Panda is panda but the employees here are terrible. A groups of girls were complaining within earshot about how customers can’t order right. Seriously? I would figure you get paid to help customers follow the menu. But what do I know? I’m not a professional fast food orderer.

I don’t have any complaints about the taste of the food, but the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant bothers me. Every time I have visited, there has been something sticky on the floor in the main dining room which makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. I’m afraid to venture into the bathrooms.

Who does not love Panda Express? We love it but sometimes truth be told. the noodles are a bit hard and friend rice can seem dry at times. But everything else is good. Their Orange Chicken is always on point!

I wouldnt give any stars if it wasn’t required. Food was not very good. Lo Mein noodles were tough and very dry. Orange chicken was tough as well and the spring rolls tasted like old cooking oil. As if that wasn’t enough reason, the girl taking the order had a smart ass mouth… when she repeated my order i told her no I wanted blah blah blah she replied… yea. thats what I said which clearly it wasn’t. Then upon paying she took my card slung my food at me at slammed the window in the drive through. Won’t be back.

My food was terrible, couldn’t even eat it and threw it out. LAKELINE mall location is always good. Won’t be returning.

Well this review is not about the food. its about the customer service! ! HORRIBLESERVICE! I come to this Panda express often its the nearest to my house. I rarely have received good service. I don’t know what has happened that employees don’t greet or serve you with a smile, they all look sooo upset and bothered that you are there. Last week I was there and the guy that was there forgot to put my egg rolls in my bag. not to mention he was rushing me while ordering. When I got home we realized that he forgot the egg rolls, I called to complain. An employee named Judith answered and she was super helpful and apologized for her coworker’s mistake, she next you come you will get your egg rolls free. I stopped by today to buy food and get my egg rolls, oh my god honestly Panda Express needs to do something about their employees, the name of the lady that served us is Isabel, super rude, upset face the entire time, as if the egg rolls where going to be deducted from her check. Bad customer service!!!

Horrible. If I could give it no stars I would. It’s hot inside, one of the doors is locked, employees look like they don’t give a F about anything, food is horrible, even the drive thru was bad. They didn’t give me a fork, forgot to give me my drink, raspberry tea is flavorless. Never coming here again. Place needs to be shut down and made into something else. Waste of a building.

I want to do zero stars but because I am a zen person usually, I will do one. What establishment is willing to give up $ 60 per week customers over a sprinkle of walnuts??? I am very disappointed in this panda in cedar park. We have gone to this panda for quite awhile and spend $ 30+ a couple of times a week on the family feast meal. We are a busy family and this keeps it easy. We keep it healthy as we can with veges instead of rice etc. Tonight the shrimp was soggy plus we dont really care for the nuts and pick them off anyway. When we asked for fresh and if they could just not sprinkle on the walnuts, we were told no and that we had to take the shrimp that has been sitting there for who knows how long. They went on to point out two other dishes saying, this chicken is fresh and that one is fresh. Who points out to say they only have two fresh entrees? How can they force their customers to eat old soggy food? Especially when we are paying more for a premium large family entrée. The worst about this is we are giving this location a lot of $ weekly and they refuse to give us fresh food. We were so disappointed. The asst. Manager would do nothing and was letting one grumpy employee run the show and run him. Too bad. We will Never go back again! I hope saving your sprinkle of walnuts was worth it!

Employees are eating Little Ceasars pizza in the dining room. One employee walked thru the kitchen eating her pizza. Food not much flavor. Can’t say I will be coming back. Employee named Judith is having fun talking on the phone eating her Little Ceasars pizza!

i would give it 3 stars for the food taste… which is not that bad… the fried rice is very poor quality — as compared to really good fried rice… what i really DONOT like is that when i order To-Go… they serve only ½ portions compared to dine-in portions… if you get a plate it gets loaded up but the same order to-go is ½…

it wasn’t too bad the last time that I went — but I make sure to pick dishes that look like they just got made — not the ones that have been baking under the lights. I am keeping Panda in my back pocket as a possible Asian food option on days that I am too lazy to cook. FYI — I have traveled to the far east and eaten at many crazy good Chinese restaurants — so I know I should like this food — but it honestly wasn’t bad.

Let me start of by saying that my husband loves PANDA! But this is the closet Panda Express that is on our way home without going either to the mall or on 620 every-time we go the food is always cold and by the time we order our good two minutes later fresh food comes out one time I asked if I can get more of a fresh orange chicken side one of the girls there looked at me as if I had asked for the moon? Since then every time we go which I dread its nothing but dirty looks and cold food to me? I know I know why do I still go because despite this continuous happenings my husband still loves his panda and the selection does have a wide variety, overall it’s a pain to go and get treated as if I am wasting their time giving them business.

Where else can you drive through or dine in and get consistently great Chinese food? Panda Express. This location is closest to us and we frequent it often, several times a month, if not a week. If you choose to dine in, you can see all of the dishes and sample any that you desire. Your best deal if you only want one entrée is the«bowl» in the $ 5 range. You choose from a side and an entrée. The sides consist of rice steamed perfectly, fried rice, chow mein noodles, or mixed vegetables. If you want more than one entrée, you can get the 2– or 3-entrée platter with one side. One note — if you save your receipt, complete the survey, write down the code, you get a FREE entrée with each 2– or 3-entrée platter, EVERYTIME. How could you not enjoy that??? In addition, they offer rangoons, spring rolls, and egg rolls. I only wish they also had soup. The prices are in the $ 5 to $ 8 range for a great meal, and the menu is changed every so often in order to offer new entrees. Their website also has features to vote on these, as well. Now, for the taste of the food, I have to say the best part is consistency. I love knowing when I order Orange Chicken on Friday, it will taste exactly like it did on Wednesday, just as yummy! I have yet to find Orange Chicken better anywhere else. My newest favorites are the Beijing Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp. I crave it, often. The service is always friendly, fast, and consistent. I like knowing what to expect and not being disappointed, ever. This Panda Express meets all of my expectations, and more.

I do not like Panda Express. I go with high hopes, like maybe that«this time it will be better» and am always disappointed. Over priced. If it was cheaper, I might think it was worth it. I guess the best deal would be the bowl. Comes with either rice, or lo mein and one entrée. I had the lo mein with the terryaki chicken. It was… eh. I may go back probably next year. Or maybe not. Its not going to get any better. I know this, but some occasions call for fast food and it happens to be often actually, but when you have gotten worn out on burgers and fries or even tacos… you think«oooh, chinese sounds good» Then you go and eat it and its just like«awh…»

Oh this is sooo wrong. How can they even call it food. I have tried Panda Express previously in the Lakeline mall. The Orange Chicken was pretty good so my bf and I came here for dinner one night. We both ordered the two entrée plate. The person behind the counter seemed confused not sure if it was her first day on the job or what. Two 2 entrees plates and two drinks, not that hard. So ten minutes later we head down the line. I had the Orange chicken and the Kung Pao chciken. My bf had the Mongolian beef and Thai cashew chicken. After a taste of each variation we couldn’t decide which was worst. Beef was leathery, chicken was tough, flavors were lacking. Needless to say, we did not finish our meals and there was no way I was taking the leftovers home. Yuck, disgusting. We left and immediately went to McDonald for a burger, well, because we were hungry.

Food is pretty decent here. It is just typical fast-food asian food. If you want something authentic, go to Chinatown or something. The beijing pork is pretty decent and they give a reasonable amount of food.

Shit. I got lured in. The sign says«Gourmet» Chinese. I was hankering for some chinese food and Cedar Park has yet to be entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for most Chinese Restaurants per capita. We’ve tried the other 2 places, so we went here. As often as I am on Unilocal, you think I would have looked before going. Not that it was HORRID… like North and South on 620. but it was for sure mass-produced mall food — just a few miles north of the actual mall. I ordered the beef & broccoli bowl($ 4.99). Mr. Monkey ordered the 2 entrée plate($ 5.99) with Sweet Fire Chicken and something else I had no interest in. On top of the food being mediocre, I got screwed. No fortune in my fortune cookie. That’s gotta be bad luck, right? Personally, we won’t return. I’ll be looking for a decent chinese place in north austin somewhere and end my CP search for Gourmet Chinese food.
