We just used Bellhops to empty our house. The guys did a great job. Their names and pictures were sent to us before hand so we new who to expect, their names and something about them. They arrived right on time. They had no problem moving the heavy items. Also polite and took instructions very well. Overall a great experience. Would use them again or recommend to others.

Bellhops came through even in a snowstorm. Had just called a few days before to set up. They accomodated my time and even were flexible when it was moved up. Even though it was a local move for my father in law, I coordinated it from California. Thanks for working with Liz from Clutterbuddies to get this move done in under 3 hours. Liz said both young men were very helpful.

We used Bellhops to move larger /heavier furniture from our rental in Chapel Hill to our new home in Durham. The entire process was very easy — from reservation thru move-in. The crew arrived on-time and were super helpful, courteous, and careful with our belongings. We’d recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again if /when we need anything moved!

Outstanding company that provided exactly the service I needed. I had friends move my things out of my apartment in Chicago and into a big truck, which I then drove to Chapel Hill. But on the other end, I didn’t know anyone, and didn’t want to spend a lot to move the few things I couldn’t move myself. Townes of Bellhops Chapel Hill showed up on time, was incredibly efficient, communicated well with me and got my job done quickly. I was also highly satisfied with the over the phone customer service. I would definitely use Bellhops again!

I used bellhops service to move my apartment. I did not have a lot of stuff so didnt want to spend a lot of money on full service movers which made bellhops a perfect fit.
The whole experience right from gathering information to the actual move was very smooth.
I received a call day before to confirm everything and they arrived 10 mins before time and got the job done! I would highly recommend bellhops to anyone who is looking for a small to medium scale moving.
