We’ve been eating here for some time and it’s great. Love the tomato basil soup! My daughter enjoys the margherita flat bread pizza. Kinda like a Panera. Give it a try, you’ll like it!

Excellent food and lots of options for different flavors … Fresh and delicious! The service was very nice and held up. They get a 4 based on being a too pricey. I will absolutely go back as the quality of the good is wonderful

This place was great with really good turkey chili. I especially loved the mozzarella, basil and tomato flatbread melt. I can actually say that the food is really good for a food court option.

Waited 10 minutes in line to order, while their were 3 registers not being used, only one was being utilized as the line to order was almost out the door. Waited another 20 minutes standing off to the side waiting for two salads. Was a to go order they brought it to us on a tray. Waited another five minutes while they packed it up. Got it home, food was good, need more help on the weekends to handle the dinner crush. Go back??? Maybe, but I’ll phone my order in ahead of time.

I have been to several Cosi restaurants, but this one takes the cake. I have eaten here several times, with the same outcome. I work nearby and only get a half hour for my lunch break, and every time I come to this restaurant I only will have about five minutes left of the half hour to eat my food. The service is terrible, and they are in no hurry to get you your food. It’s very frustrating. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is nice and the food is good, but I can’t believe how long it takes to get your food or be waited on.

Usually like this place. This evening ordering was slow. We did not get the size pizza we thought we ordered.(Okay, that may be partially on us.) Our pizza was cold when got it. Really disappointed right now.

This cosi is always fairly clean and the staff is really friendly. In general, cosi is pretty good. Prices are a little on the expensive side for a chain restaurant but what are you gonna do. The other day I on a whim got something that the signature salad that I normally order and I was really surprised. I got the bbq chicken flatbread pizza and I thought it was great. I would definitely order it again. After my success that time I decided to try, yet again, something new. I went for the chicken tbm and I was less than pleased. The vinegarette they put on it was pretty gross. I think they called it a honey mustard vinegarette but it tasted more like horseradish. It was not a good choice. I thought I was ordering the chicken tbm with the sundried tomato paste but I guess that’s a melt and I got the wrong one :(don’t make the same mistake that I did! Otherwise, like I said, this particular cosi is always clean and they get the food prepared really quickly!

Decent Sandwich, nothing special. Location is odd, as it isn’t on the mall side, but parking lot side. Good food, just nothing to write home about.

Went here for breakfast on a Saturday and there was only one other couple in the place. The girl that took our order was very friendly and joked with us. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches. The wait was a long 20 minutes considering the place was empty. One of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. They went back and made the original sandwich we ordered and then comped our meal! We didn’t ask or expect that at all — total customer service! They specialize in the squagel«square bagel». The sandwiches we good, I would recommend the t.b.m on a basil parm squagel. The jalapeño cheddar squagels are great too. Prices comparable to panera bread, maybe better!

The food is pretty decent but this franchise is really dirty and worn. Everything from the bathrooms to the tables, and upholstery. It’s grossed me out too much to eat here again. :/

Disappointed with the service and food on 2nd visit. Cold soup with rock hard flatbread and my melt wasn’t very melted. My wife orders a club sandwich and she got crappy bread with week old lettuce and just crap for service maybe on our third visit it will go better and hopefully they clean the tables by then…

I’m a big fan of Cosi! I love the adobo lime chicken salad. It’s a great size and the dressing is amazing! I love the multi grain bread that comes with it. The pork bowl is also very good! Fast service and good customer service. This is definitely one of my go to spots for a quick meal!

when my friend and I go to the carmike, we usually get food here before the movie. every time ive been here the food was very good. usually not much of a wait, friendly staff, and they can explain anything on the menu. good sizes for the price and a modern atmosphere make it a fun place to go.

15 minutes to order. Cashiers spend more time talking with their high school friends than taking orders. I don’t want to come back here.

Cosi is a guilty-pleasure of mine. It is the only instance where I will allow myself to eat white-bread … because, to me, Cosi bread is just perfectly crave-able. We always get the hummus with pita and cucumbers for an appetizer. The hummus is insanely good. It has a «grainy» texture that is infinitely more appealing than the smooth hummus that one may purchase at Wegmans. Moreover, the precisely salted, wonderfully«tough,» delightfully warm pita provides a divine contrast. And, I cannot recommend the Martguerita pizza highly enough(pay for extra cheese … it is totally worth it). It is simple and completely delicious. The fresh basil, shredded basil is fantastic(I have never seen another place that uses«strips» of basil). The environment is clean, extremely welcoming, and generally quiet(in all the best ways). If you are visiting the Promenade, skip over-hyped places like Melt … go to Cosi, instead.(And, get back to shopping and the salon that much faster!)

I’ve been here a total of three times in as many months. Twice I visited during the evening hours and once yesterday 12/18/2013 at approx. 12:30PM. The evening hours were during the week as was the noon time visit. I’ve had one item all three times because I love it and that’s the Steakhouse Gorgonzola Melt. One word describes this sandwich… DELICIOUS. The sandwich is a flat bread filled with beef medallions, Gorgonzola, caramelized red onions and bleu cheese spread. The taste combination is simply tantalizing. The sandwich size is large enough to not leave you hungry. In the meal combo they offer you a choice of a bag of kettle chips or a small bag of baby carrots and a small drink. Cost is reasonable. The décor is very pleasant with a modern European feel. The only reason why I didn’t rate my visits a five star overall is due the noise level inside the restaurant during busy times. I highly recommend Cosi for a change from the norm, you won’t be disappointed.

Service is usually quite friendly. The personal pizzas are pretty good. Everything is based off of flat bread. With that said, it has that generic taste and feel you get with some chains. Recommend: Personal pizza and chocolate chip cookies(especially if you can sneak the cookies into the theatre next door)

This weekend we went to the promenade so I could get some running shoes. While we were there, we decided to have lunch. This is where we ended up. I got the signature salad with reduced fat dressing and an iced coffee. The salad we good, but a tad overdressed. It came with bread that was pretty yum(I got whole grain) but I did not see butter and I’m a big butter on my bread gal! The coffee was pretty good too, but we were wishing they had liquid sugar. My bf got a rice bowl thing and he liked it. It came with bread(got white) and mine was much better. I loved the menu on the wall, the bringing of food to the table, and the healthier option choices. I didn’t love the unfriendliness of the cashier.

I really like restaurants that make it easy to make healthy choices… but also have something tasty on the days when you want to be naughty. It’s not inexpensive, but the ingredients are solid and the service was snappy. Try the TMB melt on whole wheat flatbread — healthy crunchy melty deliciousness!
