Nothing like changing a poopy diaper kneeling on the bathroom floor between the urinal and the toilet. DISGUSTING. I’ll be sure all stops from here on out are at McDonald’s as they spent the $ 500 on a baby changing station. Experience was ruined before we even ate. Thanks, but no thanks!

It’s 9:03 am. It took over 16 mins for me to receive my food from the moment I walked in and was ready to order. They have no ketchup or salsa packets. Apparently no one ordered any. They have no ice in their soda machine but it’s conveniently sitting out in buckets on the floor for people to grab. Gross. The manager is on the phone screaming for a staff member to come in. There’s 3 staff, 2 people sitting and dining and 2 cars in the drive thru… I don’t get it.

Bad experience going through drive-thru. Averaged over 4 minutes per car at end of lunch hour. Did not get order taken correctly. Took up to a couple of minutes for window cashier to open window and acknowledge the cars as they pulled up. Handed a drink cup covered in soda instead of wiping it down(or simply doing it right). Found out the cashier was the co-manager — didn’t even greet when I pulled up, no apologies for the delay, didn’t say anything after complaining sternly but politely about the end-to-end service. Just about a textbook example on really bad customer service. We will see if corporate will actually do anything after calling it in. If they clean up their act, I will amend this review.
