The store is fine, the bed is amazing but once they have your money customer service is non existent. Have a technical problem good luck getting help. Deliveries 3 and 4 weeks late are common, just read the reviews on the site. Was promised a 3 to 5 week delivery now in week 8 and all I get is excuses.

About 10 years ago we bought a mattress from a local store here in Moore Township, PA. It only cost about $ 700, so what the heck. Well, it didn’t turn out so well; achy backs every morning. My wife and came to the conclusion you pay for what you get… On to the Sleep Number bed that cost 10 times that amount; $ 7,200 and change. This is even worse than the cheapo bed we bought. I’ve tried multiple firmness settings, from 100% on down. Nothing works. This is without doubt the worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. I wake up around 2:30am each morning with an achy back and have to go sleep on the couch. Just send it back, you say? Just pay for the shipping. Pretty darn expensive proposition. And what do we do with all the mechanical parts and the headboard/sides board that we purchased. Not to mention that the sales people at the store in the Lehigh Valley Mall reminded me of used car salesmen. All in all a losing situation. I feel like I was robbed at gun point. It’s still under warranty, but we will still lose money in the end, not to mention having to buy a new bed in the meantime. Don’t be taken in by this company!!!

Once upon a time, hubby and I didn’t sleep together. Our mattress was such that since hubby weighed almost 100 lbs more than me, I was constantly rolling in to him. Horrible for the back sleeping on a hill. So I slept in the spare bed for a while. Hubby couldn’t stand it. He ended up building a pallet at the foot of that bed to sleep near me. Awwwww, I KNOW! Ain’t he precious? So, for our 10th anniversary, I bought him, us rather, a Sleep Number mattress. The purchase was easy, delivery prompt, and we haven’t had any troubles with it. He sleeps on his side, me on mine, never the twain to meet cept for brown-chicken-brown-cow(say it out loud fast if you don’t get it). And I can’t tell you how much we love that mattress and how hard it is {snicker} to get out of bed in the mornings. It was 10 years ago that we bought it, and I’m pretty impressed the mattress lasted that long. We’ve been pretty rough on it at times(wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more…). However, hubby’s side is just not keeping air anymore so we thought we’d see about getting another. It’s under warranty so he went to this store the other day and talked to Heidi. He explained the problems we are having(there were a few issues) and immediately she said«Oh, well they’ll ship you a brand new one for free. No problem!» There was no dilly-dallying with Heidi(altho I’m sure he wanted to…). The new one will be in any day now. We just unload it and ship the old one back and viola! hubby and are back in business again, doin what we do best… reading and sleeping in bed. What? Did I mention we’ve been married 20 years? sheesh…
