Chick-​fil-​A workers sometimes scare me because they are always smiling and happy, everyday of the week but Sunday since they close. I’m sad because they never open on Sunday and I always crave their delicious chick-​fil-​A sauce on Sunday :(. Other than that, food is good and service is great. HOWEVER … They always forget my sauce when going through drive thru …

First time coming to this place! And i am a fan. I love the burger and fries. Really fresh and delicious the milkshake was the bomb will be back soon

Got a deal, free sandwich for downloading the app, it was very good with some BBQ sauce.

Service is super fast. Parking is spacious but the lot is a bit tight to go in and out since it’s narrow. I missed the entrance and had to loop all the away around since there was only one entrance. This location leaves most of the sauces outside so you can freely grab, the only sauce you’d have to ask for is the Chik-​Fil-​A sauce itself. The grilled chicken sandwich is a healthy option but the spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite!

The drive thru is horrendous. The line gets soooooooo long there needs to be someone out there directing traffic. People are holding up other parking lot traffic that is trying to get through to other parts of the mall lot. Every time i try to get to Bank of America it is a nightmare! Have to honk at stupid people creating a traffic jam because they want to get into the chick fil a drive thru line. They need to get rid of this place. Its not even good. What are you people waiting in line for??? This ain’t In n out burger! GEEZUS!

First off, the service is EXCELLENT here. The staff was so attentive — best I’ve ever seen.
I ordered my food and within two minutes, it was delivered to me once seated. I’m also loving the sauces, especially the house sauce. I’m in shock that the sauces are laid out for grabs versus charging you for extra. Definitely will come back to this location!

I went ahead and ordered a few musicians today 4 of the Chicken Deluxe Sandwich with Waffle Potato Fries large an 1 large sweet-​tea, 3 cokes, 1 sprite and 1 of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and 1 Nuggets with combo and 2 Hearty Breast of Chicken Soup
But this is what I got

I agree I was pretty disappointed upset and hungry…
I called back and I spoke to the assistant manager which I Kinda was trying to explain what happened but I was really upset that I couldn’t make any sense.
But I’m so happy that she handled it well my whole food was replaced my food was in cold and I got exactly what I paid for

I gave this place an stellar review in 2012. Since then, I have had some questionable experiences but a visit on a busy saturday really upset me.
I placed a decent sized take out order and when I got home, I found a salad missing. I called to let them know. I had to explain what happened to 4 different people. They kept handing the phone off to someone else. The last one told me that the person bagging my food stated that she gave me the salads and that was it. I was very upset. They failed to give me my salad and it is tough sh*t for the customer.
Chick fil a. .. you saw the size of my order. Does it make sense for me to call you and go through this cr*p to cheat you for a missing salad? Don’t treat your customers this way.

I’m giving 1 start today just because I order 12 pcs chicken nuggets and when I got home it was only 8 so came back and they told me I only paid for 8 so I ordered 4 more because the first person couldn’t take the correct order, the manager didn’t apologized she probably was thinking I just wanted a free food but that wasn’t the case with me, I can afford to pay for my food.

I went in to Chick-​fil-​A after work to have something corrected off my receipt. Everyone was friendly, and a special thanks to Maraina for taking the time to help me out.

Great location looks like there is lots of parking but the mall is right next to it. The staff is friendly and courteous. Drive thru is pretty quick in the mornings for breakfast. Drve thru also has an exit incase you change your mind while going thru drive thru. Clean location. Breakfast always is good and delivious and that sweet tea refreshing :)

This place is weak drive-​thru people are sarcastic and lazy would not accept the fowl shot free chicken sandwich offer from the Clippers what a joke.

The food is OK but the serve is unthinkable. The window staff always have comments about people who are not the correct size. According to those drive thru Windows girls I should have been eating a salad a long time ago. They can keep their comments to them because It’s not their business whether I should have started eating eat salads before me going through chick fil drive through.

Just whatever. Fries are stale, no ketchup and mustard as I asked for. And my salad might be good but they didn’t give me a fork to eat it with. Never again chick fil a, I refuse to give this location my money again.

I am pretty sure that almost everyone would agree that this place rocks. They rock because of the two things you look for when seeking out a restaurant, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY FOOD. Oh, and btw, I lied, it’s not a restaurant, its fast food with a restaurant style environment. The prices are extreemly fair considering the ambiance of this place. For sure you are already aware of this type of experience provided by Chick-​Fil-​A.
So today, I am here to tell you about a special promotion for VALENTINES DAY! They have a 10 pack of kids cones for $ 5 bucks! Very reasonable, what a deal! I bought 4 packs for my 6 year old sons class. That means, if you follow I essentially bought 40 kids ice dreams for $ 20 bucks! I know the kids in my sons class will be very happy to receive that special coupon and my son is really excited to pass them out since he is a big fan of the special ice cream at Chick-​Fil-​A!

I’ve always heard my friends rant about how good Chick-​fil-​A is and I finally got the chance to see for myself. I got the chicken nuggets with their special sauce and I have no idea what the hype is about it. There’s nothing special to it at all and it was way to salty. The sauce was not bad but the saltiness of the nuggets is just too much. Definitely not coming back again. One extra star for good customer service.

Pretty glad they turned the Krispy Kreme into a Chick-​fil-​A years ago

hope they don’t screw it up this year! need them refrigerated because I’m bringing em out to vegas since they have yet to expand that way yet… did it last year and had to wait about 45 minutes to pick up an order I prepaid and placed 2 days earlier, didn’t quite understand the concept of «bringing» to vegas and needing them cold
on a side note, they have opened up locations in the bay area, so that’s a plus
in any case I will give them 4 stars, leaning towards 3 ½ because of screw up last year, we will see how this year goes

This review is mainly for the yogurt parfait.
Don’t get me wrong I love Chick-​fil-​A. Service is usually great and they’re generous with their condiments.
Spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite — spicy and crisp
Lemonade — sugary goodness
Ice cream — probably my favorite fast food ice cream choice
Ok now the yogurt parfait… First time it came out I thought it was a bit pricey but it wasn’t too bad because the yogurt tasted great and the quantity was decent (6−7oz) plus you can get either cookie (Oreo) or granola topping. Now they change the yogurt to some tasteless Greek yogurt and the cup size has gotten smaller (3−4oz or at least seems like it). All this for a very pricey $ 2.65. It doesn’t make sense that they would skimp on the yogurt when everything else is good. Why Chick-​fil-​A why? Two stars because this one item kinda ruined the meal. I hate it when companies give you a decent product and then crapify it while keeping the price the same. Skip the parfait.

This place sets the bar for good and fast food! Wish I would have discovered this place years ago. Huge plus right off the bat, at least with this location is that the parking is never bad. Just avoid the school rush hours and you’ll be fine.
Food there is amazing! My favorite thing to get has been the grilled nuggets with a cup o’ joe and greek yogurt. Makes for a perfect meal each and every time. So much so that I haven’t really given anything else much of a chance. Having tried bits and pieces of everything else from my buddies, there is no going wrong. The quality of everything that comes out of that kitchen if phenomenal. You’re almost guaranteed your moneys worth. Another plus for some coffee lovers out there is that they offer vanilla creamer! I can drink it without just fine but it’s a good thing to be able to change up the flavor from cup to cup.
The place is always kept clean. Employees working or traveling the lobby are always smiling and will gladly ask you every once in a while if there is anything they can do for you. I usually ask for a refill but thats me. All of that said, great food, great service, great atmosphere. Good job!
