Was in town for a wedding back in October and got a flat tire. My husband took the car to Tires Plus and had the best customer service ever. They couldn’t repair the tire but we were planning on replacing all 4 tires anyway. Knowing he was in a hurry they sent someone right out to get the new tires. They had him in and out in record time. Can’t say enough about how friendly and courteous they were. Since then I’ve had an issue with two of the tires and had to take the car to my local Firestone. Needed to call about the road hazard. Craig has been such a pleasure to speak with and has taken care of the issue both times. Told him I only wish I was from Cedar Rapids, would bring all our cars and send all our friends there. So if you are in Cedar Rapids and you’re looking for tires, highly recommend. As for the local Firestone stores here in IL — I wouldn’t recommend either.

Exemplary service! Craig and his staff do the job right the first time. They are knowledgable and trustworthy. I bring all of my cars here for service and the time or two when I’ve needed service done and they could have done the work, but for a higher price, they recommended me to a competitor and provided the contact name and their phone number! They price match as well! Go here after you get your quotes.
