Today I came in and was elated that this store was creating the Starbucks experience. There were two registers to accommodate a moderate line and two bar persons and a barista floating to ensure all partners were supported and that customers were receiving their orders. Everyone working we’re exhibiting professionalism and were courteous. So this is a shout out to y’all. Thank you for the remarkable experience and for the superb beverage.

Very disappointed. This store is always very busy and it takes long time until you are served, but this morning They forgot to give me the breakfast sandwich. when I can back they did not even apologized. The comment was :” Oh I see.” I didn’t have the time to check it as I was already late(having to drive back) and when I got at work I discovered it was the wrong sandwich. Starbucks customer service is going down.

This Starbucks is just plan rude!!! Save your $ and visit another location… please!!! The older gentleman there at the register is a douche bag! I wished I would’ve just asked for me money back and left… but ordered and stayed! I believe he considers himself funny but his sense of humor is way tasteless and he should reframe from talking all together! Big ol jack azz!

Ehhh it’s a Starbucks, this place does an ok job but nothing crazy. They get the orders right like 75% of the time and they are friendly enough. Just kind of is missing something.

Starbucks is always a guilty pleasure. I’m not proud to say that I have an addiction and spend almost $ 50 a week there. I come to this location most of the time and they know my drink before I even order. It’s always done right and there is a good reason I keep coming back here. I love Starbucks Coffee!

I very rarely stop by a Starbucks, but I had a gift card so I dropped in this morning for a tea and breakfast. I was very impressed overall. There is no drive thru, which I was a little concerned about at first, but I got in about 9am and there was no wait. All of the employees were very friendly and even offered to give me a drink carrier and a bag without me asking! You never see that anymore, you always have to be the one to ask. I got the ham, egg, and Swiss croissant along with a shaken iced tea and it was all delicious! The sandwich was warmed up perfectly and tasted like it had just been made. It’s a little inconvenient that there isn’t a drive thru at this location, but the friendly staff, clean restaurant, and short wait time is worth it and I will definitely be back.

Nice location , great patio. Been going to this location for the past 6 years but stopped going there 6 mos ago After Forgetting our drinks they were even more rude to us. When mentioned that they usually say sorry with a free drink she screamed again«well you don’t tell us, we pick who should get it « My sister visiting from Boston could not believe this She was speechless, Well would never ever go there And we used to get 3 drinks daily over there Maybe should say thank you«rude lady«at this Starbucks, You have been saving me lots of money since I quit coming there

Love this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly. But I swear they put an extra shot of expresso in everything! I usually get the caramel frappé because it taste more like a shake that coffee and I’m sensitive to caffeine and its a weaker drink. But everytime I get one from here it’s so strong and I feel wired all day. So if your sensitive to caffeine beware! Otherwise, it’s wonderful!

I have been to this Starbucks quite a few times. One thing I have to say is they have always delivered me great service. They are very friendly and helpful here. It is in a good location in the HEB center. Their coffee is consistent and fresh here. They have outdoor seating which is great. This location is smaller than most, but the lines move quickly here when there is a crowd. I will keep coming back to this location…

Today I check 4 stars because 3 months ago it would have been 2. New staff new attitude I’m loving it. Also it’s been remodeled and it’s looking upbeat! I guess I’ll be killing time here while soccer practice is gojng on(I do go to all the games)… Back to reviewing, it’s so clean too, nothing but good things about this Starbucks for now. Keep tuned in for any updates :)

They have mixed up my orders a few times. They earned the three stars by always being friendly. Watch your receipt here, I have also been charged for things I did not buy.

What can I say. It’s Starbucks. Cedar Park, or Howard Hughes Center. Doesn’t matter. All the coffee is burnt n passable. The music is bland, inoffensive cover bands that would otherwise headline an elevator. The only reason I’m here is that there is no other coffee option. Hell, the Walmart cross the street has a Starbucks in it. /ht Lewis Black

I was there a couple days ago for an office coffee run. The lady that took my order was not very friendly. She was distracted and seemed annoyed with the order. Obviously since it was multiple orders I needed a carrier, Right?! Well, when I told the lady fixing the coffee that I needed a carrier she also seemed annoyed. She was also distracted talking to another employee. Last but not least, the thing that annoyed me the most was that she proceeded to place the drink carrier next to the five drinks i had ordered. Seriously! Where was the excellence in Customer Service? I had to put all my drinks in the carrier. It’s a big deal because the reason I along with others go to Starbucks is because of the whole«Starbucks experience» I gave it 2 stars simply because the coffee was good. This time Starbucks fell short on customer service!

I’m not a big fan of the Starbucks corporation. I find their coffee to be bitter and the specialty drinks are over priced. The experience of a coffee house should be relaxing and enjoyable. Not here, or at any Starbucks. I prefer independent, local coffee establishments. But if you need some caffeine and don’t care what the cup of Java taste like, than you will be happy.

Starbucks is the McDonalds of coffee. Though I do find Starbucks coffee to be more like coffee than McDonalds produces actual food. When people love establishments that could offend no one, I become suspect. Saying a Starbucks is close, clean, affordable and serves good coffee is like saying that prostitutes… well, you get my drift. I went in with my family and had a hot chocolate and an apple fritter. Both were good and I had no complaints. I never choose to stop into a Starbucks on my own except to get coffee grounds to use in my compost pile. That is an act I actually respect the chain for by the way. The coffee at Starbucks is ok. I’ll never look down on you for going to their establishment but I consistently wonder what it is Americans want out of their food, dining and beverage experience. Typically that seems to be cheap, quick and soul crushingly void of any thought what so ever. The last time I enjoyed a Starbucks was when I lived in the whitest place on planet earth, York, Pa. The Starbucks seemed like Haiti compared to the white as the driven snow population living on macaroni and cheese and fasnachts. Coffee, it’s a beverage that runs, fuels and keeps corporate America going. I hope the farmers producing the beans are obtaining a decent livelihood for their families.

I love my local Starbucks! Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars… no drive thru…:(But I always get in and out quick. the Barista’s are fast and knowledgeable… and ooh… the outside area is pretty darn awesome! Lots of benches to relax under pergolas… very peaceful.

Looks and tastes like a Starbucks, without the crowd. Every time I come, the baristas are very friendly and the place is not empty, but not bulging at the seams. There is never more than one person in front of you. I especially like the mini-donuts and scones. The patio furniture underneath the wood awning is a great escape when the weather cools down. A great place for an afternoon pick-me-up.
