It was pretty dead when I went here, which I didn’t mind but my friends weren’t feeling it so we left after one drink. I did like their martini menu, they had a lot of cool looking ones. I got a chocolate one that was really good. And they weren’t that expensive either. I know they also have live comedy but there weren’t any shows when I went. The only other downside is that I had literally no reception down there so you have to go up to make your calls/​use the internet

Should consider anger management for the «insecurity» guy. Or at the very least a customer service seminar. He must have been having a tough night securing the 4 other individuals in the bar that Saturday night because when we informed the bartender he’d made a mistake on our drink order the security guy took the opportunity to jump in and inform my two friends and I to drink them and get the f out. Needless to say, after that the vibe got sour. Unlikely I will return. My advice if you find yourself there… get the f out.

Things were great until the «security» guy came around screaming at our table «get the f– out» 2 seconds after last call, and while I was at the bar paying my tab. We were a table of fairly lucid individuals in our late 30s and early 40s, certainly not causing any problems. I cannot believe that it is acceptable to scream at your customers. We will never be back.

Being a fan of the Piano Lounge, when I heard they would be changing owners I was worried the place would change too, but really, near nothing has changed so far. Maybe over time that will change but as of now the only changes are the name, that they serve pizza now, and there are more TVs in the back area. The specials are still the same on weekdays and they still charge cover on the weekends. A major change however is I have not seen any of the regular bartenders there that I used to. Overall the bar is still great and I still love going there, especially for ½ price wine and martinis on Tuesday and Thursday. I hope to see few changes to the place but only time will tell what the new owner (s) will do.
