I’m not going to lie, I was a little hesitant with the kind of hotel I’d be getting in Cedar Falls. But being a Comfort Suites hotel, what I got was a great sized room, comfortable king sized bed! The bonus couch and hi def flat screen TV of the the icing on the cake.
The staff was great & the complimentary breakfast was deal breaker that my stay great!

This is the only hotel in the area that takes pets. They are very nice and super friendly. It’s pretty clean and quiet. In the evenings that have a little social hour with free -(cheap) beer and wine-chips and sandwiches. It’s a nice gesture.
The internet is reliable. I’m usually working while I’m here and it’s close to most major highways-restaurants and «the mall.» Lots of seating for breakfast.
The one con-the gym is very, very small. One treadmill. The gym in the pictures does not look correct.
If you become a rewards member you can check out by 2pm. I totally recommend it.

I have stayed here 10 – 14 days each month for past 7 years. The staff is outstanding, always going the extra step to ensure my comfort away from home. I always bring my cat and the staff is incredibly accommodating of its needs .
The hotel is quiet at night, they don’t tolerate noisy guests. Breakfasts are always available both hot and cold, they have upgraded the internet and it is now always reliable.
Beds and bedding are 1^st class, rooms are always clean and tidy.
The manager as well as housekeeping staff are always pleasant and anxious to please.
This is where you should stay in Cedar Falls.

Came here for an Omega Cabinetry factory tour. I think this has been a great place to stay. The staff and drivers have been amazing. I would recommend staying here if you ever visit Waterloo. Only thing I didn’t like was my room was a little hot at night. But beds are comfortable and they have a little mini coffee bar in the am.

Spent a lot of time here. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and breakfast is okay. However I will say the pool… watch out for the hot tub/pool the chemicals in it ruined my suit as well as others. It discolored and faded a few of my suits. Otherwise it’s a good hotel.

This hotel is a great option when visiting Cedar Falls or Waterloo. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel rooms and the property itself are always very well kept. There are some great breakfast options available as well.

I stayed here over the weekend to meet family, very nice hotel for the price. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the indoor pool with the fountain and the breakfast was fresh and not cold. The staff was very helpful in supplying us with extra pillows and towels. Great stay for the money.

It’s not as good as the Drury chain, but it’s another nice, clean pet-friendly choice in Iowa. Breakfast is pretty blah and the fitness center is only okay, but you do get access to a better gym in town.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was large and had lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.
