This Starbucks is has good customer service and they always do a great job with my order. No problem with that at all. The problem with this location is that it is constantly mobbed to the point that you cAnt even get in the parking lot sometimes. the design of the parking lot/​drive thru is a nightmare. During peak times you will wait 20+mins in that drive thru line and there is no way out once you are in so you can’t change your mind. the line is literally right through a part of the parking area so people trying to get in and out of those spots are out of luck. The line backs up onto the street most weekday mornings. I only visit this location at off peak times.

The SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive thru line isn’t long because of demand, it’s long because of inefficiency. I waited at the window for 10 minutes (after waiting in line for 25) just to get a pre-​made cold brew. I typically don’t post negative reviews but this happens every time I stop by. At least the baristas are always very nice and the interior is well kept with a newer design. Definitely a great spot for when you have time to sip your coffee inside.

Really really really slooooow drive through regardless of what time of day it is…
Drinks quality are hit or miss. If there’s a young guy at the drive through counter, just forget it and run… No clue whatsoever.
I try using mobile order. When I come inside to pick up my drink, it’s always at the drive through counter… not sure why? I always need to waive everyone and tell them to give me my drink… I don’t get acknowledged in line unless I say something… argh…really?
Anderson Mill location is awesome!!! People are great and fun and they have more traffic to handle than this location and somehow they always deliver…
These guys have a lot to learn…

This Starbucks is great! It’s always busy, but that’s because they’re friendly, quick, and always get your drink right!
I come in at least 3 times a week with 4 or more coffees to order at once. They always get it right even when I change it up on them. I believe the Manager’s name is Val, and she’s pretty awesome! She’s just as friendly as her staff.
They also remind me to use my rewards, which I forget all the time. I’ll load up my gift card first and then get the rewards points on there, and end up getting a free coffee every now and again :)
Sure, I would love the drive through to go quicker, but I don’t blame them for it. After all, it’s a good thing that so many people always want to go to this Starbucks! It’s because it’s AMAZING!

This starbucks has to have the slowest drive thru in all of Austin, Cedar Park and Leander. DO NOT use this drive thru if you have anywhere to be.
I originally wrote this before reading any other reviews. I see now that I’m not the only one that feels this way. Hopefully they will see these complaints and try to do something about it.

Recently it’s been taking 20+ minutes to get anything from the drive through. I understand that they’re busy, but do they have any clue how many people they’re alienating. I can’t even risk getting in the drive through anymore because I don’t want to be late to work.
And… The kicker is that if you park to walk inside… It’s even worse.
