Thx you for listening and bringing a great loyalty customer program. Aside from eating there 10x a month, I can honestly say great food, service, perks have me coming back. Plus customer service is always at its best.

Excellent menu choices. The variety of side options definitely sets this place apart from Jason’s deli. Cole slaw, potato salad, fruit, applesauce, Mac n cheese, mashed taters etc… Pastas is also a nice addition if you are looking for a hot lunch. Lots of differ met salads to choose from. The quality of the ham and turkey is Butterball which to me makes a much better tasting sandwich. Best of all it is quiet and relaxing unlike the zoo at salad bar deli’s. Will be back!

It’s really expensive for what it is. The baked potatoes are not as amazing as they sound, and the two sandwiches I’ve had up to this point(pulled pork and the roast beef dip) aren’t anything fantastic. The«famous» sweet tea is actually really good. Service here is really iffy. I think there’s a big lack of communication and training with the employees. Honestly there’s so many sandwich shops less than two minutes from this one that are better tasting and a better value.

Expensive! Wow, $ 27 for 2 for lunch?! My husband got soup & salad, I got sandwich & soup and 2 drinks. You can get mac & cheese with your sandwich but a cup of soup is $ 2.25; why? Food cost on soup is nothing, I’m surprised they charge so much. The food was ok, nothing over the top to warrant the cost. Soup wasn’t worth it. Thick like pudding, someone overdo it on cornstarch? Food was hot & fresh, service was nice. Sweet tea was good, I saw that was popular so I tried it. Single stall bathrooms meant there was a constant line the entire time I was there; yikes! Decent size restaurant to only have 1 male &1 female stall. Lots of other great choices in area, I don’t see an thing that makes me want to come back here.

After three visits, consistently very good service and food. Very good sandwiches, lean pastrami and corned beef. Like the potatoe salad and the cheesecake too

Service was fast and friendly. Food was good and large portions. What more can I say typical McAllister’s. Cedar Park has added a lot of dining choices in the past year.

Came here the other day for a Sunday lunch before heading to Costco and got to say for a brand new place the service is on point. It was clean and we were greeted promptly when we got in the door. The food was good not great but it is definitely a fast sit down place. Definitely better than McDonald’s. I got the spud max and it is essentially two potatoes split open and loaded with cheese, ham, bacon, olives, and green onions. Sour cream and butter on the side. Very delicious and came out quickly. The tea is what makes Mcallister’s great. I got the sweet tea and the wife got the peach tea and both are delicious!!! The sweet tea is the perfect amount of sweetness not so sweet you will get diabetes. The peach tea is a little sweeter but still just as good. After we finished our meal, they came and cleaned off the table quickly and asked us if we needed a refill. Overall the service is what drives this store. Loved the service and the food was good too.

We really love mcalisters– great atmosphere and kid friendly. We live in walking distance to this one so its great! Sweet tea is the best. One thing that irks me is that my little always orders the soup– so we don’t get the 99 cent kids meal deal and we have to pay extra for a side of chips and cookie for him. Which comes out to like $ 6 instead of $ 1. So if we could get soup on the kids meal I would be internally grateful and would go much more.

Wow, was I unimpressed. The lady at the counter could not handle our order. She said«Oh my God«at one point then she said«Oh no». Our appetizer arrived at the wrong time, stale and devoid of flavor. Provocatively titled the«Ultimate Nachos» they were anything but. The nachos were supposed to have chili with them and yet I saw about a dozen or so kidney beans smeared on a tablespoon of bland chili sauce. The guacamole was ok and there were two scoops of it with a generous supply of jalapenos. The nacho chips were obviously from a low quality, store bought bag; not fresh, overly salty, stale and soggy. I have certainly had better nachos from a convenience store and much better chili from a can. My sandwich was one of the poorest prepared sandwiches I have ever had. It had no deli presentation(except a tooth pick) no sauce(as prominently advertised on the menu) and no seasoning. I got one wilted piece of lettuce, and almost nothing inside except a few thinly sliced cucumbers, a teaspoon of roasted peppers and some meager pieces of cheese. The wheat bread looked and tasted like 2 day old, store bought, highly processed bread. My sandwich had no flavor and the vegetables were low quality(wilted, sour and not fresh) The sandwich vegetables looked like they were prepped days before. I got some steamed vegetables and they arrived luke warm and over cooked. My broccoli was mushy and my carrots were so over cooked that they had white blotches all over them. My daughter from Waco raved about McAllisters and especially the tea. She said the tea was just amazing and they sometimes go just for the tea. My peach tea was actually slightly astringent, weak and had no peach flavor what-so-ever…none…not a trace. The promised lemon wedge, for my tea, never arrived. Our appetizer was served with our meal even though the order taker offered and promised to serve it ahead of time. The whole episode felt like a really bad meal prepared with poor equipment under the hot sun at a carnival or theme park. It felt as if it was prepared and served by minimum wage, untrained employees who did not care in the least about service, quality or hospitality. We were not greeted and no one checked on us. No one came to see if our order was right. I saw no smiles, no positive attitude and very low energy. Clearly all leadership was lacking because no restaurant can be this bad. While I was here I saw three groups stalk out of the restaurant shocked and angry at the experience. I paid $ 26.69 for two sandwiches and some nachos. Never again!

Went tonight to see our son’s friend who just started working here. James is a great kid and we’re happy to support anywhere he might be working. So glad we did because they have a great menu. The place was clean, all of the staff were very friendly and I really felt good about their manager. I think the kids are in good hands. We will be happy to support this location.

Food — 2.5 Service — 4 The missus wanted to try this place out, and we needed to hit the Costco, so away we went. The restaurant is big and clean, and the service was very nice. The food came out fast and was hot. So far so good. I ordered da NooYawka(added kraut cuz I really wanted a rueben). Really freaking good and a lot of sandwich for petite flower like myself… the missus ordered le French dip — we both ordered the mashed with gravy(don’t judge) instead of the mac and cheese(don’t judge again). The mashed potatoes is really where the wheels came off the wagon. The gravy was horrible. Seriously. it tasted like it was badly made from a packet. Ew. The iced tea(which I told was lifechanging… a quote), was meh. Not too sweet, regular tea. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Anyway, it was okay.

This is my second time to come here and it is really great! I get the sweet chipotle Chicken grilled sandwich and It is awesome! It reminds me a lot of subway’s sweet onion chicken. But the broccoli cheese soup is out of this world good!!! Also, I love the different options for tea. I had the peach tea with half sweet and half unsweet. The staff was very friendly and the service was pretty quick. I would say that this is a really good alternative to Jason’s deli, and I like the food a lot more.

Wow! This place was great! Immaculate! Bright and clean. The service went above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly. I actually took 9 kids in for the 99 cent kids meals. My kids were hungry so they ate 2 meals. I love that there is a place with low cost healthy kids meals. I ordered a salad and it was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Mcallisters is fantastic! They offer a nice change of pace from the burger & barbecue offerings. Great deli sandwiches, soups, & baked potatoes with all the extras! Service was super friendly and fast! Was greeted at the door and quickly expedited through the ordering process. They have 4 registers to keep lines down and bring your food to your table! Outstanding place overall.

We LOVE Mcallister’s. My husband is originally from Jackson, TN and we’ve eaten at numerous locations across the south. This new one is great. Very clean, very friendly staff and the food was delicious. My only complaints were their music was WAY too loud and if we hadn’t known about it from their Facebook page, we may have not ever know the location was there because there aren’t a lot of signs close to 1431 for it and it is in a very new shopping center. I recommend if you do go get one of the clubs, either pasta or potato salad and of course a sweet tea!

They officially opened today and there was a good crowd. We had the Big Nasty sandwich which is an open faced roast beef sandwich with gravy and cheese… delicious. The best part was that they have the mashed potatoes and gravy at this location. I’ve been to some locations that don’t have them and that’s a dissapointment. The service was very good, maybe because they had so many people working due to the opening day. They were quick with drink refills too. We will definately return. The parking is limited near the restaurant but it’s in a strip center so there is ample parking around the area.
