Super 8 Cedar Falls

Great Hotel! Only reason why I’m not giving it five stars is because the ceilings/​floors are thin so I was awoken by the person above me. The customer service is really good and the breakfast included eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits to go along with the typical fixings.

Clean, comfortable room with two queen beds for $ 66.59, plus $ 7.99 tax. The bathtub and toilet are in small (but adequate) bathroom; sink surrounded by counter space is in the main part of the room, next in line after the expected closet behind the door.
Clean swimming pool large enough to swim laps in and 3′ deep at one end, 5′ at other end. Very clean and enjoyable hot tub — actually one of the best hot tubs in any hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s like an oversized rectangular bathtub, with a seating ledge lining its walls. Also, the hot tub is about 2 steps away from the pool. Nice generous supply of pool towels (always good). There are restrooms just outside the doorway from hallway into the pool room.
Very decent continental breakfast: make-​your-​own waffles, biscuits & gravy in a heated covered serving pan, 3 cold cereal choices, toaster & 2 kinds of bread, apple & orange juices, coffee, and some muffins & rolls that appeared store-​bought.
Incredibly helpful & friendly check-​in, by an employee who seemed truly eager to help. We arrived late at night and very tired, and she made it so easy. Friendly morning staff, too. We appreciated the baggage cart to help move our suitcases. Wi-​fi is important to us and it worked perfectly.

The nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed at. The rooms were good sized, with both a microwave and fridge. All rooms are non-​smoking and pleasantly decorated. The pool was nice, with a hot tub and lots of room to sit and relax. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They even came down to our room to get the computer connected to Wi-​fi for my daughter. I have stayed in a lot of higher end hotels and not been nearly as happy as I was with this one.
