I’m rating this strictly based off of their bundled split wood, but in saying that, I plan on returning to try some of this grocery stuff I saw inside. I shopped around for some wood for my fireplace, just something for the night, and after being shut down at Lowe’s and Home Depot, I decided to stop here on my way home. Woo-hoo! Their bundles were $ 5.50 per, compared to Lowe’s which was $ 6.98, and Home Depot(they were out, so can’t compare prices). I was very happy with the $ 5.50 price as I know other places can get upwards of $ 8 or $ 9. In addition, the bundles were not opened and picked through like they were at Lowe’s, so in actuality, I got more for less, even though the label shows that they were supposed to be the same quantity(.75 of kiln dried split wood), Lowe’s clearly was lacking in the sack(of wood).

This Bi-Lo is fairly awful about check-out wait times. Their produce is often over-ripe as well. Great prices on wine, and a decent selection of everything else. Overall it wins with a nice staff, location/convenience for me, but not much else.

This place seems fine… Until you go to Publix and realize what a good grocery store is actually supposed to be like! I used to go to Bi-Lo all the time and nearly every time I would end up disappointed. The folks working in their deli could never get the order right unless you were micro-managing them the entire time. One time a deli employee actually told me I could finish my shopping and could pick up my finished order at the deli when I was done. When I returned, I found the girl no where to be found, along with my order(no where to be found). I had to wait AGAIN for them to make my order. This time I stood and watched because it seems that nothing gets done otherwise. They also change around the location of the items in this store so often that not even the employees know where to find something when you ask them. Where is the Mio today? The breakfast aisle? The soda aisle? Who knows? The gas points were nice but the lack in customer service doesn’t make it worth it. I still stop in occasionally because it is in walking distance of my house. I get there and stand in line for 10+ minutes then I kick myself for not going to Publix instead because I probably would of been done in the same amount of time even though it’s farther.

I really liked this store! It’s a little cramped feeling, but it was clean. The sales and prices were great and they had a great selection of items(both generic and brand names). The produce was fresh and I splurged on some gorgeous daisies. Staff was friendly.

Standard grocery store, although a tad but small. They have all the brands I like in stock and rarely have unstocked shelves. Their staff is very polite and super helpful. The offer fuel perks, which is great! Their hours are quite convenient, even on the weekends.

This is a smaller Bi-Lo, but it’s conveniently located and has several good restaurants in the surrounding strip malls. We use the pharmacy regularly and both the pharmacist and pharmacy cashier know us by name. The deli department is quick and friendly, as well. The floral department isn’t staffed regularly, but there is always a nice assortment to choose from. In fact, this is where I got my flowers for my wedding a year ago. I asked for a simple bouquet of six white roses wrapped in blue ribbon and it was ready for me the next day, exactly what I had asked for and priced very reasonably for my special request($ 12.99). The self checkouts are in my opinion the best part of shopping here. No matter how long the checkout lines are, I can almost always walk up to a self check register and I’m out of there in just a few minutes.
