in front of the damn doorway blowing out their cigarette smoke leaving you to look as if you’re the wrestlers Edge or Goldberg coming out to the ring with a bunch of smoke! haha!

I just got one of their new Iced Mocha McCafe’ drinks that they’re all promoting like hell about. They sent me a coupon for buy 1, get 1 free so I bought one and gave the other one to my co worker. If you take a look at the mocha picture on McDeez’ website, it’s like mocha/​tannish color. When we got our drink, it was like dark cocoa. Drink sucked, bombed, however you want to put it. My co worker tossed his after 3 sips and I tossed mine half way through. Bleh!
