No complaints here. This is the place to go before or after we go to the movies. The food is good and fresh.

My first Which Wich but not my last. I had an excellent hot Wich called The Wicked with five meats and a bunch of cheese and spicy sauces and peppers. It was really good. Service was excellent and the place was clean. They informed me when I am in a hurry, I can order online and drive to the Horse Shoe area and they’ll bring my food out to my truck. If you have time, stop in and say hi to the new owner, Craig. He’s a real nice guy and was genuinely concerned that my food and my experience was top notch. I’ll be back!

Which Wich in Cedar Park is family friendly. New Owner and Better Service. In fact they have, specials on Mondays called Medical Mondays. If you work in the medical field, wear your badge and go there to get some specials!

Let me start by saying I love Which Wich, just NOT this one! I have given this place 2 chances now and both times have been very disappointed. To many young kids and not enough management in this place to guide them to do a good job. I really don’t want to see them kissing/chatting and letting their friends bring dogs into the place. This last weekend my son got food poisoning form the turkey sandwich. That was it, I will never go back. May I suggest you take some training from the Which Wich in Georgetown!

We come here often. My kids love it. It’s one of those places where everyone can get what they want– sandwich wise. Lots of different options, very customizable. Also there’s usually a special. My 4 year old appreciates the pb&j with a no crust option. My 8 year old likes that you can get chips on your sandwich– yes ON. I like the pulled pork. Also– their house chips are YUM! You can also get a sandwich in a bowl(no bread– lettuce!).

I ordered a grinder salad bowl and it was really good, generous portions of ingredients and filled to the brim. I’m on a bread-free diet so I think I am going to be back here a lot more often due to all the options available to me here that I can get in a bowl. The employees were really nice and friendly, one even came by and asked us about our food and we carried on a conversation for a while. Lots of positive energy here– I always feel better about eating somewhere if the employees are in a good mood. –1 start because they did forget my cheese but I was too into my food to really care about it(I decided it was for the best to forego the cheese by the time I got started). But like others have said, definitely check your food for what you ordered. Either way if its not busy I can’t imagine they’d have a problem fixing it.

Had a really good Italian grinder and finished with a chocolate malt. We had really good service and our orders came out perfect. I’ll definitely be frequenting this spot.

I do not get what people see in this place. Grilled chz, egg sandwich and turkey sandwich all dry. Give me thundercloud sandwich or NYC deli egg sandwich any day.

Been seeing this establishment for a couple of years and finally stopped in this weekend. I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich and all the choices I had. It took me a minute to figure out the process(getting your own bag and writing on it) instead of just telling someone your order. There was not a lot of seating.

Super friendly customer service. I’ve read some of their other reviews about them messing up orders, they are only human, plus they would make it again to get your order right. Very nice employees.

We ordered a bowl and a ham and cheese. We had to have the bowl remade(they made a sandwich) and there was so little ham on my sandwich one could only see it as lumps under the cheese. Only a 1 star because there are no minus numbers. We ordered a bowl and a ham and cheese. Chicken pesto! Yum, I love this place. I’m not a big chain guy however this place won me over. It’s not the most unbelievable sandwich i’ve ever had but it’s always good, and its great for a great, affordable lunch

This is another restaurant that lets you pick what you want on a sandwich, kind of like a mongolian grill place, we tried the muffuleta and the gyro… and we had the same problem at the aforementioned mongolian build your own… we don’t really know what works or doesn’t…what we picked was just plain blahhh. The best restaurant with this concept had cards with the basic list of ingredients to make whatever you pick, then you can personalize it with a few more choices. The wait staff was congenial…

I’ve been to other Which Wich locations, but this past weekend was my first trip to this one. My friend and I had a BOGO free sandwich coupon, so we pooled our money and each got a regular 7″ sandwich. I like the ordering system because you can camp out by the menu to figure out what you want and not really be in anyone’s way. Take the bag for the meat you want, and use the markers to specify which specific wich, as well as the condiments and vegetables you want on it. There’s also an area for toasted or untoasted. Here was my experience. I ordered the Turkey & Ham sandwich along with some condiments and vegetables. Turkey — check Ham — hmm nope. Provolone — I think so, I don’t recall Honey Mustard — check Red Onions — check Iceberg Lettuce — check Tomatoes — check Pickles — check Banana Peppers — check Cucumbers — check Bell Peppers — check(green and red?) Black Olives — check Mushrooms — nope Wait. what’s this in my sandwich? Is that… stuffing!!! Ohhh, ok so they must have given me the Thank You Turkey wich instead, which comes with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry. But there’s no cranberry. I don’t get it. I said nothing to the employees and just ate my sandwich, but in the time it took me to eat my 7″ wich, THREE other people went to the register with something wrong with their sandwiches. I don’t understand how this ordering system can be so flawed. If my sandwich was mistakenly made as the Thank You Turkey, then I expected some cranberry. Overall, I like Which Wich even though I don’t eat it often, but if you go to this location, check your sandwich before digging in.

The idea was super amazing, but the product was barely above subway. Cheap meat, it was hard to eat with a little baby. The only table open were the high tops and he had no place to sit while i ate.

Just got food poisoning here eating a roast beef sub at lunch. Pretty much camped out on the toilet at this point. Writing this from the floor. Tops off a series of other bad experiences here. I am done with this mediocre sandwich chain forever. Good luck if you dine here.

I have eaten at this Which Wich three times. Each visit has gotten worst. Visit 1: My BF and I were checking out the«New» Ranch shopping area. We stumbled upon Which Wich that just opened. Not knowing what to do, the cashier explain the process. So we grabbed a couple of bags, made our selection and turned it into the cashier. I ordered the Turkey Rueben and my BF ordered the Meatball. We sat down and waited for the sandwich to be ready. They were having new opening confusion but I did get my sandwich in about ten minutes. I picked it up and went back to my seat. We waited for them to call my BF sandwich and we waited, and waited, and waited. I finally started eating. So twenty minutes after I got mine his was ready. Let me tell you, having lunch together to me does not constitute him watching me eat then me watching him eat. Mine Turkey Rueben was good. A tad small but filling and tasty. He wasn’t as happy but I told him not to order a meatball sandwich unless it is in an Italian restaurant. But he never listens to me. Visit 2: The parking was horrible. Let me expain, image a T and at the top of the T is a movie theatre. Coming down off the T are about four restaurants per side, branching out on the sides are more restaurants. Each store has maybe 3 spaces per in front. There are signs marked«Parking for Restaurants ONLY». The movie theatre was open so after getting are sandwiches we ate outside. Trust me when I tell you movie patrons can’t read. I watched as a car pulled into a space in front of a restaurant and proceed directly to the movies. Anyway on to the food. This time I ordered the Turkey Wich and he ordered the Beef cheesesteak. He liked his better than last time but he had better. Mine was okay, but they appeared to put extra slaw on mine. So it was wet and soggy. Visit 3: I went alone. Again had to park in outer monogolia and walk in. I decide to get the turkey reuben again as it was tasty. Grab my bag, marked select and stood near the back because it was packed. I found it interesting this time as I watched the process line. They take your bag and put it on a clothes line as it goes down the stations. Then I became concerned as I noticed the food preparers were moving bags. Some later bags were put in front of earlier bags. I felt sorry for the poor person getting their bag pushed back. It wasn’t until much later did I realize I WASTHATPOORPERSON. When my name was finally called I took my bag and left. Once I was home and opened my bag. I was not happy. My turkey reuben wasn’t. All I got was four pieces of turkey on a rolls. No Kraut or dressing. NOTHING. A dry yucky sandwich. Thank goodness I was home and able to dress it up. If I wanted to make a sandwich myself, I would have purchased the fixin’s at HEB, for CHEAPER. Wich Wich I am a patience person but you now have three strikes. You do know what that means, you’re out of here.

This chain has ALMOST got me hooked. — I LOVE their selection of sandwiches and I LOVE that I can customize it to my taste, I’m picky. — I LIKE it that I can never finish the whole sandwich, although i’ve gotten close a couple of times. — I DON’T LIKE the price, two sandwiches, two drinks, two bag-o’chips $ 16.00. — I HATE that even though you write down for them exactly what you want on your sandwich, they always seem to forget something(one time they forgot the avocado on my Tomato & Avocado sandwich — SERIOUSLY — it’s in the NAME of the sandwich how could you forget?). It is clean, it is fairly quick and it is yummy. I go now and then, but if they ever got it right on the first try, I’d likely be hooked all the way.
