Having been a Starbucks barista for four years a lifetime ago and a regular Starbucks patron for the last 15 year I and very happy to call the Starbucks home. The morning staff is friendly and efficient, the drinks are accurate and have a consistent flavor, and even when they are busy the customer service shines through.

Great location! Wonderful baristas that provide a consistent cup of joe! I occasionally get a free coffee in the drive through(if they’ve made an extra one) In walk in, they remember me even though I only go there intermittently. pretty impressive

Hmmm flat white. Love!!! If you love Texas ice tea I highly recommend ice black tea with no water with seven pumps of simple syrup in a venti size, not to sweet, but sweet. Great to get you through the afternoon–

Stopped by the local Starbucks for a coffee and a Danish… but I really visit Starbucks for the experience. Had a coffee thrown at me, a tip plate and a plastic fork for my Danish and no smiles. Cmon baristas. Your job is to make people feel good. That’s why we pay 5 bucks for a coffee.

This location is very bad, besides the fact that is always busy and it takes a while until you receive your order, today they forgot to give me the breakfast sandwich. I had to drive back to get it. When I told them they forgot to give me my sandwich I did not receive any apology. The lady that was taking the order just looked at me and said:” oh, I see. one moment.” I got the little bag and run since I was already late. When I got to work I discovered that she gave me the wrong sandwich. I am so upset and disappointed.

Great service, always professional, but a little slow especially at the drive thru. One of two reasons for 3 stars and not 4 or 5 tje other is the shopping center traffic flow. It takes forever to exit drive through.

Pretty typical Starbucks. But always seems a bit under staffed and chaos is the background noise of this place. The drive through is great but again the people there seem to always be new so they aren’t very efficient. Like I said pretty average Starbucks.

Painfully slow… The employees are all sweet and trying but you can tell they are overwhelmed and under trained… this location is a nightmare do not go !

This is the slowest Starbucks – no, sorry – the slowest ANYTHINGEVER drive through I have experienced. Can someone please come train this staff on how to multi-task? They are all super sweet, but after the last three months since I moved to this area my thought is that there is no supervision here and they are all sharing one brain.

Yesterday, my fiancé and I pulled up to the drive-thru as I was craving a drink. There were a few cars ahead of me in line, so they were a tad busy. I am used to Starbucks always being a bit slow in service to begin with, but this was the worst. I finally pull up to the ordering speaker and I just sit there and no one says anything. I even said«hello?» and sat there for another minute or two and still nothing… with people pulling up behind me and the cars moving up in front, I decided to pull up and order something at the window. We finally get to the window and we sit there and no one comes. We sat there for about 3 – 5 minutes and could see people inside, and no one even acknowledged us. I drove away unsatisfied and annoyed. I will not be returning to this location.

Employees are usually nice at this location. Just don’t come in 20 minutes before close. They will quickly turn all the chairs over to make sure you won’t sit anywhere other than outside.

I WANT to give this Starbucks five stars, really I do, but they make too many mistakes! This morning is the perfect example. I went to get coffee specifically because I’m out of milk & I like creamy coffee. I ordered a bold roast, with cream & vanilla. The guy repeated it back to me. I wait to take a sip until I get home(it’s hot!)…black coffee, hint of vanilla. Still no milk at home. Wasted money because I won’t drink it like this.

It’s starubucks. It’s close. Parking is a hassle. The outdoor seating is millimeters away from pleasant people pumping gas. It’s as expected.

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world, and know how it’s supposed to be. This Starbucks upholds all of the standards their company is supposed to live up to. It’s clean, all of the staff is very friendly always, and the coffee is always good. There is outdoor seating, plugs everywhere inside, and comfortable chairs.

Never had a problem here. I’ve used both the drive thru & gone in. Always clean, always kind, always gets my order right. Good location. The line moves quick too. 2 thumbs up/5 star! If you like Starbucks you should love it here at this spot in Cedar Park TX! On a side note: Please keep the chestnut praline on your menu year round!!! It’s so yummy!!!

So disappointed in this Starbucks again. Drink not full and not light ice. For $ 4.28 a cup you would think they would take the time to properly make a drink. When I called and addressed the situation with the«manager»(they did indicate no manager was available but put me with whoever was in charge); he indicated he would give me a free drink. After I indicated that I wasn’t trying to get anything free, I just wanted him to try and train the employees to make the correct order, he really didn’t know what to do. I’ll just go somewhere else with my $ 4.

A review for Starbucks? Its starbucks… I think most people know how the story goes. I was desperate. I was in a hurry to get to the park and I was in an area I wasn’t «too’ familiar with and this is all I could find. Staff was friendly, they typically are. The service was super speedy. the coffee was… Ok. its Starbucks. Im not really a fan. I don’t care for anything the company stands for or promotes. There. And I have since scouted the area and found a place to go when when Im over there and I need a caffeine fix.
