Why did they close this place down?! I’m so sad. This location was the closest to me and I was so excited when they first opened. Soy garlic wings were the sh*t with a side of rice. Yeah it was a bit pricer compared to the other food places in the mall but the quality was great. Please bring it back!!!

This Kyochon no longer has the original Kyochon taste it once had. It has lost its taste. This place would lose its franchise rights if the home office in Korea found out how different this place tastes compared to the locations in Korea and in Los Angeles. Do not go to this location!

I am giving Kyochon three stars for a reason. First, they have a B in health. Second, I ordered a 4 piece honey wings and they haven’t came out yet. Two people who got big orders, got their orders first before me. Like how hard is it to make only 4PIECESOFHONEYWINGS? I really did like the wings here but, frankly the staff should go by when the order was placed not which one is easier. I’m never coming here for wings again.

I waited 30 minutes for my meal. 30. It was a wrap. Oh and I’ll mention… After I paid for my meal, they didn’t let me know until 20 minutes later that they didn’t have the chicken strips for my wrap. On top of all of this, customer service was slow and no apologies were given. If I could give you 0 I would.

I love these wings! Yes, they are a little pricey considering they are in the mall food court. Yes, it can take a few minutes(or 10) to get your food but I think all worth it. These crunchy little wings are just so dam tasty I cannot resist them! Try the sweet and spicy! Hot but good! The potato wedges are a great choice to accompany your wings. The broccoli salad is also a good one! If you are shopping and have a hankering for some wings, this is your spot!

My hubby raves this place every time we go to the mall. 20 piece garlic soy chicken wings with garlic dressing sauce – every time! These wings r the bizzzznessss!!! And lately the wings have gotten bigger too. It’s a tad pricey but most places who do sell wings r pricey. The flavor is epic and the garlic dressing sauce is a great pair for these wings. Must try!

They say they deliver, but they won’t deliver. Ridiculous. Also the lady was not professional at all. Very rude. I ask her for delivery, she asked for my address and then Her response was«oh I can’t deliver» and I said why, they’ve done it for me before, she responded«because I don’t» bad customer service. Lost my appetite talking to her.

By far the worst Kyochon I’ve been to. 3 young kids none Korean. They were too busy giving food to their friends to realize it took them 35 mins to give me my order. The place was dirty the sign had dust falling all over the food. Terrible is all I can say.

Honestly, their food is pretty tasty. But the one star is for their service. Their service sucks!!! They never smile or greet you. Not even a half smile. No emotion whatsoever. like hello??? u ok??? How do you come to work with an attitude like that every. single. day. Well not even an attitude bc no emotion. lol I come here because I work at the mall and this is the only thing close to healthy.

Fanciest mall food I have EVER seen. Great service — my server was helpful in explaining the choices and recommending the right sauces. I ended up with 4 deep fried wings with apple sauce(trust, it’s good) and a side of Broccoli Salad. The broccoli salad was my favorite! It’s delicious — with broccoli, sunflower seeds, and lots of other goodies. Healthy doesn’t have to taste like it is! You order and they give you a buzzer like in restaurants. Then you can wander, find a table, etc. and come back when the buzzer buzzes. The server will then hand you a beautifully packaged bag. It’s fancy — looks like a shopping bag rather than a plastic bag(we really should be phasing those out anyways LA, let’s be real). Their to go tupperware is also durable and reusable — microwaveable even! Good stuff!

Never had korean fried chicken before so decided to Unilocal a nearest location and got this location! Saw a lot of negative reviews about this place so I was a bit skeptical about ordering, but I decided to give it a try and a friendly associate named Kevin helped me out on the phone. Got my order DELIVERED to my job, and it was heavenly! Got regular wings, honey, and the hot and sweet wings(available upon request) Regular wings were meh, plain and simple, delicious. Honey wings were awesome! They are similar tasting to orange chicken and aren’t sweet at all. Hot and sweet wings– Jesus Christ! They are spicy but good. I thought I could handle spice but these wings gave me the sweats and biggest spice on my tongue that wouldn’t go away(LOL) order if you have a high tolerance. Overall the chicken wings are bomb! They come apart the bone effortlessly and love this joint. Looks like it’ll be my new favorite eatery. FREE Delivery.

Food is four stars. I love the salsal chicken salad and the fried chicken wings are also very tasty. Would not recommend potato wedges because when I had them, they were a little dry but you get a large quantity for your money. Good food but mediocre service brings this place down from four stars for me. I ordered on the phone and talked to a girl who sounded very tired and agitated and irritable when I asked my questions. I am not at all familiar with the menu and when I asked about the salsal salad vs the grilled chicken salad, her tone grew sour. It became even more impatient when I asked what sauces they provided. Upon my arrival the girl I assumed was on the phone with me was on the phone again for an extended period. Two guys were making food and there was an open register, unused. Understaffed? She seemed to be openly impatient about the customer on the phone and had to call her supervisor, one of the cooks. Took five minutes just to pay for food that was already made. I thought okay fine, people get tired and restaurants are understaffed on slow days(Wednesday night this happened). But then they forgot to include any sauce with my Salad. How? I don’t know. I would definitely come back but this experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

The best chicken wings! Skin is crispy, thats the shit I like. Garlic soy is good and the usual one I get Spicy wings is SPICY, I eat spicy and this is spicy. The containers that they put the chicken in are really fancy.

I got tired of the usual Wingstop fare so I decided to search for awesome Korean fried chicken. The ones that came up where all in Koreatown. Ugh. Not wanting to drive far on the day I’m supposed to be resting, I shifted the area to Cerritos. Bingo. This is a branch of Kyochon located on 6th street. And it’s inside Cerritos Mall. Going in, I noticed a couple of wings placed by the cashier. Ah, samples. I took the spicy one and another for their garlic chicken. Yummers! Garlic soy wings — crunchy, not as oily as I expected and flavorful. Perfect by itself or with their French fries. Sweet and spicy wings — I say, eat this with rice. It’s very spicy so you need something to bring down the heat. The spiciness doesn’t stick for long, though. So if you stop tasting the chicken and spices, switch to another flavor and go back once you’re ready. Honey fried chicken — for those who love a little bit of sweetness in their chicken. Still very crunchy and full of flavor. This is good paired with the french fries, too. French fries — a little bit too salty for my taste but perfect when paired with the Honey fried chicken. Another thing I love about this place is they don’t start making the chicken until the order is made. Can you say fresh? They told me my order will be ready in 15 min but they took around 20 — 25 minutes. I didn’t mind. It’s fresh. Definitely going back.

I love their wings. It’s so tasty and crispy. I always get a large portion(20 wings) the total comes out be $ 18 and I usually order it to go. The wings are perfect size. Not too big and not too small. I always get half and half so it comes in two flavors. The honey flavor and spicy soy garlic. It’s super spicy so be careful if you’re sensitive to spice! Giving them a 2 star because the cashier is very rude and attitudy. Horrible customer service and made me wait 25 minutes when it is usually a short wait. Please hire friendlier people who are happy to help.

Let me start by saying I enjoy Kyochon chicken wings. The original garlic soy and the potent spicy version are deliciously crisp, not greasy and full of flavor. That being said, today’s visit had several issues. First the young woman helping me at the register was obviously sick with a cold(her voice sounded completely congested and she kept sniffling). I decided to continue to purchase since I thought she would have zero contact with the food. But the germaphobe in me wants to remind all restaurant managers to SENDSICKEMPLOYEESHOME. No one wants to eat food that has been in contact with a sick person. Keep yer cooties at home please! Next, while the wings were getting fried, the cook was leaning over the center counter and as I watched him he kept putting his ungloved fingers on his lips. Picking at them or something. Gross. Luckily as I watched it seemed he used tongs at all times. Otherwise I would have immediately asked for a refund and fled. But still, totally unsanitary practice for a cook. My order was ready after about 10 mins(be warned — they make them to order and they do take a while to cook and hand baste) and unfortunately the sick employee closed up the box. Even that limited contact with my order made me nervous as I have no desire to catch a cold. When I got home, I decided to nuke the wings a bit to ensure any germs were killed off. Taste-wise they were on point. Half soy garlic and half spicy. The soy garlic is super tasty with a slightly sweet, garlic sauce. The spicy wings are so good, but always makes my entire mouth and lips tingle due to the high level of spice. So if you can’t take spicy foods, don’t order these. For wings only I’d give them a 3.5 star rating. But with the double hygiene issues going on today, I had to give them 2 stars.

5 star for free delivery! 5 star for great taste. My husband loves the original drums and wings. I think it’s called the soy flavor or house flavor. Whatever it isx my husband has me hooked too. On nights I don’t want to cook, it’s Kyochon Chicken to the rescue!!! Their broccoli salad is also really good too. Makes for a great side dish…

I’m not a chicken fan. Never have been, probably never will be. Until I was introduced to BonChon. BonChon is a Korean fried chicken I discovered over on the East Coast. Randomly, I’d crave BonChon so Kyochon was the closest on Unilocal that I could find. I’m not Korean, I can’t read it, the names just sound similar. Does«chon» mean chicken? Anyways, food is great here! In fact, Kyochon beats on BonChon hands down. Another reason why living on the BEST Coast is fun. I get the honey and soy variety. Honey is more crunchy with a more sweet flavor, soy is more… actually, I don’t know how to describe it. You guys will just have to find our yourselves when you hit up Cerritos Plaza!
