McDonald’s

Worst McD I have been too. Never going back. Too much time wasted for being served plus the employees seem so disinterested. Wish they were more customer centric. I will go to the Randolph one. Not this one …
Two stars — one for McD and one for the Manager — at least he has a good smile.

This is the dirtiest, ugliest McDonalds I have ever been in! There was food on the floor in the dining room and the décor is… reminiscent of a subway station! I ordered an ice cream cone and when it was handed to me it was dripping down onto the hand and arm of the server.
Avoid this place!

I’m troubled that they always jack you on the ketchup. Why don’t they slip one or two in or ask if I want it? It takes so damn long to get the food, by the time it comes, you just wanna get outta there. Grimey.

Service is good, food is badly made from fry to assembly. OK first off let me say i used to run the grill at a McDee’s 10years ago, so i know quality. This Mc’dees changes the fry oil VERY infrequently, you can tell from the soggy hash browns (usually the temp isn’t high enough or the oil is so dirty, nothing gets done) to the bland fries (again dirty oil, they are fried in the same oil)
My mcmuffins have been burnt, this means the bun toaster isn’t calibrated properly.
I mean, the seating and front service staff is nice, the food is just horrible and not up to standards for a mcdees.
If you REALLY want mcdee’s in morristown, i guess you can have your sub-​par food here, the next one is like at florham park
I mean if you REALLY wanted fast food, the wendy’s by Kohls gets a nice grade from me, always nice fries.
Again you notice a trend? everything is based on the fries here, if you have BAD fries, then you suck, why? the fry machines already self clean, you just have to empty them every week to ensure quality, the fact that these fries are horrible means that quality doesn’t matter at this Mcdee’s, and if they can’t get fries right, what can they get right?

Great McDonalds, really enjoyed the staff’s positive attitudes. Other than that, it’s a standard McDonald’s, the most consistent chain in the world.

This is an unusual McDonald’s because it’s in a strip mall building and the shape of the dining area is longish. However, the interior is actually more spacious than some standalone McDonald’s. Service was okay. Food was about what I’d expect from a McDonald’s. Where they lose points is for maintenance. The booth I picked was rather shaky.

The Mighty Wings must be sitting there for a long time.

Lots of seating and the ordering section is in the back. There are usually two lines for this establishment and depending on when you go, it’s relatively fast service.
The soda machine is a self serve as is the ketchup… but you get little cups and a pump to pump the ketchup into the cups.
I mean it’s ok… a good dollar menu!

Had to be one of the worst experiences at a McDonald’s. It took 20+ minutes from the time I stood in line till I received my food. One person on the register and one person distributing.

This is an odd McDonalds in that it’s part of a mini mall and thus has no drive-​through. It’s very long, with tons of seating and usually competent (though not very friendly) workers. I can’t pass up those McD’s fries!

Service is good, two people tried to take my order at the same time, but fortunately they sorted that out.
One issue… they didn’t cap the sweet tea too carefully, and it spilled all over. Messy.

service is good (behind the counter people are friendly & personable) but EVERY time i go in there the soda machines have NO ice and the diet coke has no fizz… it’s flat as a board. And warm! How can you serve soda WARM? and NO ICE???
