Really good place. Good burgers at a great value. This is my snack burger! Love the milk shakes. Love that the company is Christian. You’ll find bible verse on the food wraps and cups. Very nice!

Finally a location near North Austin! Great food and good service! Always pretty busy, which just adds to how good it is!

Stopped after a hard day of shopping, of course we ordered our burgers animal style, those in the know usually do, we got smart and refrained from getting fries ’cause we didn’t need extra carbs, then I blew it and ordered a chocolate shake wish I hadn’t ’cause it was average at best, and barely cold. The burger was tasty though, as well as the other half of my wife’s…

Awesome burgers and excellent customer service! The drive thru takes awhile, but at least you know the food is fresh and made to order. Try the«whole grilled onion»!

One of the few things I miss about living in California is In-N-Out and I was extremely excited when news about a Round Rock location was made. I’ve been going to this particular location since they’ve opened and I’ve always had awesome service and great food! Basically everything on the menu is great. A 3×3 protein style always hits the spot!

There is not much to say about a franchise like In-n-out so I guess I would just have to say that this location had really slow service. There was no one in line before or after us and the two tables who were already there had their food. That being said we expected our food to be out pretty quickly but to our surprise it took a good 10 minutes for them to prep our food and get it our to us. Other than that. clean tables, great lighting, nice staff, and clean restrooms!

This is my first time eating here and I have mixed feelings. Service: SLOW! We ate inside and it took forever to receive our food. I agree with another review that the priority is the drive through for sure. Food: The burger was excellent. I didn’t even need to add ketchup like I normally do. The fries… horrible. I know that it was a potato, but it had no flavor and tasted artificial. I ate a few and then stopped(and I’m never one to turn down a fry). I left pissed about the fries and had my husband drive me to McDonald’s because I was still craving fries. I’d go back for the burger… but then I’d have to drive somewhere else to get fries so the jury is out on this one…

WHAT-IS-THE-BIG-DEAL? This place isn’t all that whatsoever! This obnoxious, California chain is trying to overtake Texas, and push my beloved Whataburger out and it is making me extremely furious. Pinheads will keep eating at In-N-Out just because of the name and because the employees are walking around wearing silly little paper hats, like a «retro» diner. Stupid! I don’t understand why everyone raves on & on about the hamburgers here. They aren’t that good, and the fries are dry and too skinny. If you are going to eat freakin fries, you need them deep fried in a vat of artery-clogging grease, do you not? As a Texan, I am sick of hearing about this joint. I really am!

How we wish that they will branch out somewhere in Houston and The Woodlands areas. Its so sad that whenever i miss eating INNOUT we have to drive to Dallas or we go to LA thats the only chance that we eat INNOUT I love the burger and aside from that its freshness the price are very affordable

Always consistent. The food come quickly. The price is good and cheap. It’s a good place to go with the family and is easy on the wallet.

Slow service at this location. Priority is the drive through so those that choose to eat inside will have to wait long(even when it’s not busy). Staff are also less friendly at this location, staff has also been unprofessional behind the counter where they are joking and messing with each other(I see less of this at other In N Outs)

One of the best burgers in town. Always fresh and juicy. Young staff is super friendly and pleasant to speak with. The drive through is a little on the slow side but worth the wait.

Consistently consistent. I’ve been dozens of times and finally decided to write a review. Great staff – always. And the burgers and fries are always prepared exactly the same and they’re very good. The pricing is very good for the quality and quantity received. They also do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean although that’s one area of improvement I notice about every other time. They’re very very busy I know and that’s part of it. But I think they can manage the trash cans and floors a bit better to make the whole experience five star worthy.

Wow, what a difference in getting In-N-Out outside of California verses in California. When I lived in San Diego(for a few years), I used to eat at INO and thought it was a very good place. Sometimes when establishments branch out too much too fast, they lose their touch. It’s like night and day in Texas. I tried it when it 1st opened with the expectation that it would mirror my experiences at INO in California. Boy, was I ever disappointed! There was nothing good about it. The buns and fries were dry. The fries are like eating dehydrated shoestring potatoes out of a can. We here in Texas love our jalapeños, so even if they offered them at an upcharge, at least they could be an option. Overall, just dry, bland and flavorless. My friends and I shake our heads everytime we pass it by and wonder why one would choose to eat here over any other burger joint in the area.

I have to say, I do love INO burger. Not that it is a comparison to Whataburger or anything, because it isn’t. It’s totally different. My order always consists of a double double, mustard fried with lettuce, spread, tomato and pickle. An order of fries, well done, tops it off. The food is always fresh and hot. It’s always delicious and the price is very reasonable. There is always plenty of parking. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. There is usually a place to sit, even when it’s crowded. If I had any tiny complaint at all, it would be the wait time in the drive thru. That could be a little better. Otherwise. one of my favorite burger joints!

I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinions, that’s why we have Unilocal! My friends and family in El Paso swear that In and Out Burgers are the best thing in the world! We don’t have one in El Paso, so I guess the ones in Arizona and Las Vegas are the bomb! It was nothing special, especially when they put 6 slices of onion, yes I love onion, but give me a break! Then big ass slices of tomato, tons of lettuce, and a skinny small piece of beef patty! Umm the meat should be the best part of the burger, thick, and juicy, the way I like it! Size does matter ladies and gentlemen! The fries were good and not greasy, plus they use cholesterol free oil! The prices were very affordable! If I ever go back, I’ll get the double meat & more fries.

Hadn’t stopped in for over a year. The first thing that strikes me is the cost. They are, about the most cost-effective burger, in town. Having said that, it does not mean they are the best tasting, but overall I do give them a Unilocal four star rating. The burger meat is ground fresh, the patties handmade. They are cooked when you place your order and the french fries are hand cut. For me the big perk is the«animal style» burger, I really enjoyed the grilled onions and the special sauce and the fact that it makes the burgers messy and drippy. I like that in a burger. The fries are good, but for me adding the«animal style» is just too much. Not sure why but I prefer my french fries in a more pure manner. My kids however, do enjoy them covered with cheese and the special sauce. I read an article that at In and Out, you could request your burger medium rare but that is not the case at the two locations I’ve tried, which would be Cedar Park and Round Rock. The milk shakes are also hand made to order but that is becoming the standard in many quick meal environments. They are good. One thing worth mentioning, is that they concentrate on the few foods they offer so although not the broadest in choice, the quality is good as is the service. My exact rating would be 3.6 — Enjoy

I’m not sure this review will really differ from the other 2 locations — the service is always great here, the dining room is kept clean, and I love the simplicity of the menu. I know a lot of people don’t like their french fries, but I do! I like that they’re thin, not too salty, and I order mine plain.(I’m one of those weirdos who doesn’t like animal-style fries/burgers.) Anyway, this location is a little easier to physically get into compared to the Round Rock or downtown locations, and it’s a few miles from where I work. When I’m craving a good, cheap burger, fries, and a Neapolitan shake, I hit up In-N-Out. Mmmm!

Yesterday was my second visit to In-N-Out Burger. I would have been back sooner but I waited until the crowds died down. When the first In-N-Out opened in the area the drive through was taking 45minutes plus at times. At 11:30am on a weekday it took a mere 5 minutes to place my order and receive my bag of burgers and fries. I tried animal style my first time at an In-N-Out and I now realize I prefer no sauce on my burger not to distract from the flavor of the beef. Yesterday I opted for a burger sans spread with mustard, lettuce, tomato and onions with an unsweetened ice tea which clocks in at 310 calories(not bad for fast food). The veggies were fresh and the burger was nice and warm. In my opinion the burgers are OK here. What I do like is the INO team is friendly, they keep a clean store and the CA theme complete with palm trees is fun. Notably In-N-Out Burger Foundation which was established in 1984 gives back by donating to groups/organizations that assist in helping abused and neglected children.

I love In-N-Out burger. I had no idea there was a location so near us in Cedar park! It has all the INO standards we’re used to. Clean ground with palm trees. Clean inside. Friendly staff that is always smiling and looks you in the eye(could be the $ 10.50/hr min pay!). Plenty of seating. Fresh lemonade. Great burgers and animal style fries. Always five stars in my book.

I have been eating in-n-out since I was a teenager and was really happy to see on come to little old Cedar Park. Unfortunately either the«chain» business has changed it or I just had«teenage dreams» about how good it was. I have been to this location about three times and the staff is always friendly if a bit lost looking often times. The last time I went there was a Saturday, wanted to do a last lunch before graduation for my son and he picked it. Both ordered a double double and fry’s. The burgers were as expected pretty good and the frys were a disappointment. My biggest issue was the wait man it took forever!!! It literally took over 15 minutes to get the order out pretty disappointing. Overall it’s ok wish it was as good as I remember

I love In-N-Out! I do, I do, I do! I still remember the very first time I ate at In-N-Out. It was 1992 in Las Vegas. It was the first one to open in Vegas. I waited 1.5 hours for my first bite ever. My life, at 12 years old, was changed forever! Fast forward to today. I am an Austin newbie. I had no idea there was an In-N-Out here. We found it on accident when we were running errands today. Words can not do justice to what my thoughts were at that moment when I saw the criss-crossed Palm trees and that big olé yellow boomerang arrow thingy. It was pure jubilation! I know In-N-Out is a West Coast burger joint and not everyone likes it(which totally baffles me, by the way), but I love their burgers. I have been to many different locations, in many different cities and states, and they are always fabulous! Here are the reasons I adore In-N-Out: 1. The customer service here is amazing. Everyone is friendly, happy, kind, and actually seem to be happy to be at work. This has been the case every single time I have been to any location, including this location. 2. The burgers are always fabulous. They are juicy, full of flavor, and finger-licking good. The buns are always toasted perfectly. The veggies, if you like them on your burger, are always fresh and crisp. I have never ever been disappointed by a burger from In-N-Out. It is one of my happy places. :) 3. Their fries are always hot and fresh. They are fresh cut and fried up when you order them. You can tell too, because they just have that fresh cut taste. I occasionally mix it up and go for a secret menu item, the infamous Animal Style fries. These lovelies are fries smothered in cheese, sautéed onions, and their secret sauce like what’s on the burgers, which is similar to thousand island dressing. I love them personally, but I know they aren’t for everyone. 4. The milk shakes are super duper. The shakes are thick and oh so cold. They are always tasty. If you are feeling crazy, you can go for a secret menu item, the Neopolitian Shake. Yep, that’s a shake with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry in the same cup. Oh yesssssss! Yes, I really do love In-N-Out. I am so happy that I found one here in my new home. I love all of my new food joints that are special to the Austin area, but I am thrilled to have a touch of home here too. If you haven’t tried In-N-Out yet, give it a shot!
