Services is fast and the food delicious! Never ate her before, I will definitely add this place to my list of favorite places to eat!

Last week I felt like having a good piece of salmon. I like Pita Jungle pretty well– even though I always have to remind them not to overcook it. I had a coupon for Fired Up and it was expiring — so I looked and they had salmon. Boy am I glad. At 4pm, the place was deserted. I ordered the grilled salmon, and it came in a bed of quinoa with tons of fresh arugula and very light olive oil with delicious flavor. It was cooked PERFECTLY. The mix was delicious. I scarfed it down like a starving woman. It was probably the best salmon dish I have ever had. If I had tried anything else here as good– I’d have to give a 5 Star on the whole restaurant: on the Salmon– I will give 5 star!!! Try it! I can’t wait to go again. Mmmnnnn

I have had better bar food from Sam’s Club and Costco sample days. The waitstaff was great, and I would have given it a 3 for that, but the restroom was worse than most gas station restrooms. I was expecting an awesome restroom based on the dining area, but it was so bad, it tainted my whole experience.

Living in LA I make it a point to come here every time i come to town. I’ve been here multiple times with not a single bad experience to note. Food has great flavor and portion sizes are generous. Draft beers are limited with only 3 taps but a decent variety in bottles to make up for it. Cool atmosphere, the retractable wall gives the whole restaurant a patio feel. With the shades, misters, and fans, the place is much cooler(temperature wise) than initially expected. Plus live entertainment Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, can’t be mad about that. To all former and current servers, read the low star reviews and laugh. Give this place a shot, you will not be upset.

Always like supporting the local places and this is one well worth it. Just around the corner from AJ’s is Chander(and Ahwtukees) best kept secret. Great open air bar with an excellent menu. Upscale food at good prices. Not your typical bar food by any means. The menu is always changing but I must say the Southwest Paiaya is king.

This is a weird little place. U either love or hate it. The only reason we stopped here was because my sister in-law gave us a gift certificate 2 years ago & we were in the neighborhood. Hard to find cause it’s tucked at the back end of the shopping plaza BUT that gives it a large patio seating. I could not tell if this was a bar or grill, inside it seems more like a bar. Food was great, not much of a selection but a unique menu. Friendly staff. It only losses a star cause it’s not kid friendly & it was a little dirty. They need new menus & wipe down the walls. Would I go again… Yes, if I had another Gift Card.

I hate writing bad reviews but this place definitely deserves it. There was nothing enjoyable about my experience here but the company I kept. The food was horrible and the place is disgustingly filthy. Get new menus! They are embarrassing. If the cleanliness of the restaurants reflects into the kitchen, who knows what it looks like where they are cooking the food you eat. Clean the bathrooms(shit stains, used tampon on the floor)! How hard is that! I hate to say it but I’m sure all the bad reviews on here are spot on, maybe nicer then they should be. Normally I wouldn’t come to a place with such horrible reviews but I was invited. It is obvious this place is a fly by night operation, no manager in sight. Definitely a candidate for Restaurant Impossible! Horrible! Make sure you do not order the meatloaf! This place is a joke and unfortunately I wouldn’t trust or believe one good review you read. I cannot believe this place is still open.

Eh. I’d like to maybe try again but unsure. Food was good. The talk between staff and manager about a request we had, not appropriate. Felt rushed out as well. Unilocal says open till midnight but server said 11? Food was only reason I’d try again…

No idea how the food is but seriously, when will these restaurants figure out that a well balanced draft beer menu is important. How many IPAs do you need? Try a kolsch for once! Maybe a 1664? Lame

Great service and food is great. I had the coldest blue moon ever. Would recommend for lunch, need to visit it in the evening when they have live music.

The place is off in a corner and wasn’t busy at all. I’m sure there was a total of 7 souls there when we were here(we were 2 and then of course the bartender, server & cook). I don’t know why they aren’t more busy, but that was okay because we were catered to and the food was delis ones. We got there at HH(of course I can’t drink :\) so we tried the chicken taquitos thingys, very good and we shared a pizza(good ol’pepperoni) it was the perfect amount of food and it was really good! When I can drink I will be back for their alcoholic beverages-they seem delicious

I went there for lunch. The outdoor patio was nice although it had a little bit of traffic noise from the road. I got the grilled chicken salad which was fantastic. A unique twist on the ingredients but they worked really, really well. My only complaint is it took a little bit longer than I would like for lunch. The food came relatively quickly but for lunch I like the waiter to be really on spot with ordering and if you need your check. However, I realize this might be personal taste because some people feel like you’re being rushed when that happens. I will definitely return though.

Pretty good. I had the sea bass and my fiancé had the chicken Marsala. It was well prepared and very tasty. They have a pretty good wine list to boot. Pretty cozy inside and great service. The first drink my fiancé ordered was not made properly and the made her another and comped it. I always wanted to try this place and they have a great discount with the passport card. I definitely recommend.

We had heard good things about Fired Up but, after dining there we will probably not come back. The whole restaurant could use some TLC. It seemed under cleaned and maintained. The food was hit and miss. Our meat portions were delicious however the sides seemed cold and bland. Adult beverages, desert and or appetizer were great. On one of our entrees we were informed that the cut of meat was changed after ordering. However, we didn’t find out that the price went up $ 5 too, till we got the bill. The service was good but slow since they only had two servers for the whole restaurant.

Quaint little bar/restaurant in the Casa Paloma shopping center. Fantastic happy hour specials! The new chef on staff brings a New Orleans flair to the food. I’m a huge fan of the avocado deviled eggs, ahi tuna bites, southwestern bites and fish tacos. You could order anything on the menu and it’s fantastic really… The wait staff is attentive and accommodating. Try sitting out on the patio… it’s a great atmosphere now that the weather has cooled down!

I love this place. I have been 4 times with my wife and we will keep coming back. We sit at the patio bar, which is nice and casual, but upscale. The wine and service have always been great. I have never really cared for meatloaf since I was a kid. I suppose it was the way my mom made it. The bartender recommended it so I gave it a shot. Awesome! It has jalapeño bits to give it a kick and I crave it. Just writing about it makes me hungry. The place is sort of small and the band can be loud. I probably wouldn’t bring a large party here. But for my wife and I or maybe another couple, I would never hesitate. 5 stars.

We ordered the mozzarella cheese balls which were delicious… especially with the sauce that it comes with. However, the service was extremely slow… it took nearly an hour to get our food. The manager came and apologized… she was a sweet heart and definitely wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Once our food came out we were still disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the bison which was smothered in a brown sauce. The sauce made the bison taste disgusting :(and i ordered the salmon pasta. The pasta was really great but after about 8 bites it was a bit too rich for my taste. Also, we sat outside on the patio eating our dinner. A husband and wife pulled up right next to our table in their jeep(in a non parking space) and their dogs were barking at us the whole time we were there lol. I am an animal lover but i certainly don’t want to be barked at by animals while trying to enjoy my dinner. …on a positive note… the pumpkin cheesecake was fantastic

It’s so close by and the happy hour menu is a great deal, and so we keep going back. But every single time we go I get annoyed with several things. First, they only offer three beers on tap. Second, the service is always spotty. A server will be uncomfortably over-attentive at the beginning of the meal, then we have to hunt him down to get the check. I never understand this. It always seems delaying the bill is a huge liability. I wonder how many people have walked away from a meal without paying. The food can be spotty too. At this meal we got two regularly priced items and two happy hour items. One of the cheaper items, the calamari, was our favorite dish. The most expensive item, the elk meatballs, were bland, dry, and a sure never-order-again.

We found this place on Unilocal.Relaxed atmosphere and tasty food. Nice open dining area. I really like that there is only one TV-in the bar but visible from anywhere. Too many TVs spoil restaurants(IMHO). Their prices are pretty good considering the quality of the food. I also like that they offer small plates of their dishes any time of day. Great for date night or family outing.

I came here to happy hour on a Friday around 6pm. It wasn’t too busy, we were seated right away for a table of 5 inside. Happy hour is daily from 3−7pm, appetizers are half off. The server was very nice and checked in with us frequently. He refilled my friend’s soda quite a bit so he noticed when it was empty. I decided to order the jalapeño crab cakes(because I just love crab cakes!). I figure how can you go wrong with crab cakes right?! So he took our orders and the food came out in a timely manner(probably around 10 – 15 minutes, not too long or too fast). I got two crab cakes on top of greens with a side of chipotle aioli. The greens didn’t seem as fresh, some of them were wilted. Some of it was arugula, spinach and other greens. It came with a side of lemon, adding the lemon brought out the flavors more. The jalapeño crab cakes were not that spicy, I felt like adding more lemon helped bring out the spiciness. The first crab cake I ate, I didn’t notice as much jalapenos as my second crab cake. The chipotle aioli sauce was good but not as spicy as I hoped for it. I didn’t think it had a strong kick to it, I preferably would like a larger kick(I like my foods spicy). My friend who ordered the slices with the green chile thought it was very spicy but other people who tried it felt like it was good. My friend who ordered the cheese plate was slightly disappointed, there’s not much on it. There is an assortment of cheese but the fruits and nuts are nothing spectacular. The bathrooms are different. When I entered the stall and closed the door, I noticed the toliet paper is on the bathroom door which is neat. There’s music at this place on Fridays(I think music is here Fri-Sat/Sun). The band was just okay. They played Greenday and Jason Mraz but I didn’t like their cover of these songs. It did have an open bar so there was a nice view of the outside. It reminded us of Hawaii especially with the temperature. +I think only the food is worth if for happy hour because it’s cheap but the food isn’t amazing but it’s also not bad. +Bathrooms are interesting because toliet paper hangs on the door +There’s music, so it depends what kind of music you like. I feel like the band gives it a fun, casual atmosphere
