Can’t promise on-​time tailoring delivery, even if «guaranteed» by 5pm. Call to have my son’s suite tailored. 1 Week went by, no suite ready. 2nd week went by, called before the day of pickup, suite promised to be ready by 5pm guaranteed. Arrived on day of pickup at 5:30pm with elderly parent in tow. Suite not still not ready. I was livid. I requested a deduction on the tailoring fee. Should have asked for $ 100 off for the inconvenience of getting to the store but no customer service provided on their delivery times.
If I am going to spend good money for suite, I expect you to be punctual with your claims. Go to Connie Taylor in Cary, NC! Much better delivery times!

My buddy is getting married in NYC and I am in the wedding party. The tux was supposed to be in the location 3 days before the wedding and guaranteed to be the 2 days before the wedding. Turns out it won’t be there until one day before the wedding (hopefully), too bad I am on a plane so I can make the rehearsal dinner. These folks have no business in renting tuxedo’s if they can deliver on time. Terrible.
