Not a fan of Sonic’s food, however I love their Oceanwater. It has the perfect refreshing balance of blue Gatorade and Sprite, not to mention the pellet ice makes the whole drink ice cold. Oceanwater is truly the perfect hangover cure.

Came here for the foot long coney and tater tots for 3.99 deal… they asked what kind of coney I wanted, I said chili cheese, they brought out a plain one. The wait took a long time too… needless to say, not coming back.

Went to this location last night. An hour after eating I began to feel sick, I continued to throw up and other not so great stuff all night. I believe I got food poisoning from this place. Don’t eat here.

If it didn’t require a star to post this I wouldn’t have even given it a one. I will spare a repeat of what other patrons have already said. Very long waits when not busy, consistently incorrect orders, unfriendly and unsanitary staff and by far the rudest female manager(Avery) that I’ve ever had to deal with. Refusal of a refund when they mess up the order not once but twice on same visit. I only set up this account to complain against this establishment. Not our first visit over the years but definitely will be our last. This has been going on for years. Why are these issues not fixed? Baghdad location by CVS just to clarify.

This is THESLOWEST Sonic in Sonic history. They take forever to take your order and then even longer to deliver your food. I always ask why it takes so long and I always get the same sort of answer, «We are short staffed/something’s broke/etc.». Hire more people &/or fix your equipment! Read your reviews, management, everyone complains how slow y’all are. I won’t be going back. I’m done waiting on you, Sonic. If you don’t care about your customers time, then why should we care about giving you our business?

This location is the poster child for bad«Fast Food service». We watched two female employee’s cook and handled food after playing with each other’s hair and touching their faces. Never once washed their hands. Watched one employee talk on his cell phone and attempt to make drinks. The«Manager» had piercings hanging out of her face. And we had the pleasure of dealing with their attitudes after waiting for 25 minutes for a 12 piece wing set and two sodas. Don’t dare ask if its going to be much longer for your order, your on their time. This franchise owner should be embarrassed of this neighborhood operation.

I don’t knew what is wrong with this place. Thankfully, this is the last time I will ever come here so I can stop contemplating. More times than not, the drive-thru is broken, and even if you do survive the epic waits from their car-hop service, the food is usually cold or thrown together in a «I don’t give a damn» sort of way. This is the closest place to my house so I tried to be optimistic to pick up a quick snack for the kids now and then, but the time they waste to take and complete your order is ridiculous. Please pretend to care about your customers someday.

This is THE worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Always at least a twenty minute(or more) wait no matter what time of day you’re there, and that’s for drinks only! Waiting thirty-two minutes for a blast and slush with only four other vehicles in the parking lot that were there before us was my last straw with this location. I’ll take the extra ten minutes to drive to Whitestone & Parmer.

I’ve been in this line for 27 minutes and still no food. Tried a kiosk first to no response, went to the drive through and finally placed an order after 19 minutes and now 28 minutes later I am still two cars from the window. Chances are the order will be wrong as well! Typical issue at this location.

Well this will run counter to the rest of the reviews, but it is only for the drive thru and the chocolate snake. We were the only car in line, so service was fast and the milk shake with the whipped cream and cherry on top were the best I ever had. Now I will put in a qualifier, I just got out of the hospital having a tube down my nose and throat for 3 days. The cold ice cream coating the back of my throat was one of the greatest feelings a 68 year old man can have. Have to try it again whenl I am a well boy.

This truly has to be a poorly managed place, because this is the worst Sonic Ive ever been to. and lord knows Ive been to plenty of Sonics. The drive through line is NOT speedy or efficient. The drinks all came out with spills, which I absolutely hate! My drink was actually pretty bad. I ordered a LemonBerry slush w extra strawberry, and it came out as extra lemon! Tart as hell. So I sent it back, and it was then so loaded strawberries that it was literally undrinkable. It was so gross, I threw away almost all of my large drink. The service is to be desired. Appearence in a food establishment is important, and these car hops were just dingy looking, had dirty nails and just were stood out. Would I go back. No. Simply put. Its not worth the wait, the frustration or the irritation when there are plenty near.

This place serves the cutest little pigeon strips, umm, chicken strips! I ordered an adult meal and a kids meal so I could take it for a treat for my daughter at school today. The order came, I paid $ 9.50 for the medium combo & kids combo, then went to the school. Upon opening the food, I found these strips that look like they couldn’t have come from anything bigger than a banty chicken! Each bite was good. At a cost of $ 1.00 per bite, they should be! Good food, unbelievably small portions, and service so slow they apologized by the time they came onto the speaker to take the order, will bring me back to this Sonic again in 2016, or later!(By the way, it was 11:00 a.m., and there were only 3 cars there, so I’m pretty sure they weren’t swamped.) Oh! I nearly forgot! In the kids meal, they included a coupon to the Austin House of Torment! Nice touch Sonic, nice touch…

Absolutely terrible. Always slow. Food cold. I have trouble putting in an order of 2 drinks without having to repeat myself. I can have a 10 year old remember 2 drink orders. I would strongly suggest going to the one off of 183. It’s a lot better.

I went to this Sonic location off of Bagdad when it first opened and the service was so bad I stopped going for at least a year. I decided to give it a try again and after a few visits remembered why I stopped going to this one in the first place. It can take several minutes just for them to answer the drive thru and place your order. This place consistently has the longest wait times of any fast food restaurant and they often get part of the order wrong or leave something out. Every time I order cheese sticks with ranch they always leave out the ranch and I have to ask for it again. A few weeks ago I ordered a mayo cheeseburger with fries and the person taking my order correctly repeated that back to me. When I got up to the window the guy asked again if I wanted mayo or mustard. I confirmed mayo and he yelled it across the kitchen. I thought at least they would get it right. I sat there waiting for several minutes and finally got my order. I looked in the bag before I pulled away and they had given me a burger and tots. I told them I had ordered fries and not tots. I had to sit there several more minutes while they made a batch of fries. After a 15 minute process I finally headed home with my order to find they gave me a mustard cheeseburger with half the toppings missing rather than the mayo cheeseburger I ordered and confirmed at the window. This is by far the worst sonic I’ve been to out of all the locations I have been to in any city or state. My suggestions is to go to the Sonic off of 183 near Sonny drive. The service is always quick and friendly and I’ve never had a problem with my order there.

I’m not a fan. I was served coffee with a bunch of coffee on the lid and wasn’t offered a napkin. I asked for a napkin and the wait staff just rolled her eyes. Is she serious? As if I want coffee all over my car. They don’t seem to care if your order is correct. Rather spend me money where they care a bit more about the service they provide…

It’s a good place for a cool drink or cold sweet treat but this location has always had hit or miss service from within the brick walls. The Sonic Hops(is that what they are called?) are always friendly but orders are usually wrong, or seriously delayed. I usually go through the drive through because it seems faster & more consistent than sitting in a space and pushing that red button. Tonight we wanted a sweet fix so we ventured here and decided to push that red button to order… we ordered 2 drinks, a sundae, and an order of fries. We ended up with 2 sundae’s, an order of fries, and 2 drinks(one of them was complete opposite of what was ordered) — but they didn’t charge us for the extra sundae so we left the order as is. For a late night snack under $ 5 why not… just wish they could figure out the whole«pulling the right order together» inside that brick wall.
