Very fresh sushi. Everything we ordered was delicious. However, the tea was Luke warm. The soup was not the best. We would definately come back for sushi.

Did the All you can eat and went about 40 pieces deep tried a little bit of everything. The EEL special rolls were definitely hitting for me and the salmon was solid. Got both sushi and sashimi. *special rolls are where it’s at Great price and good service Clean dining area(not so clean bathrooms) *overall fish quality B+ *Have a couple pre game drinks before and get your money’s worth. Definitely will come by again when in the area.

Everything is small portions which is great! You get to almost try everything on the menu you’re not too stuffed and the red bean ice cream for dessert is delishhh.

All-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi is well worth the $ 22. Fresh fish and good presentation.

Worst service EVER. My family and I went to sushi palace because they said the prices are unbeatable. It was going all well and good until the 60 year old owner sat himself down at our table and began hitting on me in front of my mother as he ordered delicacies off the menu and tons of soki. He told us to «just try it», and it would be rude of us to decline, so in good faith we tried some. Then the bill came and everything he had ordered was put on our tab and racked the price high. My mother had to ask him to at least put the soki on his tab. Atrocious service. I will never go back again!

AYCE Sushi in Long Island? Sounds tempting, riveting… かな? When you reunite with your API friends from California near Stony Brook, it is expected that you go in for the All You Can Eat Sushi deals. Since this is an island we are on, the fish should be fresher and tastier yea? That was certainly the case with Sushi Palace! We rolled in for lunch right when it opened on a weekend, and the restaurant was already filled with people. The staff sat us down near the windows which made for great lighting during our meal. Here’s how it works: simply fill out the paper menu provided with how many pieces of sushi, bowls of appetizers, etc. you want. The highlights: — Sashimi is available! Say No to rice, and go for the fish. However, we would order 20 pieces of salmon each time, and received maybe 12 slices. They are also smaller than what you will find on the nigiri they serve, so don’t feel bad about ordering more. #TeamFatty — Fish quality was pretty good! Salmon and white fish were my definite faves. The mehs: — I was not crazy about the actual rolls themselves. I found them unimaginative. Your money is better spent on eating nigiri or sashimi — Shrimp tempura was awful. They tasted as frozen as they were being kept. Definitely pass on the appetizers and go straight for the fish — Calamari was okay at best, but the sweet n’ sour sauce they provided didn’t seem to go well together As long as you aim to eat the sashimi and nigiri, you’ll be fine, and get your money’s worth! I wish we had time to try the desserts like the green tea ice cream. If we get a chance to come back, that will be on our list! Free parking is available in a private lot– plenty of space!

Came here with a friend to give this place a second chance. Unfortunately my experience was worst than my first. There were two hair in my sushi rolls and a cockroach in another. I showed it the waitress who said just pull out the hair and eat your food. This is unacceptable and I’ll be contacting the health department. I will never go back here

Very affordable and good ayce sushi place near Stony Brook! I really like how they have sashimi without rice as options here. The fish was also very fresh tasting especially the salmon. Do yourself a favor and skip the tempura shrimp and the sides — they aren’t very good and taste frozen. The rolls and the sashimi are the good stuff here. When we wanted 20, they always seem to give us less than what we asked for — so take that as you will

I went here with two of my friends and the fish was not fresh at all. They also added mandatory gratuity 15% on a week day, and me and my friends decided to ask why and they told us pretty much because we looked young, and college students come in all the time and don’t tip them. When we complained, the manager didn’t care and did nothing about it to meet our needs. We told her we wouldn’t come back and she did not care, and ignored us. Defiantly not going back. I’m a waitress and all and I absolutely know the importance of tipping, but it is not right to discriminate against me because I look young and young kids are known«to not tip.»

Welcome to «MUSHI» Palace! I highly do not recommend this all you can eat sushi restaurant. For the price, you get absolutely terrible quality in all aspects of the restaurant. I entered the crowded joint, waiting for the restaurant owner(short haired asian lady) and employee to respectfully acknowledge me. She seemed somewhat busy; after waiting for about five minutes, I asked myself if they could take my name down to wait for a table. One of the employees called my name, and the rude restaurant owner escorted me to the table without saying a word. After viewing one of the Unilocal pictures posted, I decided to stay away from any sort of dish from the kitchen. Roaches do not seem appetizing. On to the«mushi». Terrible quality. The sushi completely falls apart as you pick any of it up. The taste is terrible as if the rice had been sitting on a plate for over 3 – 4 hours. I only ordered one plate of sushi, simply because it was disgusting. Prices are absolutely outrageous when you factor in gratuity that is non-disclosed. So be prepared! Avoid this place at all cost, and spend your money at a much more deserving sushi place!

We have gone several times for the All You Can Eat Sushi. The price is good and the sushi is okay. Not great, just okay. We went on Valentine’s Day and the place was packed. Even so, the service was good. The All You Can Eat menu seems to have gotten shorter. The sushi was very sub-par and disappointing. The fish was not as tasteful as other visits and the rolls had more rice. We will give Sushi Palace one more try to see if the sushi is better. If not, we will not be back.

AYCE(all you can eat) Japanese is a great concept but that’s where it ends. The food is subpar at most. Sushi is not sushi grade(I had better fish from a supermarket). The chicken teriyaki and tempura were oily and bland. The service resembled that of McDonalds on a good day: average and lacks commitment. After all, we are paying $ 21.95 per person.

Sushi AYCE for $ 21 in LI! The sushi and sashimi are good but disappointed due to lack of tuna sashimi. They do have tuna sushi but some sushi seem to packed with more rice than others. However the shrimp tempura were too doughy… not airy but overall good experience for our first time.

$ 21 for all you can eat sushi?! Count me in! This place is every sushi lover’s dream! Yeahhh the staff isn’t the friendliest BUT I can’t lie — I kinda like that they leave you alone(besides swapping out your food) just because I HATE talking to my waitress/waiter with a mouth full of food and because it’s «all you can eat» my mouth is pretty much full the entire time haha :) If you aren’t a fan of sushi, they do have a FEW other options but this is included in the $ 21 so if you don’t like sushi, save your money for another place to eat! Enjoy!

My sister in law has been raving about this place forever and now I see why. It is all you can eat sushi and sashimi which you choose from a menu. I tried the salmon teriyaki as well as the shrimp shumai and pork gyoza from their kitchen menu. All of it was quite delish to my delight. Overall a great deal and a fun night. Will we be back… indeed!

Fresh sashimi especially the Salmon! I liked their Octopus Su, Red clams, and special rolls. The other sushi is great as well because they dont put a lot of rice in there which give a more balanced taste. Great appetizers! For the most part, they give you what you ask for and even had fried soft shell crab today!!! Sometimes, they forget an item or two, but its not a problem as you can order with another paper. Tea is free. Soda is $ 1.50 each and Ramune Japanese soda is $ 2.99. Get water or tea! Thats how they get you(aside from the mandatory 14% tip)! Great prices around ~$ 22 for dinner not including tax and tip. Lowest prices Ive seen in Queens/Long Island. It’s far from Queens, but I would be willing to come for dinner. Service is nice and fast once you get them to come by. Downside is tip is 14% already included. They dont give you the option to choose. I came in a group of four and total came out to be $ 121… about $ 30 per person… But we also racked in $ 10 worth of drinks… Another downside is the desert options. Only various ice cream are available. Nothing else. But their ice cream is firm and tasty. Would come again!

I mean, $ 21 for ALLYOUCANEATSUSHI!!! This place is literally heaven. I will say, the waiters are not too friendly, they barely speak to you, but honestly, I come here to eat all the sushi I can lol. So as soon as you arrive, they give you the menu with a pencil, you get to choose from appetizer to sushi, dessert, you name it. The waiter takes the menu back, then you get your wonderful dish. I recommend the kani salad, its really good. They have a large variety of sushi and sashimi. For the non sushi lovers, they do offer friend rice, chicken teriyaki and a lot other things, and yes it is included in the $ 21. You can honestly stay there all day and eat haha. the quality of the sushi is really good, everything is fresh. The green tea ice cream is absolutely delicious, also included in the $ 21. Im telling you, this place is heaven!!!

Loved my first time here! This is a really cool sushi buffet with a great selection to choose from. How it works: you sit down and get two pieces of paper with items you check off that you want. One paper has all appetizers and the second is filled with all the different types of sushi. You check off next to the items how many you want of each item. You stay seated and the servers will bring whatever you order to you! Cool! The one star that I docked was for the following. — They didn’t explain to us how it worked. My sister has been there before so she showed it but they didn’t speak to us at all. — The paper that they give to you is for the entire table so you have to see what everyone wants by looking at the one paper and adding everything up. — All the sushi comes on one plate for everyone to share. This may be okay with some people but I like my food to be… mine! — The sushi was really good but it wasn’t great. The environment was very enjoyable though and the price is just unbeatable! Everything you order from the appetizers to the sushi to the dessert is all included and I love the fact that they bring it to you. For dessert they offer ice cream, I ordered red bean on a whim and it was AMAZING!!! I would happily recommend this place :)

Good place for sushi lovers, I wouldn’t bring someone here if they don’t eat sushi. Not many choices of regular food, and what they do have is nothing special. LOCATION: next to mcdonalds on route 25. Near Smith Haven Mall. DECOR: inside is nothing special. Very simple and casual. Kind of a small place. FOOD: it was $ 21 a person for all you can eat. Wish it was more of a buffet style place, the ordering system is kind of odd. You choose what you want off a piece of paper and you share with your group. We ordered a bunch of different menu item such as terriyake chicken, multiple sushi rolls, seaweed salad, soup, etc. The only thing I didn’t care for was the portion sizes of the regular, non sushi food. Very small, if your sharing something with two other people, you should really order a quantity of 4 for the item(at least). Sushi was good though, good size rolls and tasted fresh. SERVICE: pretty quick service. Waiter was friendly.
