The counter staff treated us as if they were doing us a favor by taking our order. We waited literally eight minutes in an EMPTY restaurant for someone to acknowledge us. It was obvious that they were cleaning up after the lunch rush and we were just an inconvenience.
When the food arrived, it was unceremoniously tossed in a bag (no one asked if were dining in or taking out) and then handed to my wife with the wonderfully gracious «Here ya go. Is that it?» Before we could reply, the «worker» was gone.
Within two minutes, so were we, never to return.

This new Wendy’s location is my favorite; the bathrooms are super clean, the interior is of the new modern design, and the personnel is friendly. Tonight, we went through the drive through, and the cashier was super friendly in taking our order, asking if we needed any additional condiments. This is my first choice in Cartersville for fast food. They are open until 1am.

Don’t wait for them to say: «Hi», «Welcome to Wendy’s», or anything else polite because you will be standing there, watching the employee, with a dumb look on their face wondering if you can talk, for a while.
New restaurant so it’s clean. Nice staff, if a bit slow and/​or shy. Typical Wendy’s food, I miss the days of the salad bar.
