this starbucks sucks cant get my order right always out of what i want but yet the starbucks on ramon and date palm always has the sandwich i want when i want it the barista ate nicer they dont argue with you yeah never doing business here again

I’m not a big coffee drinker, but if it’s a frozen slushy coffee, with cream and sugar, oh yeah, caffeine heaven.
My favorite Starbucks drink is the Chai Tea Latte Frappé.
Make mine a vente with whipped cream as a topper.
Just don’t tell my doctor!

This Starbucks has the worst customer service. We walked in and no one greeted us. We got rude eye contact but no hello. We are on vacation and this put a damper on our day. No thank you, nothing. I’m so glad I don’t live in this area because I will not be back here. And I would recommend you do the same. There are too many Starbucks around to waste your money on this location

This is the third Starbucks I went too and not one had the Banana Nut bread. And my Strawberry Acai did not taste like it supposed too, it was watered. Very disappointing and inconvenient drive

I had my first bad experience at this location yesterday. I had ordered a chai tea latte on the mobile app and saw the receipt sitting on the counter when I got there but no drink. Meanwhile my son asked me to go to the counter and order him something so I did. I came back and still no mobile order. I ask Miranda about it and she said it was probably coming soon. Then my son’s drink gets put on the counter but still no mobile order so I ask again. Now Erika gets involved and says they don’t have an order for me. I said, «Yes you do because the receipt is sitting right here at the mobile order counter». Finally a different guy comes over from the drive thru and wants to know if this is the drink I’m looking for. I asked why my mobile drink was at the drive thru and Erika said, «Sometimes we just try to give them out through the drive thru.» This would make no sense and would defeat the purpose of the mobile app being a quick way to grab my drink, but ok.
This truly would not have been a big deal if perhaps they had apologized instead of acting like I was an idiot for not knowing my mobile drink would be at the drive thru instead of where it should have been.

Very disappointed that Starbucks changed their rewards program. Again, screwing over the average person, but then adding insult to injury by claiming this is what customers want. Just like airline miles, a real joke. I will no longer be a patron. This location has great employees, so this in nothing against them.

This review is solely based on the service we recieved from Tyler our barista. He not only made us laugh but took extra steps to remedy our drink not being exactly right. Not only did he re make the drink he gave us complimentary Madeline cookies for the wait. He made the experience enjoyable and smooth. We will be coming back in hopes of being severed by Tyler.

The crew working at the moment was awesome! I had a horrible peppermint mocha Frappuccino from another location and they re-​made it for me correctly, here. I bought some thanksgiving blend coffee to take home to my hubby & they ground the beans so he could use it in the keurig machine (he has a vue and it’s hard to find vue cups anywhere, but we can use any coffee with a little filter cup). Very happy I stopped here instead of just trashing my $ 5.00 frapp! This one tastes SO great compared to the last one it’s just unbelievable how bad that was… same company, same directions to make it. Dude put in half a bottle of peppermint flavor it tasted like :/​will def come back to this location again!

I asked for the knee bbq pork sandwich (which I have had from other Starbucks locations) and when we went to the window they said they may not have it so we asked for something else and they said just wait until we can see if we have it or not so we said OK fine and they made us wait for like 30 minutes and when we got the sandwich it barely had any meat in it it was all soggy like it had been drenched in water and in the end the service was good which is it one star but the food was horrible and they over sweeten my drink when I asked for one extra they gave me four pumps of sweetener and the next day mice throat was sore witching usually never happens

We had a really bad experience here from the girl at the drive thru register named Emily. She was very unprofessional and rude.

Unfriendly for a Starbucks and pretty rude. No hello a the register, just a stare. Not even a look from the Barista let alone a thank you or have a nice day. They’re not even busy, it’s dead. My drink is good so I won’t give less stars, but this location Sucks!

Starbucks. Oh, Starbucks. S-​T-​R no S-​T-​A-​R-​B-​U-​C-​K-​S. How do I love thee? Well the newest way is gonna be an iced Venti golden ginger ale with about an inch of peach green tea and a few sips of a Grande Java Chip Frappachino with peppermint sizzurp. Yum!

I always love to come to this location. The people who work here are always so nice and even though my orders have not always been perfect they always offer a free drink aside from the one they made (wrong one) and they’re very polite about it.
And that has only happened once, but other than that it’s always good service.

Love this location. The barrista got me hooked on a Valencia orange with black tea. Holy caffeine :)

Just tried new caramel ribbon crunch and I think it’s ok. Service was fast and with a smile.

I like this Starbucks, its a little on the small side, but has a kinda cozy feel to it. I like that they have a big bar type table that people can sit at. I’m pretty simple, Iced coffee is my drink of choice at Starbucks. Tough to screw up. I also ordered one of the turkey and egg white muffins which was just ok. It was way too microwaved, soggy looking, feeling and tasting, so I’ll just have to pass on that next time. The staff seemed to be having fun and all amped up on coffee, but doing their jobs. Fun times, I’ll be back.

Ordered green tea latte was gross. Ordered Carmel Marchiatto taste like burned coffee. We were waiting in the drive through for 20 mins. This is what I got. Very disappointing. Bad start of for the new year.

This Starbucks is like my second office. It’s very close to my house and I meet clients there at least two to three times a week. It’s freeway close with a great, friendly staff. They make a killer smoothie since I don’t drink coffee.
Good WiFi and comfy outdoor seating. Convenient location next to a huge Stater Bros, so it’s easy to find. Love this place!
