I guess you can’t expect good pizza at Chuck E. Cheese. We had a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. Nothing special. It left a bad taste in my mouth afterwards. My younger grandkids must be getting too old for Chuck E. Cheese, as I had to encourage them to spend their coins and wrap it up. Noise level is intense. Service was good. No problem with parking.

Will never set foot in this place again after coming at least 2 days a week for over a year! My son loves this place and I usually spend $ 30 at a time to keep him happy however on this visit it was busy and the service was the worst ever! I ordered my usual and the not so friendly cashier gave me plates without a salad plate I assumed they may have ran out so went about making my salad only to have a very rude teenager come up and say you can’t have salad unless you pay for it which I already did. I say I did she just rang me up and didn’t provide the other plate she then reaches over and snatches the salad I had made out of my hands. I ask for a manager who then attends to everyone but myself for over 5 minutes than says well I’m sorry. They will no longer get a dime of my money!

No customer service, the little teenagers on the cashiers are rude! One customer came up to the counter and asked about her pizza and the cashier said«I wouldn’t know I just went on brake, shrugging her shoulders.

I like this one because it is clean and the workers seemed organized more than the other ones I have been to before. They seem to give me a feeling they care I would say.

Overall, food was great. Yet, I didn’t really like the service there. The man who delivered our food to our table had such a negative attitude.

First time here on this location. Quick service and overall seemed like a clean facility. Hubby and I brought our god daughter after a movie. She had a blast.

Went to a birthday party, the place is too overcrowded. The music or whatever is playing is annoying and too loud. Definitely cannot have a conversation. Pizza was mediocre. Overrated!

I just had my daughter’s second birthday at the Cerritos Chuck e cheese and we all had a blast. The outside is renovated which looks nice. The service was great, I would recommend having a birthday there to anyone looking for a birthday venue. No set up and clean up everything is provided. Our server Karina was wonderful she was very patient and kind, I would definitely recommend her. She was very accommodating especially when we would put in extra orders and ask for extra things like more cups and more tokens. If you have a large party, I would recommend bringing a sharpie pen and having ppl write their names on the cups. Our guest were in and out of the table area and forgot what cups they had, they charge you per cup so heads up on that.

My son loves this place and in the future I will only take just to play the games. If the bathrooms are as gross and filthy as they are, I would have to question the cleanliness of their kitchen. If they cannot keep their bathrooms clean what makes me believe their kitchen is clean? If they do not care about what the customer can see imagine what we cannot see. I would avoid any food and drink from this location.

I’m going to say it… Their pizza was really good. They also have these chicken sandwiches with pesto. No more suffering with cardboard pizza and tasteless food. Thank you CEC for changing your menu so that us adults can happily eat too! Now, if you could only clean the bathrooms more regularly, that’d be swell.

I’ve been coming to this chuck e cheese since they opened because I felt like it was the cleanest and less crowded but unfortunately I went on Saturday and it was disgusting mess tables were all dirty full of plates and food, restrooms were disgusting and salad bar was a huge mess, and it wast even that crowded for them to have had the place like this, time to look for a new chuck e cheese

This is my second time here. First time I had little to no complaints but tonight I came here with my family for the kids end of the baseball season event and was kind of disappointed. We walked in and saw huge flies flying around. The food was ok. Once we started to play games with the kid’s it was horrible. The games kept eating our tokens and the games weren’t giving tickets after we finished a game. When we tried to look for someone to help we couldn’t find an employee to help the floor was empty. They were way understaffed especially when they had two big parties going on. The restrooms were nasty. Paper towels were thrown everywhere and water all over the floor. Not sure if we’ll give this location another try.

My sister decided to have my nephew’s 4th birthday party here. I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese’s for… a few decades, haha, if ever! I can’t even remember, and definitely not the Cerritos one, even though I grew up here! The party was supposed to start at 1230 and I got there at noon to set up a little bit. There isn’t much set up actually, nothing to really decorate, but I brought some balloons and centerpieces. They were nice to me when I got there, opening up doors to me, putting my cake in the fridge. I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the whole set up. The party area is in the back and you reserve tables for your party. There was a coordinator there who helped up with everything, ordering, questions, coins for the kids, and they had a schedule and they kept you on that schedule. I’m sure to prepare for the next group of kids coming in but it helped them and helped us. Kids got coins in a cup to go play, then they came back when the food came(which was actually pretty decent), went back to play, then cake time, pictures with the mouse, the end. It was great! No fuss no hassle and the price tag isn’t too bad either. All the kids had fun, not much set up or clean up either!

Came here for a children’s birthday party. Went home with food poisoning from the salad bar. It wasn’t just me but everyone that was there.

I haven’t stepped foot in a Chuck E Cheese in over 35 years. Crazy huh? So when one of the kids from church had a birthday here, I was curious if the place stood the hands of time. As you walk in, you are greeted by a hostess and checks you in and stamps your hand. She tells you where the party is located. Actually, all the party is located towards the back(which is a great idea because they don’t run amock in the front) in picnic style seating with the big screen in the back having the mouse on the TV on a loop. He comes out when the timer goes off and makes his appearance saying hi to the kids. I remembered back in the days, it was these old school production like one of the rides from Disneyland. The food here is still Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was okay, still tasted like a cardboard. You know when the pizza looks perfect, you know it has to be machine made. They have sandwiches here, which is a nice change from what I can remember. It actually tastes fresh! The drinks here though, its still soda heaven for the kids. Everything tasted water down(which might be a good thing for the kids), except for the fruit punch. John’s incredible pizza has way better pizzas and food than here. The video games here are pretty decent. I also like that every game takes only 1 token. Don’t you hate it when you have to put in 2 token for some games? Of course, sometimes the games are broken and you have to hail people down to fix, it wasn’t too difficult here to find help, that was a good thing. The tickets for redemption, you can feed inside the reading machine and it will spit out a printout with the count. Be careful not to overlap the tickets as we accidentally did and it didn’t count them. There is a little tunnel /climbing /slide contraption that’s of course free. Always nice to get the kids to have some real exercise rather than play games all day long. This place is clean, parking is somewhat easy as long as you’re not close to the buffalo wild wings. If you want better pizza, BJ’s is walking distance. If you want your kids to run off some of that sugar, you can go to Liberty Park that’s about a mile away. If you want to get get some of your childhood nostalgia in place, do visit here.

I am far from a fan of Chuck E Cheese… I ended up taking my 3 yr old Godson here for a day of fun &OMG we had the best time. It was packed but the people/kids were respectful & not too crazy & the Employees were all amazing, patient & professional. I will for sure be back to this location for my Chuck E Cheese fix!!!

Located across the street from cerritos mall, in the same plaza as BJs, skate depot, and olive garden. Plenty of parking. Just had a birthday party over the weekend and I can’t say enough good things. When I arrived everything was set up, my party host Stephanie was considerate, sweet, fast and very attentive. Pizza came out hot, I did it with coupons and had way more than enough tokens included with my coupon deals and I had ALOT of kids show up! My kids, my guests, everyone had a great time and raved about it after. They had a schedule and kept to it. Stephanie helped me cut my cake and distribute my dessert. There seemed to be enough staff and they were pretty courteous as well. It seemed clean enough, nothing sticky as I would expect at 4pm lol. The bathrooms were clean, no trash overflowing. Not overcrowded, which was something I was dreading. You could walk through and my kids could run through lol. The floor plan is pretty open and I could watch my kids from the table. All games were 1 token. It’s just nostalgic I highly recommend Stephanie! You were on top of everything and because of that I was able to actually enjoy my kid’s party. Something I wasn’t expecting. Thank you! You made my son’s 2nd birthday a memorable one. Would highly recommend to friends, family and Unilocalers. On One side note: I’ve been here other than for my bd party and must say watch your kids. My son is 2 and some kids may purposely or accidentally hurt him. BUTHE’S 2! LOL, so use some common sense and watch your kids and stay close if it’s appropriate.
