I’m so happy I found Dale’s Alterations! I needed a bridesmaid dress taken up in less than a week, and while other local shops didn’t even return my call, she took my dress the next day and had it ready in two days. It was half the price of what I expected, and she steamed my dress for free, something I was going to pay a cleaners to do. She will also barter with you. I work at a local pet supply store, and took her dogs some treats. She almost wouldn’t take my money, but the service and added steaming was worth it. I will definitely be calling her again when I need alterations of any kind.

Best alterations and service in Charleston. She took a very fragile bridesmaid dress and made it 2 sizes smaller and several inches shorter in just a week! Highly recommended!

Dale is a wonderful lady who works out of her house and can do all sorts of alterations. I’ve taken her many things including new dresses and slacks as well as ripped pants and broken zippers for repair. She’s really sweet and has fair prices and is always done much earlier than I expect her to be. Great lady and I’m happy to have her help!
