I wish I could give zero stars. I called 2 hours ahead. I waited 35 minutes after I arrived for my scheduled pickup. Then they said the computer was down and the orders were lost. Will be my last time ordering here.

I am going to ask someone to carefully ready my review. I have been a customer on and off at this location since they opened up over 8 years ago. It has been a roller coaster from bad customer service to undercooked wings. But ever since this place went from being a franchise owned place to a corporate, they have better quality managers and employees. It must be corporate structure of better training and taking customer service more to heart. Their GM is very responsive. There assistants are the friendliest I have ever seen and their staff is much better trained and work hard for their tips. I never blamed the employees in the past for why they were not good. I blame it on the previous owners and their ability to hire the best managers to train the best employees. You will notice the difference. I guarantee it. I just experienced a recent situation which I won’t get into detail but let’s say that despite the situation, they fixed it and made it right. Customer loyalty and earning trusted status as a customer was huge for me.

My husband and I came here for the first time. I asked our server if they had a gluten free menu. He was new and would find out. He came back without a menu and tried to explain what I could eat but was not really clear. I told him I had checked out their web site prior to coming and saw they had a allergy list so I pulled that up while he was there and would look at that to decide what to order. Our server came back to our table and said he talked to his manager about their gluten free options. His manager gave him the menu with the food allergies listed for each item. I was very impressed he took the time to learn about gluten allergies and now would help him in the future for other customers. He went over and above to help me. From my experience most severs could care less you have a food allergy. We will come back here. Food was good. Service was slow on getting our food especially since the place was empty.

If less than one star were available, then I would give it less… its just a complete waste of time and money. We came before a Stars hockey game and i think they had to go around back and pluck some feathers off of a fresh chicken because it took so long — and it wasn’t that busy. The wings — meh… I make better at home. The boneless wings were so over-cooked, it was nearly inedible. The kids meals — if the kids order fruit, they literally take a can opener to some mandarin oranges and dish it up straight from the can — you can still make out that tinny taste with no attempt to do anything different or better… just a pile of canned nothing. It took my server three different times to put in my order of Jack on the rocks — she didn’t quite understand bourbon over ice as a drink. Avoid this place like the plague. It needs to go to the great restaurant pasture in the sky!

This BWW has had a roller coaster existence. I enjoyed coming here when it first opened, the food was good but the service was a little slow. Then for several years the food quality fell off and the service became even worse. The service was always better in the bar area rather than the restaurant side for some reason. This latest visit restored my faith in this BWW. I had been going to another BWW location across town, so I was glad to have a positive experience closer to home. I had received some gift cards for Christmas, so we went here after an afternoon movie. We sat in the bar area, to try and get the best service. Our server’s name was Cindy, and she did a great job. The drinks came out quickly, but the beers were expensive since it wasn’t happy hour. $ 7 is too much for a pint of Stella Artois. The potato wedges, queso dip and wings were all very good. We tried several of the sauces and liked them all. The new Blazing sauce is insanely hot. If you want to torture yourself, that’s the ticket. Cindy was a great server and I would recommend asking for her. I will have to come back again to see if this location has really improved or if we just got lucky. This visit was pleasant, and I’m hopeful they’ve got this BWW back on track.

Its BWW, you go here for cheap wings, brews and Sunday football. However, this location is a cut above the rest because of the service. If you’re lucky you’ll get Rachael, who is very attentive and will bring you a beer the second you take the last sip of your current one. Added bonus: shes a Steelers fan!

This is an awful Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was good, but everything else was awful. Here’s the bad: 1. We got there at 1:45pm. We were sat pretty quickly since there were only 4 other sat tables in the whole place. Our waiter came by pretty quickly to get our drink orders. He was then gone for about 10 minutes. He dropped them off and disappeared for another 10 minutes. By the time he got back, it was 2:08pm, which means we missed the lunch special prices, which end at 2pm. So on top of us waiting forever to even order, we now had to pay about $ 10 more than we needed to, which isn’t a lot of money but is quite annoying. 2. After we ordered, it took almost 25 minutes for chicken wings, wedges, and 2 kid meals to come out. We were the only table even waiting for food at this point. There were only 2 other tables by this time, with of which had their food. I have no idea what the kitchen was doing for it to take so excessively long considering there were absolutely not busy. By the time the food came out, we were the only people in the place besides staff. 3. Did i mention how ridiculously slow the service was here? Don’t go if you are in a time crunch!

Now a corporate location… Such awesome service from Courtney! She was very sweet and provided excellent service. The hostess was very welcoming and seated us right away. They were quick to turn on the game my husband wanted to watch. Overall, if we could give them more than 5 stars we would!!! We definitely plan on returning and making this our regular bdubs! If you have been here in the past, give them a second chance because corporate has taken over and you will not be disappointed!

Yum! This place was great! My husband and i went here on a Friday evening for a date. Boy was I hungry! We ended up sharing some boneless wings and they were so yummy, of course I got the honey bbq, and he got a 3rd buffalo & a 3rd garlic something. But they were so yummy. We also had this really good appetizer, fried pickles since I was craving it the last place we went. i would deff go here again, was not too busy and had literally every sport to watch if you are interested. btw the cherry lemonade taste like cherry 7 up ;)

I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and there was one nearby so I stopped off for lunch to give it a try. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed a funny smell but paid it no mind and was seated pretty quickly. The waitress was very nice and friendly and ready to please A+ for her. The food not so much I consider myself quite the wing expert and these were fair but not great. The place its self just seemed dirty overall the restrooms smelled of piss and it lingered out into the restaurant. I will try another location to see if the food is any better.

This location is a bit slow on the service and honestly, it smells a bit odd. But we get take out every Thursday and it’s always delicious and the people at the counter are super helpful.

I have been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for about 3 years now. Once again there was a new staff but this time was different to my surprise. They actually greeted you at the door as if you are a guest and the place was clean, service was a all time high(Courtney), manger stop by our table. You can tell there has been a change for the better this time and looking forward to coming back actually.

My first time at BWW& we can’t get the Texas football game on the big screen? Umm, we r in Austin, aren’t we??? Also, we asked for extra crispy wings & they said they actually have an extra crispy button on the ordering menu, but they still came back NOT extra crispy.

If you want good fries, they have awesome slightly overprice fries. If you want good wings, fried pickles & margaritas go to Pluckers!

This place is sad! We have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings in other cities. This one was by far the worst one. The staff seemed not real friendly like they didn’t even really want to be there. It was really empty, not real busy yet it wasn’t really clean. The chicken tasted like fake nuggets and the water was disgusting.

Zero stars… The glasses smell of rancid dishwater. *(Note to bartender,…please change out the dirty dishwater frequently, or else the beer glasses will stank like rotten feet & ass.) I dont expect much from BWW food. It has always been half ass at best. Not just at this BWW, but this seems to be the standard for all BWW across the nation. However, this BWW food sux even worse than the average BWW. Staffed by a bunch of dumbass kids who could not give a damn about the customer, or the food service industry in general. The bartenders here cant even spell the word bartender. Dont even ask for a mixed drink. Youll be lucky if they can even figure out how to pour you a lukewarm beer, that is if you can get her to put down her iphone long enough to attempt to pour you a beer. Go to Pluckers, or Fowlers… avoid this BWW like the plague.

Was brought here by incentive coupons to convince me that BWW is the place to be. Once I ordered in and once I carried out. Both times were disappointing. The dine in experience was poor because we ordered boneless wings and when they came to our table as traditional wings, our waitress made it seem like our order couldn’t be changed without her getting heat from her manager. She was really fighting us on it, so we decided to just bite the bullet and keep the wrong order. The wings were ok, the Jammin’ Jalapeño flavor was much sweeter than I expected. The celery looked like it had been frozen before and not very fresh. The carry out experience cut out the bad service deal but the boneless wing snack pack was a dud. I opened up my pack and saw some yummy looking boneless Caribbean Jerk wings. 3 of them were ALLBREADING and no chicken whatsoever. How disappointing. Needless to say. never coming back here. Sorry BWW, there are other wing places that can do it better.

I’ve been to this location probably 5 times over the past 3 years. I have also read through some of the other reviews. I have never been given anything free from this restaurant. With that said, here is my review: In my opinion and experience, this is a good Buffalo Wild Wings: wings, TVs with sports, beer specials, waitresses in jerseys, and lots of yellow. I have never gotten sick or food poisoning from this location. The food is just as good as any other BWW’s. My favorite is getting half wings with Caribbean Jerk, and the other half either Spicy Garlic or Medium Buffalo(in case you haven’t tried any yet). TOo bad you can’t try Smokey Southwestern — those were the days! If you are pressed for time or don’t have a group, go to the bar. You have better face-to-face from the bartenders who are quick with food and drinks… especially if it ever gets busy. If you aren’t pressed for time, then the bar area tables are good for relaxing. The general restaurant seating area is best for families. There’s plenty of parking usually, however there are a lot of other businesses nearby, and 183A pretty much opens right to it… so be careful! The bartenders and wait staff are really great here. Everyone has always been friendly, engaging, ensures your order is correct and to your liking. I’ve never had an empty glass before being asked if I needed another drink, and they will out on whatever sports you are looking for(within reason). If heading from south, take 183A(don’t be cheap and go through 183, come on) get off at the 1431 exit, but go through that intersection in the farthest right lane, then two streets down will be the entrance closest to Bdus. To get out easily, don’t go north on 183A, meander back south through the parking areas, and come back out to 1431… that will be easiest. Again, this place is not bad at all, I like it for what it is, and reminds me every time of the Caribbean jerk wings I used to have almost every night during dead-week in college!

When there for a UFC fight, it wasn’t too bad they had a 5.00 cover to watch the fights which is pretty standard. Wife and I had few drinks most draft beer and ciders. Our waitress was on top of things kept everything filled up which is always a plus. Ordered some fried pickles and wings to munch on and both were pretty good. Walked out right at 60.00 which is the cost of the pay preview at home but at least here is didn’t have to get my own beer or cook my own wings.

Summary: avoid like the plague. I visited this location for the 20th time or so this year and it will literally be my last visit. It had a little to do(maybe a tad more than a little) with the department of health«Unsatisfactory» sign at the door and more to do with the non existent service. We say for 12 minutes and left without a server ever stopping by. Overall, this place is filthy and has a weird smell … My hypothesis is the unsanitary water they use to mop the place. I love wings and so I’ve put up with this place but it really should be condemned and I’m going to work on finding an alternate comfort food.
