For a mall food court it was a pretty decent place. Everything you order at the counter and you wait or it around the corner(on the theater side). And you can watch the food being prepared. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was good. Combo includes fries and a drink. Ask for light ice in the drink so you get more. They also have burgers and hot dogs and they looked pretty good.

Tony the manager is excellent at everything he does. You guys MUSTTRYTHEIRPHILLYCHEESESTEAK! I can’t explain how good it is. If you don’t believe me you can go and wait for me everyday. Cause I am there about once a day if that shows you how much I like it :)

I stopped into Philly’s during the Christmas rush for an order of onion rings. It seems only in Austin can there be such a big crowd with so few people. Philly’s was drawing a good crowd, though. The onion rings were delicious. However, during an attempt to convince an apparently weary parent to let me get out of the way, I failed to see any ketchup packets. Maybe Philly’s should put some out, since I got only partway through the crowd looking for a packet before I gave up.

I love burgers so it’s hard for me to give a bad review. Phil’s makes an ok burger not great, but not bad. Definitely not a destination eatery just convenient.

It is pretty good. I typically don’t eat here when i go to the mall, but when I feel like I want to have a heart attack and die i get my food from here.

Mall food is right. When’s the last time you had great mall food? This place is no different. Cheap ingredients, small portions, people serving you that obviously hate their job. They’re supposed to be known for their Philly Cheese Steaks? They should call this place Philly Cheap Steak, good luck finding the meat in your small tasteless sandwich.

It’s mall food. We had a coupon(BOGO) from the Austin Entertainment Book… you would think that for a place that was named for a Philly cheese steak(I ordered the Phil’s original cheese steak sandwich) that would be their best tasting item. It was not. The gyro was better. It was decent considering it was mall food court food…

RUDECUSTOMERSERVICE. I went there today and the cashier was too quiet so I kindly asked him to speak up a little bit so I can hear him. When he read my order all I heard was«5 dollars… etc) I asked him politely to speak up and he wouldn’t speak up. I asked why there isn’t a price on the screen and he said that it was broken. Which was fine. But He continually refused to speak up and afterwards, I said«fine just swipe the card and I’ll read the receipt when you are finished. He then gave me a dirty look after he swiped my card. ALL I asked was exactly how much it was because I didn’t want my bank to overdraft by a few cents and I asked NICELY. I talked to the manager and he was not helpful at all. He claimed that the cashier did not speak English. That’s fine but that does not justify him being rude ! Seriously if he understood enough English to tell me about how much it was then all he had to do was SPEAKUP A LITTLEBIT. Horrible customer service, management was not helpful. I went to eat somewhere else instead. Don’t go there.

Confusing to order, coupons are handled weirdly, white flour wraps only, and blah food. Good staff though and food is freshly prepared in front of you.

Mall food is mall food right? it is OK as far as that goes, I ordered the Gyro«meal» with a Dr. P and fries. bill was $ 8.75 it was pretty cool as I got to watch them actually cook the meat in front of me(made by real Spanish speakers who know about Greek food…) I’ll let that sink in for a moment. At any rate, it was passable, but the gyro sauce was bunched up at the ends. so the entire middle of the sandwich was not exactly a Gyro. Fries were pretty good, and it is pretty hard to mess up a Dr. P. If you are into Gyros though a better one(still at the mall) is the Spud Factory, or whatever the potato place is called.
