The food here is always below average. Only reason why I keep coming is because of how close to work it is. I always have an issue with an item and never complain but today I couldn’t stay quiet. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and no joke it looked like they were chewed and spit back out. The shrimps had no breading and they even tasted bad. I went in and asked for fresh shrimp. The employee was extremely friendly about it but and gave me nice looking fresh shrimp. I just need to stop coming here. It’s never good.

Your standard Panda Express. Drive thru is nice and convenient. Food came out hot. Everything was good. No complaints. My tummy is happy.

Panda Express is good food, have started ordering at this location for our Sang business network group, always order online the day before, and it ready to go when time for the meeting.

I really don’t rate fast food places on food quality… you know what you’re buying. But the only reason I go to Panda Express is for the chicken egg rolls… this location had them ready one time, ready in 10 minutes three times… and now they didn’t have any. So, I took the awkward drive thru and didn’t buy anything… no soup for these guys anymore. They should take the egg rolls off the menu and replace them with a middle finger.

I have a weakness for Panda Express and offshoot Panda Express wanna-bees. I don’t know why I love fake Chinese food so much! This location is about a three-star rating until you deal with one of it’s employees. Let me start by stating that I ordered two two-entrée plates. Me: Hey there, I took an online survey and I’m now entitled to one free item. Can you ring my up for a two-entrée and a one-entrée. Gio: No, the free item comes in a little red box Me: Isn’t that essentially the same thing? Gio: No, but I can give you an additional free third entrée This just went on and I didn’t redeem my free item. I couldn’t explain it any further. I have to disclose that he was super polite and nice, but just couldn’t understand, what I believe, was a simple request and concept. So thus this location gets a two-star rating from me. I will be redeeming my now two free entrées at another location.

The worst customer service ever. I could understand the food part because it is consider a fast food restaurant chain, however, I cannot do the lack of professionalism not even a hello or their usual«Welcome to Panda» expression. This location has gone downward. Either re-train them or simply replace.

Waited in the drive through for more then 20mins no apologies were given. When food was given I was missing items. I asked for and again no apologies. Manager was standing at the drive through window while all of this was going on. I was surprised to find an empty dining room. No reason for taking such a long time. By the way it was at about 8:00pm on a Sunday.

Food was good. Just what you would expect from any Panda Express. The only downside was the rude clerk behind the counter.

Had to wait for food to be cooked at peek hour which didn’t make sense. Portion was small and forgot to give me teriyaki sauce. No soy sauce no chili sauce overall shitty

The food here just isn’t very good, which isn’t terribly surprising, considered how everything is served up cafeteria style. Don’t worry if they are out of whichever item you wanted — the food in the pan to the left or the right will taste pretty much the same. That their logo says«gourmet» Chinese food is laughable.

The smell is what lured me in. I walked in and was impressed by how clean everything was. The glass that goes between the customers and the food was so clean it looked like it wasn’t there. I was served by two young ladies(I believe one was being trained) they both had great customer service. The stuff I’ve written so far are the things that kept me from writing a 1 star review. The food was not good. For starters the teriyaki sauce was burning up the had the heat up too high or didn’t have enough sauce in the silver bowl. It came out clumpy and slimy. My chow mein noodle were very dry and tasted old like they had been out there for quite some time. Same with the orange chicken it was very dry, rubbery, and tasted old. The teriyaki chicken would have been good if it weren’t for the sauce I put on it. Very disappointed!!!

My husband and I have had 3 bad experiences here, and will no longer be supporting this business. Each time that we have gone, multiple selections on the menu(3+) have been out – from fried rice to any of the entrees. The staff have been rude, portions have been skimped on, and twice items were left out of our drive-thru order. Not worth it at all.

I recently had Bariatric surgery, and their child size portion is two meals for me. We hit the busy time of the day, and had to wait for food, but that’s ok. Its a nice day and I’m not in a hurry.

The food was good but for the price you don’t get much. I ordered broccoli beef. I got mostly broccoli. 3 little pieces of beef. The time before that I ordered shrimp. They charge you a dollar per shrimp. Outrageous!

No Brown Rice WTF sorry but they ran out, really?.The food had a great greasy after taste to it. the Kung Pao chicken had just the right amount of kick to it, probably the only appetizing item on the plate. Don’t use the bathrooms though you’ll be sorry.
