Least nurse friendly Cinnabon regarding nurses week. We get one week a year to get a free Cinnabon, and this branch is the most stingy. Last year all they gave me was a minibon! 1⁄3rd the size of their regular rolls. This year I went in and they said they were not even participating. Wow… well so much for ever coming here anymore. I’ll be getting my Cinnabon(throughout the year) at all the other less uptight locations that my colleagues gladly got a nice big roll free for nurses week.

This place has workers that refused to honor the nurses week promotion as advertised by their company. That’s really a shame because Cinnabon as a company promotes nurses and shows us the appreciation we deserve in the only way they can. Its something we all look foward to every nurses week. I will NEVER give business to this location again & further will be letting every other RN i know that this is the location to skip. Head over to Lakewood, Downey, or Brea instead & save yourself the hassle

People need to know their promotions!!! Pay attention to mtgs so you know when customers have questions! My husband went last week to get his free Cinnabon for nurses week and they said they don’t give it away to nurses? I’m so confused! If you have a promotion, shouldn’t all stores honor it? I hate bad Customer service and this place takes it for me! I spoke to a woman to call in and ask re: promotions and a manager wasn’t present to speak with and she didn’t know what was going on. Aya! Someone fix this place ASAP!!!

Cinnabon at Cerritos mall got no love for nurse’s week. The lady rolling dough who had her back towards us denied me & my pregnant nurse wife.

Did not give free cinnabons for nurses week! I even showed then my work ID and everything. So disappointing, i went to the mall just to get my free cinnabon, so i ended up just paying because i have promised my wife and my son i would get one. Never buying from this place again.

I’m not going to lie, i just wrote a bad review about the lakewood cinnabon. And if it wasn’t for the guy working at this location today there would have been an even worse review. Long story short, we had a cinnabon gift card that was bought at the lakewood location. Lakewood employees didn’t know what they were doing and couldn’t help us, so we went to Cerritos. The guy said, «it’s a new system, it doesn’t take those(cinnabon) gift cards.» At first he wasn’t willing to try the old system that was hooked up, but he ended up trying it and the gift card worked and we got our box of cinnabons that we were so craving. We gave the rest of the gift card to him for his own personal use. I just have to say to the owners of the lakewood and Cerritos locations and any other locations for that matter. If you are changing and upgrading your system make sure, first, that your brand gift cards, that can only be used for this company, work in your system. Luckily the Cerritos location had a saving grace of an employee that was willing to try to make or right. Every owner should be so lucky to have one of him!

Not really the best location. I had a free drink coupon for my birthday and came here to redeem, no can do if not printed out, who prints things anymore?!! They gave me a free mini bon instead, which was nice. It wasn’t the best or freshest, but it was free, the location a bit dark and dingy, wouldn’t go out of my way to come back, but did appreciate that they still wanted to offer some kind of service.

I love love Cinnabon ! They are so delicious and soft. The cinnamon rolls sell themselves so this review will mostly about service. I have been here a couple of times and the service is a hit or miss, but today the cashier was beyond rude. When we made our selection three pecan caramel rolls and four regular pecan rolls, she questioned us if we knew the price of each roll in a rude tone. Look lady, if I order it just prepare it and I’ll pay for it. I looked at my mom to see if she noticed her tone of voice and she looked disappointed at the service so far. So I let the lady know that it is fine. Anyways, last time we went here the girl was really nice and did not question us if we knew what the prices of each cinnabon bun is. She made a couple suggestions and rang us up.

I just visited here today and bought 6 packs item. It was so good and my kids loved it. They are always nice and kind. Especially one asian woman. She is always tries to serve nicely. Oh you know what? They have $ 10 promotion for all boxes item today. It’s usually over $ 14 depends on how many rolls are in. But not so sure if they do that promotion every Tuesday.

So I went yesterday around 5ish because I’m having a bad craving for there cinnamon roll. There is no place like cinnabon for a great cinnamon roll. My husband, I and are 4 year old daughter were standing at the register ordering, mind you Im 9 weeks pregnant living with lupus. My immune system is extremely fragile. The Asian man coughed right on are cinnamon roll as he placed it in its box not wearing gloves, not only that he coughed on all the other ones on display for sale as well. Then he had the nerve to sit it at the counter ready to serve it to us. Me and my husband looked at eachother in disbelief. I told him are you freaking kidding me you just coughed on everything and you didnt wash your hands while he grabbed a fresh one. I AMBEYONDDISGUSTEDWITHTHISCINNABON. NEVEREVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN. STAYAWAY! Reporting this place to the health department.

Shake your bon bon, shake your bon bon! *EXTENDED* BIRTHDAYMONTH=BIRTHDAYCOUPONS=HAPPYRODNEY Free Mochalatta Chill Cinnabon, you’re so bad but you taste so good. Do you remember when you had your first Cinnabon cinnamon roll? I do! My favorite part is the middle, with all that gooey, cinnamony sweetness wrapped up tight, awaiting to lovingly unfurl in my mouth. Talk about food porn! ;p The Mochalatta Chill is a reasonable facsimile of the Crapuccino served at some small, not well known coffee shop. It’s very sweet, so if that’s your thing, then have at it. Me, I only have a few sips a day & off to the fridge it goes. See? I’m actually trying to be health conscious ;p It’s a cold treat that helps on a hot summer day. Cinnabon now offers customers the choice of berrifying their products with their Wild Berry topping, for an extra charge. I like their OG stuff, but the Wild Berry topping helps to tone down the sweetness. A tad. A little. A tad, little. Service has been good when I’ve been here. The smells wafting from Cinnabon have been known to bring men to their knees. I’m not a regular customer, but I do partake of some minibons or cold drinks, such as the Mochalatta Chill, a few times a year. They never fail to put a smile on my face, even though I know my waistline is frowning at all the sugar-laden calories. But hey, that’s what exercise is for, right? ;p Highly recommend! I went to this location to get a beverage. When the employee tells me rudely her drinks are done for the night 20 mins before closing.

Cinnabon and milk, now is is heaven! buying the box is a better deal, just ask them to heat up whatever you wanna eat there and they’ll be nice to you. and you’ll still have some to take home.

I mean what can I say, I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid! BUT of course, when you start understanding what calories, fat, sugars, and carbs are then well, consuming these warm, oozy-gooey rolls of slightly under-baked yeasty goodness comes to a halt. I’m a huge fan of the traditional Cinnabon. The mini bite-sized ones just aren’t the same because they bake up differently. And I also had the opportunity to try the caramel pecan bun but it really wasn’t that much different. Just caramel from a bottle drizzled over the top along with a small sprinkle of pecans. OVERALL: Cinnabon is one of the places that you eat at when you are craving Cinnabon specifically. But personally for me if I want a good cinnamon roll/sticky bun I’d rather just make it . Like I always say, YOUWON’T KNOWUNLESSYOUTRYITFORYOURSELF!

Cinnabon is a must for my family whenever we visit the Los Cerritos Center! As soon as we turn the corner from our first visit at the Apple Store, we can smell the Cinnabon-y goodness!!! The Caramel Pecanbon is our first choice. Next would be the Minibon’s. We recently tried the Cinna Stix. Those come with a cup o’ frosting for dipping. Whatever we get, it’s all yum!!!

I had never actually purchased anything despite how many times I passed this place. Possibly because they sell candy just minutes away. My little sister brought some of the cinnamon rolls home and I had one. A lot of white frosting, a lot of brown frosting and a whole lot of warm pastry roll makes one sweet and filling concoction. The rolls had cooled down a bit but I ate them that way instead of warming them. I have to watch my sugars so I went to eat complex carbs and protein afterwards. This is a great spot for cinnamon and pastry lovers, thought I tend to lean more towards the chocolate stores.

I have returned after 3 years of delightful deterrence and introduced my cousin, who was visiting from Australia, to the disgusting train wreck that is Cinnabon. Do you like foods that make you hate yourself after you’ve finished eating? Do you enjoy wondering«Why the fu…» immediately after a meal while contemplating chest pains and shortness of breath? Do you like supplementing your meals with a bite-sized globule of dough which carries the caloric equivalent of that meal which you just ate? Nausea? Dehydration? Suicidal tendencies? Check, Check, and Check. Welcome to Cinnabon. Love to hate you and all your obesity-inducing wonderment.

Just hand me a container of that frosting and a spoon and I’m happy. Cinnabon = deliciousness. But you might as well just slap these things straight onto my waistline because I think cinnabon is french for«love handles».

We haven’t had cinnabons in a while. When we were at the Cerritos Mall today, we stopped by and got one. To our disappointment, the cinnabon was completely undercooked and tasted so doughy. We asked for another one since the one we got was inedible. The second one was just the same as the first one, doughy and cold. How can they charge nearly $ 4 for something so undercooked and unfulfilling??!
