This McDonald’s needs Jesus they have really rude staff specially the managers they have a look on their faces like they hate their job the crew at the register are wiping their sweat and then grabbing drinks and food withy washing their hands the staff also has bed hygiene They don’t listen when we order good I’m allergic to ketchup and all the time they add ketchup I have to throw the food away Also waiting in line for 37min because they decided to restock rather than take clients orders and only one cashier and one cook, command owner don’t be a stinch with payroll. I think they need a wake up call so I will be calling the health department and also have them come as a surprise visit as I think they don’t deserve a category A so I will be calling food nutrition and food department and the city of Cerritos also maverich shopping center(Cerritos Mall) to under go investigation

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they forgot to put the chicken! I went back and they gave me the chicken but the new sandwich had barely any mayo and just on the edge of the sandwich. Avoid this place!

This McDonald’s offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced at McDonald’s. If it wasn’t for my son insisting on eating a happy meal I would not have waited 20 minutes in line. They had one cashier one fry cook and one person putting the food in the bags.

Oh what a POS Mc Donald’s this is! Come on guys, you have 10 – 15 people waiting in line on a Saturday busy evening with one cashier guy taking orders and doing like 10 other things? People got so PISSED they left the line(including me) to go to other places in the mall to eat! This Mcdonalds establishment(and i been to many across the world), hands down one of the WORST with you’re sad incomplete menu. This isn’t the first time but for sure this is my last time visiting this MD. I’m writing a letter to the corporate HQ offices.

Worst McDonald’s by far. They only ever have one register open with the most casually care free person operating it. Even when the line is 13 people long in a crowded food court they still don’t open another register. On top of that, there are people just standing around, no one smiles or practices decent customer service at! Oh and they hand out ketchup and charge for sauces like it comes out of their pay check. I work in the mall and will never go to this location.

I have to agree with the other reviewers here. This McDonalds is everything it shouldn’t be. Understaffed slow service without a smile. The workers looked like they hated their job and I don’t blame them. Luckily Mcdonalds has devised a way to make the food taste the same no matter how bad the service. So, if you absolutely have to have McDonalds over all the other delicious choices in the food court and you don’t mind waiting in a long line only to be greeted by an unhappy person, go here. At least your nuggets will taste the way they should.

I finally got the sweet tea, since I couldn’t think of anything else to order. It is strong and sweet as the real thing. I liked it so much I didn’t try to make an Arnold Palmer out of it. The styrofoam cup is full of ice so I’m sure if you don’t finish it, there’s enough sweetener for it to replicate itself. I vouch for this location only if you have errands nearby. My brother bought a McRib sandwich. He seems as addicted to it as a ribwich. With fries, I would recommend this as a meal to eat while watching Jersey Shore but somehow not so much for The Hills.

This is Micky D’s # 15626 and I hate this McDonald’s for THREE main reasons: 1) The menu is incomplete. As with many McDonald’s inside malls or other stores, the menus are abridged for some reason and they don’t carry all the items you come to expect. 2) The place is terribly understaffed, especially during peak hours. I was there today, and like always, only one cashier out of five was open and no one was there to help the poor girl out. So she had to take the order and put the order together and hand it to the person. You can imagine that the line did not move between the time she took the customer’s order and the time she handed the order to him. And the flip-side to being understaffed means that the counter top is always filthy and the condiments section is always messed up. Additionally, the slow service meant that people behind me were just about ready to revolt. 3) And speaking of the people behind me, the people who patronize this McDonald’s have to be some of the most unsophisticated, uncouth and plain ghetto people around. They are obviously not from Cerritos, and most of them had bags from the Mervyn’s firesale going on now. Please do your part and buy the crap from Mervyn’s and all the other ghetto stores going out of business so that they can close sooner and I don’t have to deal with people who have too many kids waiting in line at this McDonald’s. In fact, I’m willing to not have a McDonald’s in Cerritos at all if it means I have to see less ghetto people. Because, honestly, if I really cared to have McDonald’s, I would rather go to a «classier» one, like the one in La Palma. However, to help ease the pain in the meantime, go here on Sundays as most ghetto people are left without bus service and can’t come here as easily. Man, having no McDonald’s at the Los Cerritos Center means that the mall will be moving on up in its overall classiness. I sure hope Macerich reads this review.
