Worst wing stop ever. Would not recommend coming here. Poor customer service! Whoever worked 2−5−16 between 9 – 10:30. Just horrible.

I normally don’t write reviews about locations I frequent unless I see a negative pattern. Tonight was the last straw with this location. I always feel rushed if i come after 8pm and sometimes even 7:30pm. Now i will say it all depends on who is working. One night before 10pm an employee was putting all the chairs up and they didn’t even close till midnight but I degress. My issue over the past few months is the lack of sweet tea after 7:30. If you arevopen till 11 or 12 at night and run out of something with 3 or 4 hours to go you should make more of it. I totally understand if there is an hour left and you don’t want to waste product, but i really wanted sweet tea with my wings tonight and I was told that was it for the night at 8… Please please please work on this. I went to store 462 today. Did the online order. I ordered at 11:37. I finally Walked out at 12:15. 38 minutes. The acting manager stated that it’s because they were extra crispy. They also overcharged me. I request they fix that and I was told they don’t know how. They also said they have a online ordering issue. Basically they don’t know how to do their job. I blame this on the franchise. The acting manager was polite as well as the staff. Again I like the food but do not like the experience. I had a previous review for the Cedar Park location. From what I have experienced wing stop is full of unprofessional behavior. I will be speaking with their corporate office. I will say that as a manager you should be drive resolution. Especially since it causes them stressful situations. I was here a few weeks ago and saw a customer have a similar issue. As a person who is forgiving I placed my order. I am regretting it. I checked my food and I was dry and flavored mixing with the lazy packaging.

I ordered online and come for pick up. These guys standing in the back, and singing. He saw me, but didn’t say anything keep singing. I just stand there and wait and wait. He keep ignoring me. Not even say«hi» to customer, after 7 minutes, I said«hello, hello, I come for pick up», he look at me, still don’t say anything and give me my food which is there before I come in. I feel like they don’t respect customer. Not even say«hi». They are working with no energy. I don’t mind to wait, but plz say something, not just ignore customers like that. I like wing stop a lot. But I never go back to this location again.

Placed an online order at 5pm that was to be ready by 5:30. Arrived a little after 5:30 only to be told that the online ordering hadn’t been working. What did that mean for me? You guessed it no wings! That was supposed to be dinner for my family. They could have at least made a mention on the website. This is the 2nd time this has happened when ordering from here. I don’t think I’ll try again. It’s a shame too because they have really good garlic Parmesan wings.

They are no longer able to order online via their smartphone app or online. I also have tried to call to place an order so I don’t have to wait in the store for them to make my order and the phone is always busy or no one answers.

Quality food and Service. I have been a weekly costumer of this Wing Stop for 2 years now and not once has my order been wrong or the quality been bad. The Wing Stop has recently received a new General Manager, which I had the pleasure of meeting today, and with his help this Wing Stop will go to the next level of food and service that Cedar Park deserves.

Saw the previous reviews for Wing Stop but wanted to try a new place. It’s also super convenient and close to home. Ordered online and stopped in to pick up order. They said there were issues with the printer for online ordering and I needed to put my order in again. They were super apologetic and made sure to change the in store price to reflect the online price(which was less). The food was ready and fresh in 10 – 15 minutes maximum. We left to run an errand and they offered to text when it was ready. There are two major reasons I gave them 5 stars. The first is the wings were superb. The original were very much like the old school style I grew up eating in the Midwest. My kids loved the boneless Teriyaki. Second, the people that work there are really friendly and want to interact with you as a person, not just another kitchen ticket.

First of all, this store location is NOT visible when driving by. I was informed by a friend about this location. I happen to stop in almost to closing time and Chelsea was a sweetheart and took my order anyway. She was very professional and I appreciate her for offering me some water while I waited. Her manager Brandon came to the lobby to clean and made sure that my order was right. He didn’t rush me out of his lobby(he actually told me to take my time) which I GREATLY appreciate because I was extremely hungry and was craving Wingstop. Thanks to Chelsea and Brandon, I enjoyed my late dinner.

I came in tonight because my wifes grandpa had past and she needed something that would lift her spirit. Star was awesome. She had a smile on her face and treated me like an actual person. I saw some earlier reviews and they could have improved service… All I know is it was a great atmosphere tonight and people should be rewarded and establishments recognized for this service. Call and ask for Star. She was great. Thank you

I Love Wing Stop but this location is lacking customer service. When I am in line to pick up my order and angry people are in line to get refunds that’s has to say something. I placed my Order over the phone, they said 18 mins. So I gave them 30 because I knew they would be busy, drove there in the rain waited in line listening to customers complain«weird energy» Finally I am here to pick up. Sure what was your order I repeated thinking they were double checking but I told them twice my name and that order should be ready. They charged me then told me to wait 25 mins. Are you serious, dude I called u on the phone, he looked at me and said I never placed your order NEXT. Really so I said give me my money back they charged me again then apologized had to refund me twice, before the refund I said listen I understand people make errors trying to not be an ass. And said if you can get my order with in 20 mins and promise me I will be right back, trying to give the opertunity to regain my business. I was ignored and at the end. I wasted a trip there charged twice and acted like they don’t need my business. Had to settle for Buffalo Wild Wings cause dammit I wanted wings 15mins done happy eater. Wing Stop step up your game, I don’t think I will be back.

Wingstop has always been the preferred wing place to indulge my wing obsession. It’s a little out of the way these days, I actually have to drive by 3 other spots to get here, but the wings, the fries, the dip always make up for it. I rarely have an issue, but last Sunday I did…(So why the 5 stars you may ask?) My togo order was messed up but the owner, Chandler, handled it AMAZINGLY. Very easily could have been a make or break moment for Wingstop, but the team there went above and beyond to make it right. I see there’s a number of complaints about the service, and one of the things Chandler and I talked about, was how they take mistakes like mine and turn them into learning opportunities so they don’t happen again for their customers. Great job, Wingstop, you turned my frown upside down!

This location lost me as a customer this week. We’ve been here a handful of times and every time the staff has been rude and the wings poorly put together. We tried to eat here on Super Bowl Sunday a few hours before the game and EVERY table was open. BUT, they had over ANHOUR wait to dine in. I understand that they had an insane amount of to go orders for the game, but the have several fryers in their kitchen and their is absolutely no reason their kitchen staff could not accommodate to go orders and dine in customers at the same time. Very poor planning on their part. They should not offer dine-in seating if they cannot accommodate done-in orders.

Horrible Horrible customer service. Multiple issues on separate occasions with mixing up orders. Fool me once, shame on you… fool me twice, shame on me. I should have learned my lesson with previous issues with this location but Sunday was the last time I will ever order out of this location. After ordering a large family order, I get home and realize there were items missing. I called up wingstop and they basically said I could return and pick it up or I have 7 days to pick up what items I was missing… what? Let me get this straight… so in order to fix the problem that you created, I have to show up within the next 7 days and plan my dinner around the items I paid for??? How does that make any sense? This blew my mind. The basic terms of a transaction is to get what you paid for. I didn’t receive the items I paid for and I have to go pick it up within 7 days. After speaking to the manager who sounded like he cared back in 2004, I decided to email customer service and get this generic response… «Thank you for reaching out to us. Here at Wingstop Restaurants, we pride ourselves in providing quality products with a superior guest experience at an exceptional value — everyday. We want you to enjoy your trip to Wingstop every time you visit the store. We’re here to listen and appreciate you letting us know about your experience. We are going to share this internally, and send this on to the owner of this location; so everyone is aware of your experience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into your concerns. In the meantime, we hope you give us a second chance. Sincerely» TORECAP: Wingstop customer service states they will share this issue with the people that didn’t fix the problem. Why would I ever give them a second chance? I’m done with Wingstop. There’s plenty other wing places in the greater Austin area that actually listens to their customers when there’s a problem. If you’re going to order here, make sure and check your food for quality, quantity and if it’s actually there. I’ve had too many issues with this place to ever go here.

Ok, so I am changing this Wingstop review. I received contact from possibly the owner or regional manager informing me that this location has been revamped. I was invited to receive a coupon to come again, but I just decided to go on my own at my convenience. I didn’t want to be biased. I love Wingstop wings and find them better tasting that Pluckers(which seem drier than Wingstop). Wingstop just has some of the best tasting wings around. So, I came back to this Wingstop location and I have to say… it is much better than before. It now feels like the Wingstop I have come to love and appreciate! The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was outstanding! Thanks to the management team for revamping this location, great job! In other words, this Wingstop is back in business and I would definitely recommend this location once again and I will definitely return. Keep up the great work! Thanks for listening…

This place must have a new manager, because after reading the other reviews, service seems to be the main problem. And I must say that the service here is good. I have eaten at other wing stops many times and other wing restaurants. This place is better than most of them. They also have super cheap beer which is always a plus. $ 2 domestics and $ 2.50 imports during the week. I’ll definitely be back!

I like Wing Stop. They’ve definitely stepped up their game. When I first started coming here, they only had boneless strips. They’ve added boneless wings. Yay! I love bite-sized boneless wings. There’s something super sloppy about boneless strips. I like their flavors. I also like their weird sugar-salt fries. Service is okay. I mean… you order at the counter and that’s it. I can’t really complain about it. Definitely one of my to-go spots.

Was craving wings an they were closest to my house. Ordered online and requested a 12:15 pick up time. I arrived at 12:18 and they weren’t ready. It wasn’t ready until 12:35. That made me very sad! Why pre-order if your going to wait I ordered Hawaiian wings. Which are like a BBQ with hint of pineapple flavor. Yummy not to sweet. Also go lemon pepper and honey BBQ with a side of slaw since there fries always seem soooo soggy. And love there ranch dressing to dip in. And no not all ranch is created equally. My favorite was the lemon pepper!
